A Love Is Blind Theory Suggests Damian and Giannina Are Back Together


Damian may not have felt that Giannina was ready for marriage by the end of their run on Love Is Blind, but that doesn’t mean it’s all over for the dramatic couple.

Let’s recap, shall we? Damian said a pretty glaring “I don’t” in front of all Giannina’s family and friends. Then, she ran away from the altar, falling and staining her wedding dress, before returning to hash things out—mud splatter mysteriously missing. Bing, bang, boom: The wedding was off and the couple broke up. But that may not be the end of the story.

All of us believing love is dead during the Love Is Blind finale.

Rumors that the pair had reconciled began when they were spotted sitting next to each other and looking pretty happy at the Love Is Blind viewing party back in February. Considering how they left things, it was kind of odd to see them so comfortable together. But, hey, the show actually filmed over a year ago. Maybe they’ve just recovered enough to be friends?

But then, Love Is Blind producer Chris Coelen told Metro that the couple has “attempted to re-engage.”

Still, Giannina has been keeping their status pretty close to the chest. She told Glamour in a recent interview that she and Damian have a “mutual understanding.”

“We’re in a good place. There’s no hard feelings whatsoever,” she added. That’s where things get fishy. When asked about her relationship status, the reality star said she was focusing on herself. “I definitely am focusing on myself and just always bettering a relationship with myself and sharing that with friends, family, whoever,” she said.

Hmmm. If that’s the case, then why, oh why, did Giannina’s mom, Milady, reportedly reply to a fan on Instagram claiming that Giannina and Damian are back together?

According to BuzzFeed, this is the translation: “It’s not acting, not even a little bit. I follow Damian simply because they reconciled and are still together, they love each other and it was best for [the wedding not going ahead] to happen because that way they could get to know each other better.”

Honestly, this reunion special can’t come soon enough. We need answers.

Penn Badgley Just Debunked This Popular You Season 2 Fan Theory

Every episode of You season 2 on Netflix is basically a roller coaster ride. But the final episodes really packed in the twists and turns. In the final hours, viewers learned that Joe/Will’s latest Los Angeles obsession, the appropriately-named Love Quinn (Victoria Pedretti), is actually just as murderous as Joe himself—willing to slit the throats of people she sees as a threat to those she cares about.

In the closing scenes, we see Joe (Penn Badgley) and a visibly pregnant Love moving into a nice house where he soon wanders out to the backyard and spots his next door neighbor sitting by the pool reading. “This is just the beginning, because this is where I had to be. Exactly where I had to be to meet you. There you were with your books and your sunshine. So close, but worlds away. I will figure out a way: a way to get to you. See you soon, neighbor,” he narrates. Yep, Joe’s found a new obsession.

Fans theorized that the woman is actually Joe’s mother, who we met in flashbacks throughout the latest season. “Why are some people confused about the last scene? that woman/neighbor was definitely joe’s mom. the hands were a dead give away… #YouNetflix,” one tweeted. And, honestly, it sounded like a solid theory.

But Badgley just debunked it in a new interview. “She’s definitely not his mom,” he told Bustle. “I can say that.” Welp, we guess that’s that.

However, it does raise the question of who this woman really is. She could be someone from Joe’s past—are we totally, 100% sure that Beck is actually dead? The show brought back Candace, so we know they’re not afraid to look to Joe’s life before we met him. Or she could simply be a new character who has no idea what sort of creepy killers have moved in next door.

The third season of You hasn’t been officially confirmed yet by Netflix, but all signs are pointing to yes on that front.

This You Season 2 Fan Theory Suggests Love Killed Her First Husband, James

Netflix‘s You is one of those shows where so much happens over the course of a season that you might actually forget key details by the time it’s over. Throughout the duration of You season 2, viewers spend time getting to know Joe/Will’s (Penn Badgley) new obsession, Love Quinn (Victoria Pedretti), a nice Los Angeles (rich) girl who seems surprisingly down-to-Earth.

As the episodes progress, we learn that Love is a young widow. Via flashbacks, we see conversations between her and her late husband, James. By the end of the season, we also realize that Love is fully capable of murder: In a shocking twist toward the end, viewers learn that she killed her au pair back in the day and also slits Candace’s throat in an attempt to protect Joe.

Now, a popular fan theory suggests she killed James, as well. Remember, the show only tells us that he was “sick,” but we don’t get any details about what he had. Was it cancer? Something else? Love says the doctors couldn’t figure out what was wrong. Maybe it was…poison.

“What if Love poisoned her husband… you notice how she’s making treats daily…. they couldn’t figure out why her husband died, but maybe she poisoned him over time…. #YouNetflix,” one fan tweeted. Another wrote, “Started You season 2 on Netflix and I’m finishing up on episode 1… Love poisoned her husband didn’t she? She said ‘he got sick and they couldn’t figure out what was wrong’ so I’m guessing she killed him? ? Here start my theories! I question everything ?.”

Much like the theory that Joe is not the father of Love’s baby, this one pretty much tracks. Can the third season just happen already so we can find out?

This You Season 2 Fan Theory Suggests Joe Isn't the Father of Love's Baby

Have you recovered from all the twists and turns in You season two on Netflix yet? It was quite a ride watching Joe carve out a new life for himself in Los Angeles as “Will” and become obsessed with a new woman—the aptly-named, Love.

But as you know, Love isn’t exactly the sweet, organic juice-drinking Angeleno she originally appeared to be. By the end of the season, we came to learn that she, too, is a murderer who fundamentally believes her actions are justified. She’s just protecting the people she loves, right? Love also drops a big bombshell on Joe: She’s pregnant. In the final scenes, we see the couple moving into a new house with her baby bump on display.

