Bella Hadid's Shaggy New Bangs Look Beyond Cool

To anyone else, the Hadid lifestyle would seem incredibly exhausting. Even just following Bella Hadid on social media is like a never-ending game of “Where In the World Is Carmen Sandiego,” if Carmen had ditched the hat and taken up modeling instead. But for Bella, first came modeling, and second came changing up her look every two seconds—a tiring combo for anyone. Yet when it brings along bangs like the set she just hit London with, the excitement’s got to balance out the jet lag.

Unlike every celebrity showing up on the scene with a fresh set of curtain bangs (can’t blame ’em, they’re beautiful), Bella went her own way. The result is a fringe that doesn’t fit in any real category: While they get longer on the sides to blend into the Mafia-type lob she keeps coming back to, the bangs are decidedly choppy across Bella’s forehead—a departure from the full, straight bangs she wore to the CFDA awards this summer.

We’re betting that they’re clip-ins, but given that Bella’s experimented with a similar look before, it might be getting closer to sticking around for good. And instead of looking like she took a pair of scissors to her hair in the bathroom à la Kourtney Kardashian—the danger you risk with any choppy bangs—of course they come off shaggy and cool.

If the phrase “shaggy and cool” rings a bell, it might be because that’s the same vibe we’re getting from Selena Gomez these days. Here’s Selena’s cut, for comparison:

They’re not exactly the same, but Selena’s new bangs definitely look similar. Both cuts share that choppy, piece-y texture, along with tons of volume at their roots. Is it the new blunt cut? The new curtain bangs? The bar is high; only time will tell.

Bella Thorne Just Revealed Two Adorable New Tiny Tattoos

Bella Thorne is known for being adventurous and playful when it comes to her hair and to her tattoos. As for the former, we’ve seen her in a Crayola box’s range of colors: five-alarm red, platinum blonde, red orange, magenta, brown, midnight blue, jet black, bright blond, poison ivy (courtesy of last year’s Instagram trend), and…wow. Let’s move on to the tattoos! Thorne’s a fan of the tiniest of the tiny, and she has a few scattered around with a huge blast of DGAF attitude: a linear starburst around her elbow, a heart below her collarbone, and a little tattoo of the number 93 on her forearm. Her latest additions—two of them!—are some of her most Bella Thorne yet.

For her first ink session, she sat down for something on the colorful side, curving from below her shoulder to the left of her shoulder blade. The result? Letters that—in a charming way—look like a preschooler scrawled in crayon spelling out “I LOVE YOU.”

For her second, which she posted to her Snapchat on Friday, she went a little lower: on her hip, she got black letters spelling out “BITE ME,” with an upside-down T and M.

We don’t know what they mean—she rarely decodes her cryptic ink for those of us out of the know—but if we find out more, we’ll keep you posted.

Bella Thorne Has Neon Red Hair Now, and It's Literally Fire

Bella Thorne—actress, singer, and hair chameleon—is changing things up once again. We’ve seen her hair in a multitude of colors: platinum blond, bright red-orange, a fierce hot pink, a shiny blond, and jet black. And that’s just this year! (She’s so known for changing up her color, in fact, that she’s even asked her Twitter followers to predict her next shade.)

But just when we got used to her latest shade—a warm, cinnamon-y red—Thorne debuted yet another new color. And it’s one of her brightest shades yet.

On Tuesday, the natural blond posted a tweet showing her in a black sweatshirt with the hood pulled up over fiery red hair. And we mean five-alarm, blazing, fiery red. Thorne’s fans seemed to love the new look—her tweet has 14,800 favorites and nearly 1,000 retweets at the time of publish. Dozens of complimentary comments have also been showered on the look (a few users even called her a “rebel queen.”)

For comparison, here’s a recent shot of her previous copper color:

And here’s her new hair:

Electric, right? She’s gone this vivid before, but it’s usually been with a hot pink tone, whereas this looks straight-up red. It’s also pretty astounding how often she switches up her color, yet her hair still looks pretty healthy. Whatever she—and her stylist—are doing, it’s working.

If you’re thinking about making a major hair color change yourself, Kim Kardashian—who recently made the dramatic shift from dark brown to platinum blond—swears by the Nexxus Emergecee Protein Treatment to keep hair strong. And for a little shade inspiration, check out these hair color trends that are huge right now.

