Bella Thorne and Scott Disick set Twitter on fire over the summer when photos of them making out in Cannes leaked. It was the WTF fling the world couldn’t stop talking about. How the hell did these two get together? What did they talk about? Was Thorne aware of Disick’s Todd Kraines impression? Was he a fan of Shake It Up? It’s been nearly six months since their “romance,” and many of these questions have still gone unanswered.

But one of the mysteries was solved on last night’s Keeping Up With the Kardashians. In the twist literally everyone saw coming, Kendall Jenner revealed Disick only started seeing Thorne to make his ex, Kourtney Kardashian, upset. Jenner apparently had a phone conversation with Disick about his relationship with Thorne, and he straight-up said, “Yeah I’m doing it to make Kourtney mad.”

And the tea didn’t stop there. While flipping through paparazzi photos of Disick and Thorne, Kim Kardashian said, “They looked so desperate… Like who goes to LAX together?” Ouch.

What Jenner and Kardashian said about Disick and Thorne on KUWTK last night is not entirely far off from what Thorne herself contends. The former Disney star said in July that she and Disick were “never involved sexually.” When a fan asked on Twitter what her relationship is with Disick, she said “legit nothing.” If Disick was just using Thorne for photo opportunities to make Kourtney mad, it makes sense why their time together was never physical.

In an interview with Complex, Thorne drove this point home even further, saying, “Scott is really nice, sweet, charming. I don’t drink, and he really drinks a lot. And it just ended up…I just wasn’t down. I was like, ‘I gotta leave’… I love to go out and have fun, I love to fucking dance, but I just don’t party hardcore like that and it was way too much for me.”

We come to you with a gift for your Friday afternoon. This week has been 100 years, unless we’re alone in this weird distorted space-time continuum, so this present is all the more appreciated. Dior Makeup leaned into Halloween this year, and on this Friday before everyone disregards the calendar and celebrates like it’s actually Halloween, the brand’s gone all out. Dior just released a makeup tutorial of sorts to Instagram, starring Bella Hadid. It’s perfect. Presenting: Bella Hadid really getting into the Halloween spirit.

Coming from our lady of great memes, we shouldn’t be surprised that anything she gets involved with somehow turns incredible (ICYMI: this meme of her saying “Homeboy can get it” is one of the best things on the Internet). Because when you’re Bella Hadid, you don’t do the cheesy product in front of your palm, head posed from side to side, slow blink beauty tutorial. You work with Dior, recruit multiple male models, and turn it into a full-blown production. Sure, we don’t know the step-by-step of how she got the look, but you don’t need it. We have this video instead.

It starts off with black and white fog floating across the screen that feels straight out of Frankenstein. The camera zooms in on spooky models, wearing skull makeup and what looks like face filigree. Crows fly across the screen. The word “HALLOWEEN” flashes. Back to Bella Hadid’s face. Ghoul noises. Back to Bella Hadid’s face. Lightning. She’s putting on black lipstick. A male model walks up behind her. She lovingly puts black lipstick on him, too. Why not? Spookiness has no gender. More crows. Bella Hadid takes some selfies with the male models. Dior made no mistake, this is the content that people are here for.

And the cherry on top: Bella Hadid’s voice hauntingly whispers “happy Halloween” as she winks at the camera. The video is over. What just happened? Who knows, but the only thing for sure is that they really did look great. That face filagree is beyond cool, so it’s a good thing Dior’s been posting similar “Halloween, but make it fashion” makeup tutorials all week.

Bella Thorne’s style is extra in the best way. See the quite literal “porn suit” she wore on the red carpet last night. (If you need more clarification or are reading this somewhere NSFW, that would be a pantsuit printed with old-school pornography clips.) And the same sensibility can be said for her hair. It was only five days ago she announced she’d gone blond for her twentieth birthday, and yet, not even a day later, she revealed she’d changed her hair again—which she finally unveiled in a photo on Instagram today. But, unlike her platinum wig or XXX outfit, this latest look is actually a lot more drastic than first meets the eye.

Bella’s no stranger to lightning quick, neon bright hair changes—she’s gone from turquoise to magenta to electric auburn—but she’s always kept her hair at more or less the same length. It usually ends just past her shoulders—at least, we think that’s where it naturally falls. She’s no Ariana Grande, but she’s been riding the hair extension train for years now.

Enter then, her new look.

Judging from the photo she posted, Bella’s chopped her hair into a shag cut just shy of bob territory. It’s style much loved by celebrities at the moment: Kaia Gerber, Troian Bellisario, and Taylor Swift have all gone the way of the cut recently, only without the bait-and-switch wig fakeout. To answer the question Bella tweeted out to her 6.8 million followers today, it looks great.

