Drake Revealed His Collection of Hermès Birkin Bags He Buys for His Future Wife


Drake recently showed off his gigantic Toronto mansion and it’s definitely been a revelation, to say the least. The 50,000 square foot home which he calls “The Embassy” contains, among other things, an NBA regulation-size basketball court, a chandelier made from 20,000 Swarovski crystals, and a bed that weighs around a ton.

However, perhaps one of the bigger revelations is that Drake has been collecting Hermès Birkin bags he plans to one day give to his future wife. “Equally dramatic is Drake’s two-story closet, adorned with amethyst hardware, rock crystal, and seating upholstered in diamond-tufted shearling with polished nickel studs,” Architectural Digest reports. “It’s the perfect place to display the musician’s extensive wardrobe, sneaker collection, and the array of precious Hermès Birkin bags that he has been amassing for years.”

While Drake doesn’t speak to who exactly the bags are for in this latest story, he has spoken about the subject in the past. He told The Hollywood Reporter in 2017 that the collection of expensive handbags (they can range in cost from $12,000 to over $300,000) was for “the woman I end up with.” The Birkin, named for actress Jane Birkin, is one of the most coveted handbags on the planet. Not only are they incredibly expensive, but they are also not produced en masse and can be a considered a formidable investment. We can only imagine how much Drake’s current collection is worth.

Drake, who has been linked to Rihanna and Jennifer Lopez in the past, is one of those celebrities that can instantly create a massive social media conversation—and his house (and the Birkins held within it) definitely had people in their feelings on Twitter. “Drake collecting Birkin bags for his future wife is such a Drake thing to do,” one person wrote.

“Wait… does drake keep Birkin bags on his tables like mints?” another tweeted.

Now, all we want to know is exactly how many Birkins are currently in that collection—and if it rivals Kris Jenner’s Birkin closet.

The Bachelorette's Mike Johnson Suggests Producer Julie LaPlaca Would Make A Great ‘Future’ Lead


In July 2019, before he left the show, Lovato had posted footage of Johnson on the Bachelorette to her Instagram Stories, writing in the caption, “Mike I accept your rose.” In the video she could reportedly be heard saying, “Swing me, kiss me! Boo boo.” Just a few days later, he was sent home.

Johnson took to Twitter writing, “Jus saying, my future wife though girl you ready for smiles, adventure, comfort, growth, honesty, laughter, me falling using my inhaler and kissing your stretch marks and imperfections. Where u hiding.”

The two then had some major back-and-forths with likes and comments on Instagram and Twitter before allegedly taking it offline for some IRL dates. In September 2019, Johnson spoke out about the budding relationship. “I’m just getting to know Demi,” he told E! “I think she’s absolutely fantastic, and I don’t want no pressure on her, no pressure on me—we’re just trying to get to know each other. That’s all.” Sadly, by October, the relationship was done.

Back to the present, though—maybe Johnson was flirting with LaPlaca with those comments or maybe this is just his personality. Or, a third option: what if this is all just a setup to have her become the next Bachelorette (after Clare Crawley’s season, of course) and for Johnson to re-join the cast? Either way, we’re in.

This Is Us Season 4, Episode 17 Recap: Jack Is Alive in the Future


Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri is one of the most respected universities in the country. How did you decide on it?

IA: We asked where the few most common geographical locations would be for [this kind of trial]. And that was the one that came up.

Sterling K. Brown is from St. Louis. Is there any chance you will be going on location to film at Wash U. in season five?

IA: We have talked about it, and we’ve talked about it with Sterling. It’s still a little bit early as we’re just mapping out the nitty gritty of our season five. But it is definitely something that’s been bandied about.

Obviously there’s hope Rebecca’s condition might be helped by this clinical trial, but we know that things don’t seem to be going so well when they’re at the cabin celebrating the big three’s 40th birthday five months from now. Randall and Kevin aren’t speaking, and Rebecca has just been brought home by local authorities after getting lost. How much will we learn about those roadblocks in next week’s finale?

EB: In next week’s finale, not so much. It’s more stuff we’re going to be exploring when we return. Yes, it’s true, we’ve seen a glimpse of Rebecca down the line a few months from now, but we haven’t seen the whole context of that episode that she’s having. So it’s something we’re going to be revisiting. People are going to get more answers about what exactly is happening there and why that happened to her at that time.

As for Kevin, will we find out who his fiancé is in the finale next week?

IA: We will not necessarily find out who his fiancé is next week, but we’ll get some big steps forward.

Will there be a time jump in the finale?

IA: The finale jumps all over the place. You’re going to have to really sit there with notes and try to keep up and guess where you are in time.

What else can you say about next week’s season four finale?

IA: I think people will have a lot of the answers they’ve been wondering about what’s going on between the brothers. It really queues us up for our return, which is going to be that 40th birthday episode. And of course, as our finales always do, we’ll throw in a few curve balls that people could never see coming unless they’ve been hiding under our writer’s room conference table.