Fans, however, have a theory about said pregnancy that has a lot of evidence behind it. They think the baby isn’t actually Joe’s, but her ex Milo’s. During a breakup after Love discovers Joe/Will has been lying about his identity, she briefly reconnects with her old flame, who also happens to be her dead ex-husband’s best friend.

Honestly, this theory tracks. It’s weird Joe doesn’t question the timing of Love’s pregnancy at all or the fact that Love blurts out this news in an attempt to save her own life.

” I have a very strong theory for You season 3 and your thoughts on it. I believe the baby is not Joe’s it’s Milo’s. After Love broke up with him she had sex with Milo. Love and Joe didn’t get back together until he was getting ready to leave LA in the final episodes,” one fan tweeted. Another posted, “Since Love is a professional liar, what if the baby is actually Milo’s and her saying she told him to use protection is just an excuse for Joe to stay with her ?,”

As You has proven in its two seasons, no theory is too wild or twist too weird, but we’ll just have to wait and see how this all turns out. While no official announcement has been made regarding season three, we’re keeping our fingers crossed.

Fans Have a Theory About That Final Twist in 'You' Season 2

If you’re anything like me, you devoured the second season of You on Netflix immediately upon its release on December 26. Honestly, I regret nothing. The show is nothing if not wildly entertaining—and also just generally wild. The second season brought Joe (Penn Badgley) to Los Angeles, where he goes by “Will” and is trying to hide from his not-so-dead ex Candace. Of course, it doesn’t take long before he meets the next object of his obsession, a woman literally named Love.

The twists and turns of the plot are fast and furious which is one of the shows many delights. But (and again, spoilers ahead!) most of us didn’t peg Love for being a totally murderous human who has no problem slitting throats to protect people in her life. That wasn’t the final surprise, however. In the final scenes, we see Joe and a pregnant Love moving into an idyllic-looking house.

Has Joe finally changed now that he’s settling with someone more like him? LOL, of course not. Joe peers through the fence and spots a neighbor sitting poolside reading Kafka, Jane Austen, and Aldous Huxley. “This is just the beginning, because this is where I had to be. Exactly where I had to be to meet you. There you were with your books and your sunshine. So close, but worlds away. I will figure out a way: a way to get to you. See you soon, neighbor,” Joe narrates.

But who is she?

Well, the prominent fan theory on the internet at the moment is that the woman is Joe’s mom. We see her in flashbacks throughout the season where she leaves him to go off with various men and is also the victim of an abusive husband. “The neighbor is probably his mom. Also, Love is crazy. Might be crazier than Joe. She gave me Gone Girl vibes,” one person tweeted. “Why are some people confused about the last scene? that woman/neighbor was definitely joe’s mom. the hands were a dead give away… #YouNetflix,” another wrote.

Though a few people are still holding out hope that somehow Beck is still alive. Or perhaps it really will just be a new woman to stalk.

A third season of You has not been confirmed by Netflix, but it seems pretty likely. Badgley recently mentioned a new season in an interview, saying, “You know, dare I say, in the third season—oh, god!” before switching gears. Hopefully we’ll get an official announcement soon—until then, we’re all about internet theorizing.

This Big Little Lies Theory Makes a Convincing Case That Corey Is Perry's Brother


The end of Big Little Lies’ second season is near, and fans are eagerly waiting to see how the hit HBO show will tie all of its loose threads together. The series is known for its surprise reveals and cliffhangers, so it’s understandable why fans think there are major twists on the way as the finale approaches—and one theory involves Jane Chapman’s love interest, Corey.

According to Reddit user emmyeggo, Corey (Douglas Smith) might be more than just a guy Jane (played by Shailene Woodley) has been dating: He could be Perry’s (Alexander Skarsgård) brother. If you watched episode five of season two—spoilers ahead—then you remember that Bonnie (Zoë Kravitz) saw Corey leaving the police station, sparking speculation that he’s an undercover cop. On episode six, he denies being a detective, but emmyeggo thinks he’s still hiding that he and Perry are related.

The Reddit user writes that they’ve based their theory on a few different details, including the structure of Liane Moriarty’s previous books. Namely, that you can “expect the unexpected.” The episode seven description also says Celeste “questions Mary-Louise about a tragic event from Perry’s childhood.”

So far, there have been several mentions of Perry’s deceased brother—something emmyeggo believes could be part of a big twist. “It’s highly likely that there was some sort of trauma inflicted upon Perry, and it’s not too far-fetched to believe that Mary-Louise had a motive to fake her other son’s death. There could be a myriad of logical explanations for this (of which we know Celeste starts to ‘question,’)” emmyeggo writes.

“Also to keep in mind – the way that the ’Perry was Jane’s rapist’ plot twist was so effective is because Jane and Perry were never introduced to each other in present time, so the audience struggled to put the two and two together,” emmyeggo continues. “Though Corey and Mary-Louise have been a big part of Jane’s life this season, Corey and Mary-Louise have actually never been in the same scene together…” “Jane also has a flashback to her assault when dancing with Corey, which would make sense if they were brothers. Celeste also looks at Corey very strangely at Amabella’s party.”

The Reddit user also points out that Mary-Louise mentioned that her husband remarried after the trauma, which could also open Perry up to having step siblings. Even if Corey turns out to have known Perry in some way, there’s still the question of what his motives could be in establishing a relationship with Jane.