From leg hair to acne scars, Bella’s been open about her body image struggles. She doesn’t always hit the mark—who does in their teens?—but her willingness to be a real person with real issues has always had a kind of fevered and flashy allure.

This haircut feels like Bella at her best: real, vulnerable, and a little bit messy. All in all, what’s most shocking about it is how not shocking it is. It’s so low-key for her. What else is there to say? It’s a major chop, a major change, and maybe our first glimpse at a Bella Thorne in her 20s. We’ll just have to wait and see what she does next.

Bella Thorne has a history of bold fashion choices that are also slightly confusing. Case in point: The time she got a tiny tattoo that said “93,” which everyone thought was her birth year until we realized she was actually born in 1997. (Never mind the fact that people born in 1997 are 20 now, which makes me want to go back to bedazzling my Life Alert necklace.) And then there was the time she wore a fishnet catsuit with pasties underneath (and then awesomely told any haters to, kindly, show themselves out). And we could never forget when she wore a necklace that everyone thought said “Allah” before she clarified that it actually said “Slut.” She’s a free spirit who really, truly does not care what anyone thinks of her.

But the look she wore to the L.A. premiere of her new Netflix movie The Babysitter on Wednesday might be the most subtly vexing look we’ve seen yet. At first glance, it appears she’s just rocking a bold suit with arm slits and a newspaper print. Of course, she looks awesome in it—edgy with the braless look but still polished, with hints of red silk lining that add a dash of punk attitude. But that’s not the most remarkable part of this outfit.

That’s right: The suit’s print is made of old-school porn clips. “Massive Tits,” reads her lapel. “Whores!” shrieks her shoulder. “Nasty & Horny Sluts,” a spot by her ribs whispers demurely. It’s very Vivienne Westwood, but porn? Or, like, porn, but make it fashion? Either way, she’s somehow made repeated use of the phrase “Free Sex” not look like smut.

So could the X-rated, blink-and-you’ll-miss-it detail be a sly nod to the people who’ve commented on her sexuality in the past? Could be. Plus, Bella’s no stranger to toxic slut-shaming on the internet, which she’s bravely called people out for before. It’s entirely possible this ensemble choice was a cheeky way to show that she, rightfully, plans to continue ignoring them.

But regardless of the why, let’s just take a moment to appreciate this provocative, badass move by an actress who loves to make people think. Namaste, haters.

Bella Hadid celebrated her 21st birthday in New York City last night. And, to nobody’s surprise, she and sister Gigi arrived in lewks that, in Bella’s own words, could “get it.” (Too soon?)

The birthday girl rang in her 21st year wearing a Dolce & Gabbana bustier dress that fit so well, it was as if it was literally molded by the fashion gods to fit her body. (That, or she’s a professional model—but who’s to say>) The dress featured lace-up adornments along either side, and she paired it with simple strappy sandals and a delicate necklace. As good sisters do, Gigi appeared to have coordinated her ensemble with Bella’s without totally mimicking it: She opted for a baby blue three-piece get-up by Pamella Rolland, complete with matching satin Stuart Weitzman pumps and a Tyler Ellis box bag.

Though they’re not exactly alike, both outfits possess similar design details, such as the bustier top, silky material, and subtle ways of exposing skin. (Not to mention they both wore their hair up to spotlight their outfits.) The looks are sleek and simple, but undoubtedly luxe. Your turn to examine.

Bella Hadid is one of the most famous women on earth right now, so it makes sense she’s got intense security everywhere she goes—and her crew of large men at New York Fashion Week is no exception. After her sister Gigi’s assault at Milan Fashion Week last year—if you forgot, a strange man literally picked her up outside a show—we don’t blame her for having such beefy detail.

But when one of Hadid’s bodyguards allegedly shoved a female photographer snapping pics of her Wednesday morning, she wasn’t pleased. Background: TMZ caught the 20-year-old leaving the Michael Kors fashion show with several bodyguards in tow. The scene is total chaos, and at one point it seems like a bodyguard pushes a female paparazzo out of the way to make room for Hadid.

“Do not! Can you please? Don’t touch her,” Hadid tells the bodyguard, who claims that he didn’t push the photographer.

“Are you OK?” you can hear Hadid ask the female photographer before telling her bodyguard again, “Don’t touch her.”

This incident is certainly reminiscent of the Gigi assault we mentioned earlier. After that happened, Gigi took to Twitter to defend herself against the person who lifted her. “I’m a HUMAN BEING and had EVERY RIGHT to defend myself. How dare that idiot thinks he has the right to man-handle a complete stranger. He ran quick tho,” she wrote.

Hadid hasn’t commented on what happened between her bodyguard and the photographer yet, but stay tuned.