Bella Hadid and The Weeknd Reportedly 'Still Love' Each Other

There clearly aren’t a ton of dating options for young, hot celebrities in Hollywood. Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber are reportedly back together, and just yesterday news broke that Bella Hadid and The Weeknd are hanging out again when a photo agency snapped pics of The Weeknd leaving Hadid’s apartment after spending “several hours” there. Of course, it’s possible their reunion was strictly platonic. Maybe they spent the afternoon binge-watching Stranger Things 2 or reliving the time Hadid gloriously snubbed The Weeknd at the 2016 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.

But this new report from E! News is certainly adding fuel to the fire. A source told the outlet that Hadid and The Weeknd still have strong feelings for each other; in fact, it might even be—wait for it—love.

“[The Weeknd] has expressed to [Hadid] that he loves her still, and they will always have a real connection,” the source said. “He also apologized for hurting her in the past.” And the feeling is mutual: “She still loves him but has her guard up,” the source added. “She never really got over him…She still loves him, but she is keeping her options open.”

“Keeping her options open” are the key words to this story. The source contends Hadid and The Weeknd are not officially back together; they’re just catching up. “[Hadid] is not looking to be exclusive with him now, just to be his friend,” the source said. “His schedule won’t allow him to stay focused on her—she knows this from past experience. She also knows he is talking to a few girls still. She reads what is put out in the news and that affects her.”

Is a reconciliation possible, though? Yes, the source says, but Hadid is “taking small steps” first. In other words, she’s still figuring out if things are “quiet” for The Weeknd or if he’s a homeboy who can, like, get it. Maybe The Weeknd should invest in a pair of dirty “fresh” sneakers to get back in Hadid’s good graces. We know those are her favorite.

Gigi Hadid Narrowly Avoided Tripping Over Her Gown, Thanks to Bella Hadid

The Hadid sisters are always there for each other, and that sisterly bond was on full display on Monday night when Bella Hadid attended the Glamour Women of the Year Awards to celebrate her sister, Gigi Hadid, who was being honored at the event.

But her support didn’t end there: Bella was also on hand to lend a steady hand as Gigi stumbled on her way to the Kings Theatre in Brooklyn, New York. A series of photos captured the moment when Gigi tripped, losing her balance in her floor-length gold dress. However, she was able to avoid fully falling by gripping the hand of Bella (her date for the evening).

You can see the moment in the photos, below:

Gigi spoke about receiving the honor on The Today Show, where she explained that no matter how many glamorous selfies she might post, she’s not perfect. “Someone in my industry might be looked at as perfect, but it’s of huge importance to let little girls know that just because I’m winning this award doesn’t mean that everything is figured out,” she said. “I wake up on days and it’s not necessarily that I feel like Woman of the Year every morning.”

Those thoughts on perfection seem to echo the message she conveyed in her acceptance speech. As she accepted the title, she explained what she’d like to be as a role model, saying, “I think my biggest responsibility, standing here, is to all the young women who are watching. I want to let you know that just because I’m standing here, winning this award, doesn’t mean that I have it all figured out. I’m so grateful for every opportunity, but that doesn’t mean that I wake up feeling like the Gigi that the world expects me to be on a daily basis.”

So relatable, kind of like almost tripping in a floor-length gown. Same, Gigi, same.

'Dancing With the Stars' Season 25 Week 7 Recap: Vanessa Lachey and Nikki Bella Go Home on Halloween Week

For weeks, Dancing With the Stars fans have known that a double elimination was right around the corner, especially considering the large number of contestants still competing with three more weeks to go. That’s why it was especially odd during tonight’s Halloween show that Erin Andrews and Tom Bergeron never mentioned it was coming, even though it was a known thing on social media.

