Bella Thorne has never shied away from expressing herself and letting the world know exactly what she thinks—especially when it comes to clapping back at people who try to threaten her online. Now, she’s doing it again, and this time, it’s about a super-personal matter: After a hacker allegedly stole nude photos from Thorne, she took a stand and decided to release them herself.

The actress tweeted out the naked images early Saturday morning, along with a powerfully worded note. “Yesterday as you all know, my shit was hacked,” she wrote. “For the last 24 hours, I have been threatened with my own nudes. I feel gross, I feel watched, I feel someone has taken something from me that I only wanted one special person to see.” She also says that the person has sent her compromising photos of other celebrities along with her own and that “he won’t stop with me or them, he will just keep going.” Instead, she took a proactive approach—or, in her words: “Here’s my boobies.”

“For too long I let a man take advantage of me over and over and I’m f*cking sick of it,” she continued in the note. “NOW U DON’T GET TO TAKE ANOTHER THING FROM ME. I can sleep tonight better knowing I took my power back. U can’t control my life, u never will.”

“I can sleep better tonight knowing I took my power back,” Thorne added. “U can’t control my life. U never will.” She also says the alleged hacker should be on the lookout for the FBI, but does not give any specifics on that front.

Thorne’s fans offered support in the replies. “Babe don’t let them control you. We are all here for you. We got you. Karma will find its way ?,” one wrote. Another said, “You took the power back from this piece of shit. That’s real strength. I love you.”

Thorne certainly isn’t the first celebrity to be faced with the exploitation of her personal and private images. Back in 2014, Jennifer Lawrence was the victim of an iCloud hack and had her nude photos published online. “I feel like I got gangbanged by the f-cking planet—like, there’s not one person in the world that is not capable of seeing these intimate photos of me,” she later said. “You can just be at a barbecue and somebody can just pull them up on their phone. That was a really impossible thing to process.”

Couples that dress alike definitely give off a certain “truly committed” vibe—both to each other and to their looks. Case in point, this roundup of celebrity twosomes who are known for doing just that. Now, our files have just grown by one more entry: Bella Hadid and Abel Tesfaye, a.k.a. The Weeknd, wore virtually the same outfit for his recent birthday party, and it’s a whole thing.

A little background: Hadid and The Weeknd have been in an on-and-off relationship since 2015. After sharing a post-breakup moment on the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show runway in November 2016, the couple were seen kissing at Coachella in April a few months later. They seem to have been together since and now reportedly share a $60,000-per-month Tribeca apartment.

If we’ve learned anything about them during this dating rollercoaster, it’s that they’re way into celebrating each other’s birthdays. Last October Hadid and the Weeknd were seen out and about on her 22nd birthday in New York City drinking Champagne, eating macarons at Ladurée in Soho, and dancing the night away at a surprise party.

Following precedent, Hadid pulled out all the stops for the Starboy singer’s 29th birthday last night. After the model gifted him a framed Michael Jackson-themed Mad Magazine cover, they took to the club in matching camouflage outfits.

“[One] minute til my favorite day of the year,” Hadid wrote underneath a photo of her and The Weeknd posing in their similar sets.

The Weeknd chose a camo zip-up jacket and pants with R13’s men stack boot, while Hadid opted for a camo bralette and oversized R13 shearling jacket paired with an olive green skirt, sheer Prada socks, and Timberland-style heels.

The singer, who’s been teasing a fourth album, also showed off the outfits on his ‘gram.

Destructive wildfires are currently ravaging sections of Northern and Southern California with devastating force. According to an estimate by CNN, nearly 250,000 people across the state have been evacuated from their homes as a result. In Southern California, the currently uncontrolled Woolsey fire in Ventura County and Malibu has burned over 70,000 acres of land. In response to the event, Bella Hadid posted a heartfelt tribute to Malibu, where she and siblings Gigi and Anwar Hadid grew up, on her Instagram.

According to Hadid’s post, the high school she attended and a number of town landmarks have been lost in the fire. “[C]an’t believe this….it makes me so emotional looking at these photographs taken in the past two days. our beautiful Malibu looks so sad today,” she wrote. “[M]alibu is such a connected, loving community with families that have lived there for 30+ years. Many of them growing up together raising children together for so many decades making so many memories… our high school has gone down as well as so many of the homes we all grew up in…pavilions was more than just a grocery store.?”

Although Hadid is not in California at the time—she just wrapped filming for the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in New York City—the tragedy deeply resonated with her, and she expressed empathy to her those who have been affected, adding that she hopes “we can come up with something very soon to help.”