Will we get more answers on what is going on with Kate and Toby and their relationship?

IA: Yeah, we have a great [story for them] next week. It’s a really special one that gets to a really unexpected place.

EB: Yeah, it’s a really beautiful episode that is written by Jessica Radloff Dan Fogelman himself, and he did an unbelievable job with the script. The actors are unbelievable in what they’ve done with it, and we can’t wait for everyone to see it. It’s a very exciting episode of TV.

Cole Sprouse Just Dropped a Big Hint About Bughead's Future on 'Riverdale' Season 4


Season four of Riverdale doesn’t come out until October, but that doesn’t keep fans from wanting answers and hints about what’s to come in the new season. Over the weekend, members of the show’s cast stopped by the San Diego Comic-Con convention to share glimpses of the upcoming season—including what will be happening with a few key relationships on the show. Namely, those of “Bughead” (that’s Jughead and Betty) and “Varchie” (Archie and Veronica).

During the panel, KJ Apa (Archie), Camila Mendes (Veronica), Lili Reinhart (Betty), Cole Sprouse (Jughead), and Madelaine Petsch (Cheryl) shared an update about where all their on-screen relationships stand—and fair warning, stans of the couples: It doesn’t look like it’s smooth sailing ahead, especially with a new mystery unfolding this season, too.

It seems like Veronica and Archie will remain strong after a rocky time in season three: “Varchie is looking pretty solid, am I right, KJ?” Mendes asked Apa, who, according to Entertainment Tonight, replied, “Pretty solid. Very solid.”

Betty and Jughead’s relationship will be tested due to distance, Sprouse shared, with some potential trouble in paradise ahead. Jughead won’t be attending Riverdale High School this season, after all—instead, he’ll be away at prep school for senior year.

“He’s only back in Riverdale on the weekends,” Sprouse said at Comic-Con, according to ET. “I think that is going to inevitably put stress on the relationship between Betty and Jughead.”

Reinhart chimed in, adding that “distance will probably cause some stress,” before Sprouse continued. “I think it might be a little bit tense,” he said. “They might fall, turn away from each other, only to come back together way stronger. I think they’re gonna be really good.”

On the same note, Cheryl and Toni will also face a “rocky road,” according to Petsch, because Cheryl is hiding a very big secret from her girlfriend. “[Cheryl] definitely needs some happiness, but it wouldn’t be Cheryl Blossom if there’s not a little chaos,” she said.

As far as Veronica’s thing with Reggie Mantle, it might be over, but that doesn’t mean he’s totally out of her life. “There will definitely be a confrontation about them,” Mendes said, per ET. “I think Reggie has some hurt feelings.”

We can’t wait to see how season four plays out already—in the meantime, here’s everything we know about it (so far).

Is Sound Wave Therapy the Orgasm Treatment of the Future?


I haven’t been paying enough attention to my clitoris. That’s the first thought that floated into my brain as Briana Oster, M.D., a former pediatrician who now works at Revitalize Laser Care’s Denver office, talked me through a diagram of the female sexual organ as I prepared for a non-invasive med spa treatment that promised to improve my orgasms through the use of sound waves. “We’ve been focused on the top part”—the small, external bulb at the top of the vulva—she explained, pointing to an illustration. “But there’s a lot more going on.” Which brought me to my second disconcerting revelation: Have I been having sex all wrong?

Thankfully, I haven’t, you’ll be happy to know, but there’s always room for improvement. Enter Cliovana, a painless, noninvasive treatment which aims to increase arousal levels, orgasm frequency, and orgasm intensity, by stimulating the clitoris via sound waves. I had to know: Was this the future of better orgasms?

Biohacking Your Orgasm

As shocking as it may sound, the full clitoral anatomy wasn’t really known until the 1990s, and we’re still learning about it: It wasn’t until 2009 that the first 3-D image of a clitoris was created. Why’s that important? Because what many of us have long thought of as the clitoris—that external almond-sized nib Oster was talking about—is just the tip, as a fellow writer put it, of the clitoral iceberg. In fact, the clitoris extends much further, surrounding the vulva on either side like a wishbone. Meaning there are a whole bunch more nerve endings that can be aroused to stimulate orgasm than we previously thought.

Lucky for me, orgasming isn’t a routine problem, unless I’m stressed, which, I’ll admit, has been a near-constant state recently. Many women are having a different experience: A study published in the Journal of Sexual Medicine in 2014 found that just 62.9 percent of women experienced an orgasm with a familiar partner, compared to 85.1 percent of men. Researchers have dubbed this the “orgasm gap.”

At 31 years old, however, I have noticed a reduction in lubrication and that it takes longer to get aroused than it once did. When I heard that Revitalize Denver would be the first clinic in the country to offer Cliovana—I decided to give it a try. If it worked, it’d be a fun, and hopefully stimulating, early wedding present for myself and my fiancé.

