Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin Continue Their Engagement World Tour With an Ice Cream Date in Canada


So far, the Justin Bieber–Hailey Baldwin engagement tour has had some intense highs and lows: First there was the big reveal in the Bahamas, then there was the awkward pic of them making out in a hot tub that definitely wasn’t a selfie—and most recently there was an intense-seeming crying-while-biking excursion in New York City that we’ll come back to in a minute.

Luckily, their latest adventure is a little less weepy: Fans posted photos of the newly engaged couple hitting up the Bieb’s home country and stopping for ice cream in Stratford, Ontario. Apparently, they dropped by to get some quality time in with Bieber’s younger siblings, Jazmyn and Jaxon, who were also photographed flashing some gigantic cones.

Later, there also seems to have been some sort of outing involving a baby pig, which Baldwin dutifully documented on her Instagram stories.

The couple hasn’t been shying away from the cameras—at least since news of the engagement slipped out into the public. Shortly after rumors started swirling, Bieber confirmed he’d popped the question with a gushy Instagram post dedicated to Baldwin. “My heart is COMPLETELY and FULLY YOURS and I will ALWAYS put you first,” he wrote. “You are the love of my life Hailey Baldwin and I wouldn’t want to spend it with anybody else. You make me so much better and we compliment eachother so well!! Can’t wait for the best season of life yet!”

Bieb-and-Baldwin stans got a little bit worried when just a few weeks later, the couple was photographed on a pair of Citi Bikes, with Bieber looking like he was having a proper meltdown en route.

Could there be trouble in Jailey paradise? Apparently not, Bieber confirmed later—he’s just been reading “The Meaning of Marriage” by Timothy Keller and feeling a bit emotional about his relationship. He didn’t reveal too much but told TMZ, “You got good days and you got bad days. It’s not real if it doesn’t have any bad days.”

Luckily, their Canada date seemed to be much more cheerful, but it’s hard to break down in tears when you have ice cream in front of you.

Cardi B Just Dropped Out of Her Tour With Bruno Mars to Focus on Motherhood


Since giving birth to daughter Kulture Kiari, Cardi B has been living her best life. Unfortunately for the rest of us, though, those hoping to see the new mom perform “Bodak Yellow” live while on tour with Bruno Mars this fall will have to put a pin in that dream for now. In a statement she posted on Instagram Thursday night, Cardi announced that she’s decided to pull out of the 24K Magic World Tour, which is set to kick off in Denver in early September.

“As of today, I’ve decided I won’t be joining Bruno on tour this Fall. I thought that after giving birth to my daughter that 6 weeks would be enough time for me to recover mentally and physically. I also thought that I’d be able to bring her with me on tour, but I think I underestimated this whole mommy thing. Not only am I just not ready physically, I’m not ready to leave my baby behind since the doctors explained it’s not healthy for her to be on the road,” the rapper wrote in her announcement, which comes just about two weeks after she and husband Offset welcomed Kulture on July 10. “I hope you guys understand that this decision has been the hardest to make but I have to do what’s best for myself and my baby! Thank you Bruno for being so supportive and understanding.”

Bruno posted his own message for Cardi on Instagram on Thursday, confirming that he is, indeed, being very supportive and understanding about her decision. “Most important thing is you and your family’s health. I know the fans will understand. You are absolutely doing the right thing. I also know we’ll share the stage when the time is right,” he wrote. “We love you Cardi and we will play Bodak Yellow every night in your honor. Please give your baby girl a hug from me and a hug on behalf of everyone on The 24k Magic Tour. Love, Bruno.”

Cardi B has previously spoken about her desire to maintain her career while also expanding her family with Offset. In an April interview on radio show The Breakfast Club, shortly after revealing her pregnancy during a performance on Saturday Night Live, she defended moms who choose to continue working. “It just really bothers me and it disgusts me because I see a lot of women online like, ‘Oh, I feel sorry for you. Oh, your career is over,'” she said. “As a woman, why can’t I have both? Why do I gotta choose a career or a baby? Like, why can’t I have both? I want both.”

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry Are Reportedly Planning Their First U.S. Tour


Start prepping your Suits-themed “Welcome Home” signs, because Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are reportedly planning a trip to the United States next year. This news comes from the latest edition of Us Weekly, which claims the duke and duchess of Sussex are eyeing a trip to Markle’s home country in spring 2019. Do you hear that? That’s the sound of every millennial—particularly the Kappa Kappa Gammas at Northwestern University—erupting in pure joy.

“They are so excited to head to the U.S.,” a palace insider told Us Weekly. “Meghan is looking forward to introducing Harry to everything she loves about the U.S.” If a trip to the studio where Deal or No Deal was filmed isn’t on the itinerary, then I’ll be extremely disappointed.