“I can’t even imagine how you all are feeling back home having to evacuate…im so sorry that you have to watch this happen right in front of you- Im sure it is the most painful thing in the world,” she continued. “[M]y heart is so broken I am so sorry to every single person that lost their homes, and I hope we can come up with something very soon to help… as you can see- horses and other animals are being brought to beaches because there is no way to get out of Malibu anymore.”

To assist with relief efforts, Hadid shared contact information for several relief organizations in her post, especially for those who might need to take their animals out of harm’s way. “I added a few places you can evacuate your animals to if anyone that needs help is reading this… I can’t imagine having to leave my horses behind..I feel so helpless right now …” she said. “[T]hank you to all of the incredible fire fighters in Malibu and from the valley who are working so hard in danger for the community. You are so incredible And we salute you. I hope everyone is safe and I am praying for this psychotic fire to just stop!!!!!”

Sister Gigi Hadid also shared a tribute to the city on her Instagram story. “To my friends and their families and our whole community: I wish the best for your safety and the security of your homes. I’m so sorry to everyone who has everyone who has lost already in these fires…& heartbroken for our cherished Malibu High[.]”

Kendall Jenner might be busy getting ready to strut her stuff down the runway at this year’s Victoria’s Secret Fashion show, but that didn’t stop her from fully celebrating her birthday. On Saturday night, the model hit the town with a few equally glamorous friends to celebrate her 23rd birthday with a bit of karaoke and a whole lot of balloons.

According to People, the crew consisted of Jenner, Bella Hadid, Tyler the Creator, Joan Smalls, and Justine Skye. The group arrived sometime after dark at Sing Sing Karaoke in New York City to belt out a few tunes in honor of the birthday girl.

But that wasn’t the only thing on the festive schedule: As chronicled on social media, the crew’s full day before tha honored Jenner with plenty of balloons, a limo bus, and a homemade cake made by Hadid herself at what looks like an apartment party.

In one photo from the night, shared with Skye, Jenner looked to be in the midst of a hardy laugh with an inflatable dog balloon tucked under her arm. In the photo and videos Jenner’s also wearing a black and pink feather boa.

In another photo, Jenner is pictured alongside her buddies as they don costumes, which include a bunch of purple grapes and an inflatable bathtub.

Though none of her famous family members were on hand for the celebration, they did all take time out of their day to gush about their sister on social media.

“Happy Birthday @kendalljenner I’ve never met a sweeter or prettier human being and someone who has so much fun in life!” Kim Kardashian West, 38, wrote in the caption of an Instagram post. “I hope you get everything you’ve ever dreamed of for your birthday because you deserve it! I’m so happy you are my sister. I love you.”

“Happy birthday to my partner in crime, my best friend, my sister,” Kylie Jenner added in another snap. “Couldn’t have done it all without you.”

Kourtney Kardashian, the eldest of the sisters, added perhaps the sweetest message of all writing, “To my sister who gets me when none of the others do. With that sweetness that you have had since the day you were born and really held on to. Wishing you an enchanting Birthday my sister. I couldn’t live without you.”

The Weeknd, né Abel Tesfaye, has made Bella Hadid quite an offer—an offer she can’t refuse, one might even say. Per TMZ, the singer and on-again, off-again, on-again boyfriend of supermodel Hadid recently asked her to move in with him—into a lavish NYC apartment—and she swiftly said yes.

The apartment in question, listed for $60,000 per month before it went off the market in early October, is nestled inside a luxury complex that, according to The Observer, bills itself as “paparazzi-proof.” The building is also home to the likes of Jake Gyllenhaal, Harry Styles, and Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake. Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds, Jennifer Lawrence, and Meg Ryan all also own apartments in the building. It’s like real-life High-Rise.

As far as its paparazzi-repellent measures go, here’s how it works: The elevator bank, per WWD, is programmed such that neighbors never ride up to their apartments together (sounds inefficient, honestly); it contains a secret garden and 24-hour concierge and doorman services; and it offers valet services in a private garage.

But back to the apartment. It encompasses a reported 5,004 square feet, four bedrooms and four bathrooms, and a private, 1,000-square-foot roof terrace with extraordinary panoramic views; since moving in, per The Weeknd’s Instagram Stories, he’s littered the living room coffee table with the myriad magazines Hadid has covered recently. As a bonus, it has a 70-bottle-capacity wine fridge.

Hadid and The Weeknd split in 2016, but they reunited earlier this year and have been active presences on each other’s Instagrams ever since. “Home,” Hadid captioned a recent photo of the two. Given that they celebrated her birthday just more than two weeks ago, an apartment seems like a pretty lavish gift. With the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show coming up, its proximity to the Dogpound is an added bonus (though Hadid has been known to favor trainer Joe Holder).
