'Fifty Shades Freed'-Inspired Sex Toys You Might Actually Want to Try

As if the trailer for Fifty Shades Freed wasn’t enough excitement to kickstart your week, sex toy company Lovehoney just announced its line of sex toys in collaboration with author E.L. James to accompany the film. Since many people were first introduced to pleasure products and kink through reading Fifty Shades of Grey, this product collaboration has consistently been a great way for women to feel comfortable experimenting with sex toys. (Not to mention a great chance to try out that Ana/Christian roleplay they’ve been thinking about.)

Even James herself is excited for fans to experiment with the latest toy line. “I am so happy that fans of Fifty Shades Freed will be able to enjoy the pleasure products designed by Lovehoney,” she says. “This collection embodies what Ana and Christian are all about in the third book—romance and intimacy. The products are breathtaking. All the items are inspired by and named after sensual moments that Ana and Christian share. They’re not just exciting, but they’re also elegant and sensuous.”

Ranging in price from $20 to $150, the line features 17 toys and accessories, from silk rope to vibrators and wands—all in understated burgundy and rose-gold tones. Below, we’ve picked out some of the most intriguing new toys from the collection:

Fifty Shades Freed I’ve Got You Rechargeable Remote Control Love Egg, $99.99

This remote-controlled vibrating egg would be amazing for some clandestine couples’ play—just give your partner the remote and let them surprise you.

Fifty Shades Freed Awash with Sensation Mains Wand Vibrator LHUS, $149.99

This wand’s color is gorgeous (though would probably not be mistaken for a back massager).

Fifty Shades Freed All Sensation Nipple and Clitoral Chain, $29.99

Nipples are an underrated erogenous zone, and what better way to get into the nipple play action than with some pretty clamps? (P.S. We have a guide for how best to add clamps to your life here.)

Fifty Shades Freed Come to Bed Rechargeable Slimline Rabbit Vibrator, $109.99

This rabbit looks turbo-charged, and the combination of g-spot and clitoral stimulation is great for people who need both).

Fifty Shades Freed I Want You. Now. Steel Love Ring, $49.99

This ring, which fits over a penis, is not only extremely pretty but apparently can “super-size stimulation, with a firm grip that may aid strength and duration,” according to Lovehoney. But it’s OK if you want it just because it’s pretty, too.

$10 MAC Lipstick Minis Now Exist in Your Favorite Shades

PHOTO: Instagram / @maccosmetics

There are countless tubes of lipstick in this world. There are 363 listed on ulta.com, 309 on sephora.com, and—we’d venture—at least five in any given woman’s bag. Another guess we’d put out there: more often than not, one of those lipsticks that gets plucked for action is a MAC shade. And not just any of the brand’s colors, but usually, one of its cult classics—the hues that you don’t even have to think about, you know they’ll just work. Maybe you’re a Ruby Woo person (who isn’t a Ruby Woo person?), or maybe you go for the brownish-pink Whirl. Whichever’s your go-to, it’s probably the kind of color you can lend to all your friends, because it’s just that good.

The only downside? The universal appeal has meant that up until this point, we’ve had to switch our lipstick from tote bag, to glove compartment, to going-out bag too many times per day. The upside is MAC just came out with a solution: dubbed the Little MAC collection, tiny, incredibly cute, $10 MAC lipstick minis now exist.

They’re not available in every single color MAC offers, but the brand went with its ten cult-classic bestsellers. There’s the aforementioned Ruby Woo and Whirl, along with peachy nude Velvet Teddy, mauve Mehr, red-orange Chili, wine Sin, burgundy Diva, blue-red Russian Red, muted pink Twig, and brick red D for Danger. Dare we say, this might be the start of finishing a lipstick—days rarely before known. They’re joined by eight mini Lip Glass lip glosses, likewise $10 each, in the shades Oh Baby, C-Thru, Love Child, Prrr, Spite, Nymphette, Oyster Girl, and Candy Box.

The collection also branches into eyes, with mini, $10 vials of MAC’s multipurpose pigments in six shades: Vanilla, Melon, Naked, Rose, Blue Brown, and Kitschmas. And if you’ve been eyeing the brand’s False Lashes Extreme mascara, Prep + Prime Fix+ spray, Strobe Cream or makeup wipes, now’s the time to grab them, because small sizes of the lot are $12 each. (That number ring a bell? It’s the same price of full-sized Kat Von D Studded Kiss lipsticks right now—when it rains affordable, quality beauty products, it pours.)