And during the last two minutes of the show—after an unusually large number of couples were declared in jeopardy (four over the typical two)—a crew member dressed as the Grim Reaper handed Tom and Erin two cards with their names printed on them. Tom and Erin declared Drew Scott and Terrell Owens safe, leaving Vanessa Lachey and Nikki Bella as the final two celebs in jeopardy. For the sake of logic, that would mean Vanessa’s name was on one, while Nikki’s name was on the other. Perhaps as a fake out, Tom and Erin made it seem as though they’d only announce one contestant’s name but instead said, “You’re both going home.” It was so awkward and bizarre that Maks (partnered with Vanessa) actually started to laugh, and the entire moment became comical. Vanessa and Nikki didn’t even get to have their moment to say goodbye (or thank their partners), which added to the randomness of the whole thing.

I didn’t expect Vanessa or Nikki to make it to the finals, so their elimination wasn’t really that much of a shocker. Still, it was weird to treat it as such. The bottom line is, the cast had to be trimmed this far into the competition—tonight’s double elimination was the only way to do it. So who has the best change of making it? Check out the dances below.

Victoria Arlen and Val Chmerkovskiy: In rehearsal, Val told Victoria that she’s holding back, which was a hard thing for her to hear given that she’s always had to remain strong in the face of numerous physical challenges. I’m all for Val encouraging his partners to push their limits, but sometimes it feels like he says things just to get an emotional reaction. Anyway, the actual performance went much better than the difficult week in rehearsal, and their Viennese Waltz got three 9s. Score: 27/30

Jordan Fisher and Lindsay Arnold: Lindsay revealed that Mark Ballas taught her as a kid (oh, he’s gotta love that), which felt like the producers’ way of trying to make a potential Mark Ballas (with Lindsey Stirling) vs. Lindsay Arnold (with Jordan Fisher) finale. It’s still too early for that because there’s like, what, 52 contestants still in this competition? As for the actual dance, Jordan and Lindsay performed a flawless Paso Doble, but considering I feel like I’m watching two professional dancers each week, I’m actually starting to lose interest. Score: 30/30

Nikki Bella and Artem Chigvintsev: The hot biker dude (Artem) and the flirty dancer (Nikki) did a fun Jive, but Len Goodman said it lacked punch, though it was “clean and precise.” Bruno said he’s almost positive they’ll be back next week, which was a bold statement to make on the verge of a double elimination. I didn’t expect Nikki to end up in the semi-finals, but I was hoping she stuck around a while longer. Score: 24/30

Vanessa Lachey and Maksim Chmerkovskiy: Maks’ goal for this week was to get 10s, while Vanessa wanted to get to the finals and win the Mirror Ball. They attempted to do this by putting on a frightening zombie-filled Paso Doble, but the judges weren’t wowed. In fact, they were downright disappointed given how strong and talented Vanessa has proven herself to be in past dances. I’m completely over all these fake zombie attack routines, too. Score: 24/30

Terrell Owens and Cheryl Burke: To be honest, I never expected Terrell to still be in this competition. And yet, here he is, and this show is better off for it. Bruno praised their “correct” Tango, which is pretty impressive given Cheryl and Terrell’s difference in height. Len mumbled something, but he must have liked the dance because he gave them an 8. Score: 25/30

Lindsey Stirling and Mark Ballas: Lindsey displaced a rib last week, which made training this week nearly impossible. The injury left her in tears, and Mark worried that they’d have to forfeit. Two seconds later, cut to the ballroom: Lindsey and Mark danced their hearts out to a stunning Paso Doble. Lindsey was clearly in pain, and Carrie Ann said that was the fastest Paso ever. Len thought the fantastic twists and turns saved the dance, and Bruno praised the ambitious nature of the routine. She deserved a 10 just for powering through the thing. Score: 27/30

Frankie Muniz and Witney Carson: The judges praised Witney and Frankie’s “spine-tingling good” Contemporary dance, but no one mentioned the stalker element of the routine that had Frankie playing a creepy predator outside of Witney’s window. Yikes. The whole thing was disturbing, even though it was masked as art. The judges gave it a perfect score; technically, it was flawless, but I wish we would have seen a different visual narrative. Score: 30/30

Drew Scott and Emma Slater: Drew continued to surprise, thanks to an energized Charleston that drew raves from the judges. Carrie Ann called it one of Drew’s best dances so far, and Len loved every minute of it. Usually that’s code for “you’ll be eliminated by the end of the night,” but in this case—as we now know—Drew’s safe for another week. Score: 27/30