All jokes aside, Us Weekly reports Markle and Prince Harry have no official plans for this U.S. trip, but they’re “thinking New York, Washington, D.C., and California,” will be the spots to visit. “They’re working to finalize locations and venues,” the sourced added. Chicago is also a possibility, as is a quick stop in Canada. “The Canadian Foreign Office has heard about the tour and would love to have them stop there. This may very well become a North American tour,” the sorce said.

The duke and duchess reportedly want to “solidify ties between the U.K. and the U.S.” on this trip, and “highlight and foster” the two countries’ relationship. This report is coming on the heels of President Donald Trump’s recent visit with Queen Elizabeth II, in which he reportedly broke royal protocol multiple times.

Of course, it’s important to take this news with a grain of salt. After all, Us Weekly‘s report ends with a claim that Markle is planning a solo trip to America this summer, which she wants to do before becoming a mom. That seems like a stretch—and more important, it’s frustrating that our culture is putting a biological clock on Markle. Let’s stop doing that, and just cross our fingers she and Prince Harry are coming Stateside soon.

Taylor Swift's 'Reputation' Tour Opening Night: All the Moments You Need to See


Taylor Swift kicked off her Reputation Stadium Tour last night (May 8) in Glendale, Arizona, and it was a spectacle. Choreography, pyrotechnics, killer live vocals—Swift delivered roughly two hours of pure pop bliss, and her legion of fans lived for it.

They’re also living for a few moments that happened in between the songs, too—like Swift calling out Kim Kardashian or her pointing to boyfriend Joe Alwyn in the crowd. It wouldn’t be a Taylor Swift concert without some juicy tidbits, right? And the Reputation Stadium Tour opening night had plenty. Here are all the ones you need to see.

A quick refresher on that drama: Swift claimed two years ago that she hadn’t approved certain lyrics Kanye West wrote about her in his song “Famous,” though a Snapchat video Kardashian leaked suggested otherwise. Swift doubled-down on her stance, though, which prompted Kardashian—and basically all of social media—to brand her with the snake emoji.

Swift gave a short but poignant speech about all this last night. “A couple of years ago, someone called me a snake on social media and it caught on,” Swift said. “And then a lot of people called me a lot of names on social media. And I went through some really low times for a while because of it. I went through some times when I didn’t know if I was gonna get to do this anymore and I guess the snakes… I wanted to send a message to you guys that if someone uses name-calling to bully you on social media and even if a lot of people jump on board with it, that doesn’t have to beat you. It can strengthen you instead.”

Not in real life, but Swift recruited her to say the classic, “The old Taylor can’t come to the phone right now” line in a video projection during “Look What You Made Me Do.” Haddish revealed last year she had dinner at Swift’s house after they did Saturday Night Live together and became friends.

Well, I guess that confirms who the song’s about. Eagle-eyed fans caught Alwyn in a baseball cap bopping along in the audience to “Gorgeous.” At the end of the song, Swift literally pointed at him, causing the already-lit crowd to lose their minds even more.

Which is a pretty huge deal for Swfities. The Red deep cut is considered by many to be Swift’s best song, and some fans thought an extended version of it would appear on Reputation. (The original song is apparently eight minutes long.) Unfortunately, that didn’t happen, but Swift made up for that by adding an acoustic version of the song to her set. Naturally, it’s stunning.

Taking cues from Madonna—who’s famous for reinventing her hit songs in concert—Swift included many of her staples in the Reputation Stadium Tour set list, but gave them a twist. She performed “Bad Blood” with elements of “Should’ve Said No”; a medley of “Style,” “Love Story,” and “You Belong with Me”; and a piano moment that blended “Long Live” and “New Year’s Day.”

This might’ve been the most fun performance of the night. Both Cabello and Charli XCX sang verses of Swift’s hit 2014 song, and they all joined in bombastically for the chorus. Pop star friendships!

All the 'Star Wars' References in Daisy Ridley's Press Tour Wardrobe


Daisy Ridley has a little movie called Star Wars: The Last Jedi (ever heard of it?) coming out this month, which means she’s been hitting the red-carpet circuit hard to promote the project. The actress recently started working with stylist Samantha McMillen. Together, they’ve been putting together looks that feel fresh and modern by brands like Calvin Klein 205W39NYC and Carolina Herrera—and, ever so subtly, weaving in sartorial nods to the iconic franchise along the way.

If you look closely at some of Ridley’s outfits, you’ll notice how Ridley and McMillen have been paying homage to the Star Wars universe through her wardrobe. Some references to a galaxy far, far away are obvious, like the brooches on the Mugler suit she wore to a photo call in London or the star-speckled Monse gown from the L.A. premiere. Others are much more quiet (and clever): a Selim Mouzannar constellation earring here, or a Christian Louboutin heel named after her character there.