The Little MAC collection is permanent, though, which is the cherry on top. Or is it that MAC’s upcoming Snow Ball holiday collection rounds up trios of the minis for $29.50 each? It’s hard to say. But with those options dropping October 19, it might be worth the wait. If you have the willpower not to buy a Ruby Woo for every bag, that is.

Stores Can't Keep Fenty Beauty's Deep Foundation Shades in Stock

Less than a week after launching, Rihanna’s Fenty Beauty is flying off shelves. While most of Rihanna’s mega-successful makeup line has managed to stay in stock, there’s one product in particular that is selling out at lightning speed, according to social media, and that’s Rihanna’s deep foundation shades.

At the time of writing this, six out of the available 10 deep shades are already sold out on sephora.com, though it looks like restocks are happening pretty regularly. Normally, fans react with disappointment, frustration, or even anger when they can’t get their hands on a highly anticipated beauty launch. But with Fenty Beauty, the response to the limited availability of deep foundation has been markedly different, for a damn good reason.

After decades of being told by big beauty brands that there isn’t enough demand for deep complexion makeup (despite actual economic reports that point to the contrary), black and brown skin women are being heard and seen. What’s more, we’re being heard and seen by Rihanna.

I wasn’t able to get through all the tweets above with getting misty-eyed. Even through happy tears, I know I’m seeing history in the making. It’s more than monumental. It’s affirming in a way that the beauty industry hasn’t been before, but would do well to repeat. Just take a look at the Instagram post below and try to keep your heart from swelling three sizes, I dare you.

Since Rihanna first revealed that she would cater to women with all skin tones, Fenty Beauty stood out as an inclusivity game changer. The fact that the dark foundation shades are the first to sell out is just more proof that women of color deserve and demand an equal space in the beauty industry. Hopefully, other brands will follow suit and push for even more options in their shade ranges. There’s clearly money in it.

Your First Major Look at Christian and Ana's Wedding in 'Fifty Shades Freed' Is Here

Fifty Shades of Grey fans have been waiting since February to catch a glimpse of the newest and final installment of the BDSMish trilogy, Fifty Shades Freed. Of course, the glimpse they got in February was more of a tease: after the credits of Fifty Shades Darker rolled, the screen cut to Anastasia Steele, played by Dakota Johnson, wearing a wedding dress and standing beside an unknown man, who is almost certainly Jamie Dornan’s Christian Grey. Probably-Grey says: “I solemnly vow to keep you safe for as long as we both shall live.” Cut to Steele and Grey in some pretty standard locales for those crazy kids: on the beach, in a private jet, in a shower. But as it turns out, that one line of dialogue was telling—because there’s far more in store for the honeymooning couple, and it involves quite a bit of danger (not the sexy-pretend-Red Room kind, the actual kind with bad guys).

Thanks to an actual trailer released on Sunday, we get a minute-long look at the new installment, which is set to be released on February 14 and throw off thousands of couples’ Valentine’s Day plans.

There is Mr. Grey reciting some vows, much preparation for the wedding (including token floaty shot of veil), and a ring sliding on Anastasia’s—excuse us, Mrs. Grey‘s finger. (We’re not assuming here; the trailer is very clear that she takes his last name.)

Cut to: a jet. “We own this?” Anastasia smiles. “We own this,” Grey answers. This seems like this should have been discussed as part of every responsible couple’s pre-wedding financial planning, but hey.

Next: a James Bond-like shot of Grey striding out of the ocean surf, Anastasia looking appreciatively over her sunglasses (get it, girl).

Then! A gun! A sexy clip! Swimming! A car chase?! Sexy times in front of a mirror! Some boat stuff that looks reckless! A riding crop! More sexy times! Guns going off! A possible kidnapping?! Such opposite ends of the spectrum! We are exhausted.

Anyway, watch the full thing here:

Oh, and here’s a look at Anasatia’s wedding dress, which should go on the cover of every romance novel in the land.

Good news, though: this isn’t even the trailer. According to the last couple seconds of the clip, the first real trailer drops in November—and you can bet we’ll keep you posted on that.