At my first appointment, I settled onto the exam table, pants- and underwear-less, with a paper sheet covering my bare lower half. (A pre-appointment email recommended I “trim [my] pubic hair to facilitate better results.”) Dr. Oster had already walked me through the basics: Cliovana uses sound waves to promote the creation of new blood vessels and increase nerve sensitivity—in other words, make your whole clitoris more responsive. Patients receive the $2,000 treatment four times over a two-week period, with each appointment lasting about 10 minutes. (Full disclosure: Revitalize offered me the procedure free of charge.)

Unlike FDA-approved medications or the O-Shot, Cliovana is performed externally, and it’s solely designed to enhance female sexual satisfaction. (While the sound wave device Cliovana uses is FDA-approved, the procedure itself is what’s known as “off-label.”) “We don’t treat a condition,” said Keri Hall, Cliovana’s executive vice president of business development. “It’s for any woman who wants improved sexual satisfaction, orgasm intensity, frequency, and increased arousal levels and lubrication. It’s for any woman who feels as though she’s not completely satisfied.”

The sound wave technology behind Cliovana is relatively well-supported by science for a variety of other uses. It’s been used by urologists to break up kidney stones since the 1970s and more recently, the energy has been directed toward the penis as a potential aid for men dealing with erectile dysfunction. (So far, the clinical trials are promising.) But Cliovana is the first time this sound wave technology has been applied to women’s sexual organs. That may explain why I felt a bit like a lab rat as Oster placed a bell-shaped plastic cup over my clitoral hood, aka the part we all know about; for about three minutes, a gentle tapping ensued, meant to bring blood flow to the surface and prep the area for treatment. It was an odd sensation, but not painful or uncomfortable.

The Big Bang Theory Season 12, Episode 20 Recap: Leonard's New Future Surprises Penny


Sheldon and Amy have taken center stage on The Big Bang Theory the last few weeks, but with less than five episodes left it was time to press pause on Nobel Watch 2019 to focus on the other main characters, specifically Leonard and Penny.

In “The Decision Reverberation,” Leonard admits to Penny that he’s not happy at work and wants a change. Before we get to that, though, we finally see Anu again (for one scene at least) and all seems well with her and Raj. They’re flirty and cute, and I’m bummed we haven’t gotten more scenes with them. Howard and Bernadette are basically supporting players to Raj this week, who is worried that people won’t take him or his work seriously. He hypothesized that there are many unknowns in the universe, which could mean aliens exist, causing everyone to have an opinion. Sure.

But let’s get back to the episode’s big story: Penny, Leonard, and their future.

Sheldon diagnoses Leonard as a “textbook satisficer,” someone who always put others’ interests above their own. Penny tells Leonard he shouldn’t do things to please others if it constantly makes him feel bad. She wonders when he last did something totally selfish without worrying what anyone else wanted. “Probably when I was born,” Leonard says.

As you might have guessed, the rest of the episode centers around Leonard trying to break free from his people-pleasing ways and take control of his life. Thanks to Penny’s suggestion to be more assertive with his wants and needs, Leonard tells her he wants to have sex and then watch Star Trek: Discovery. That’s followed by the groundbreaking decision to order barbecue on what is typically Chinese food night. And then, a new route on the drive to work the next day.

Best of all is Leonard’s decision to sit in Sheldon’s spot on the couch. “It’s my house, and I’m tried of being told where I can and can’t sit,” he says. When Sheldon storms off in a huff, Leonard tells Penny that standing his ground over Sheldon’s spot was better than sex. “Don’t take this the wrong way,” Penny says, “but yes it was.” New Leonard has arrived, and I’m so here for it.

The next day Leonard tells Sheldon that all these years he’s been afraid to say what he wanted for fear of ruffling feathers or stepping on toes. Now that he’s feeling more confident, he’s ready to make a change at work as well: He wants to be the principal investigator on a plasma physics study. And if work won’t let him? “Well, there are plenty of other universities that will,” Leonard tells Sheldon.

Except Sheldon doesn’t think it’s a good idea. Leonard thinks that’s because Sheldon doesn’t want to see him be successful, but Sheldon later tells Amy he’s confused if he feels that way because of a noble reason or a selfish reason. “Leonard’s about to demand a job that I don’t think the university will give him,” he explains to Amy. “I’m worried he’s making a giant mistake. Maybe deep down I don’t want him to succeed.”

Amy says the fact that he’s worried about his motivation supports the idea that he genuinely cares about Leonard. “I do,” Sheldon says. “Thank you, Amy.”

Later, Leonard tells Penny he spent the entire day putting together his proposal so he can tell President Siebert this is what he wants to do. Sheldon comes by and tells him he’s been agonizing about saying something. “I don’t think you should demand to be in charge of a plasma project,” he says. Leonard reiterates it’s because Sheldon doesn’t want him to succeed, but Sheldon says that’s not it. Penny interrupts and says Sheldon shouldn’t worry about what happens because worst comes to worst, the university will just say no.
