Queen Elizabeth Is Reportedly Stressed About Prince Harry’s Return to the U.K.

Queen Elizabeth II is currently experiencing what every host feels when their dramatic family comes home for Thanksgiving: “Please, God, everyone just smile, be quiet, and eat your food.”

According to a source with Us Weekly, the queen is mentally preparing for Prince Harry’s first trip back to the U.K. since he and Meghan Markle left for Canada in January. “The Queen’s hoping everyone will put on a united front when Harry returns to London in March—even though there’s still tension behind closed doors,” the source says. “It’ll be interesting to watch their body language and see how they are together.”

Queen Elizabeth reportedly invited Harry and Meghan home earlier this February and has “urged the royal family not to obstruct Harry and Meghan’s aspirations for a new life.”

Harry, Meghan, and 9-month-old son Archie have reportedly been enjoying a “quiet life” in Vancouver since stepping down from their royal duties…at least until they find the right home in L.A. for the summer. “Harry’s much happier in Canada and feels a lot more relaxed,” the source tells Us Weekly. “So far he doesn’t regret the move.”

While it’s already been reported that Prince Harry and Prince William did not part on great terms but have been talking more, the source claims the brothers have spoken only a “couple times” about “business matters.”

“Harry’s more sensitive and emotional than William—he takes everything so personally. He can be rather impulsive at times,” the source said. “[William] doesn’t let things get to him like Harry does. That’s not to say William has a heart of steel—he’s actually an incredibly loving and kind man, he just has a different way of dealing with emotions and is more level-headed than his brother.”

Recently, Meghan and Harry took a trip to Miami, where the younger prince gave a speech about mental health.

“Harry spoke about mental health and how he has been in therapy for the past three years to try to overcome the trauma of losing his mother,” a source told Page Six. “He talked about how the events of his childhood affected him and that he has been talking to a mental health professional.”

It seems both royals are leaning on their spouses at the moment. Despite more responsibilities and a tighter schedule, Prince William and Kate Middleton are reportedly closer than ever. As for Harry, the source with Us Weekly claims Meghan “knows everything about her husband and is constantly advising him.”

Let’s just hope the two princes can work out their differences at Kensington Palace…if only for their grandma’s sake.

Hannah Brown Makes a Shocking Return in the Latest Trailer for The Bachelor

In a second scene, Brown and Weber are sitting very close together on a couch and looking extremely cozy, while the other women in the house seem to be spying on them. “I’m making decisions for my heart,” Brown says. “Because I know there’s still something there. And I would do anything for a relationship.” Then, he makes a shocking ask: “Hannah Brown, what I’m about to say is extremely crazy. What would you say if I asked you to come and be part of the house?”

Of course, we don’t get to hear her answer—but it would appear that this season is going to be very interesting indeed. Weber, of course, finished third in Brown’s season of The Bachelorette and she told People afterward that she cared very deeply for him. “I was in love with Peter,” she said. “I was pulled into different directions every other day. But I had to make a decision. I felt like my heart was broken.”

From the trailer, we also learn that Weber apparently has sex with at least one of the women in the house. “I don’t want this just to feel like it’s all about sex, but I have been intimate. I can’t lie to you about that,” he says. We also hear one contestant tell him, “You can’t do these things with other women or I’m leaving.”

The Bachelor premieres January 6 at 8 PM ET on ABC.

Jennifer Aniston Is About to Make Her Return to TV. Meet the Woman Who Made It Happen

Given her line of work, Keshishian is as gracious as she is discreet. Still, in an interview with Glamour, she was game to share hard-won lessons about work, great bosses, big failures, and the ever-elusive “balance” that women are still urged to seek even in one of the most relentless industries on the planet.

You don’t have to know what you want to be when you grow up.

I grew up in Manchester, New Hampshire, and started acting at a children’s theater. (Adam Sandler was in it with me; we still joke about it now.) Then I directed plays in high school and college, and worked as an intern for a casting director in New York City. While I was there, my boss told me Juliet Taylor is the best casting director in the business. So when I got out of college I applied to be her intern and eventually became her casting assistant. I cast a couple of films—for Lisa Cholodenko, Tamara Jenkins—tiny movies (I found old papers where it showed I was paid $250 to cast one). At that point I was thinking, I’m going to be a casting director. But then there was an incident that convinced me I should be a talent agent instead: A 12-year-old Claire Danes auditioned for the lead role in a Pamela Jenkins’ film. After three or four call backs, she didn’t get the part. She was so good, and I found myself really devastated. She cried when we gave her the bad news, and my heart just went out to her and I thought, I want to be an advocate for talent.

It’s very difficult to know what your passion is when you’re 15, 25, and what you are passionate about changes as you get older. Rather than having to know what you’re going to do for the rest of your life, it’s much easier to say, What do I want to try? What do I want to see if I’m good at it, see if I want to spend time working really hard at? You don’t really need to know where you’ll end up. You just have to follow your passion at that time.

Know what your bigger mission is.

When I told Juliet Taylor, “I think maybe I should become an agent or try to be an agent,” she said the hours were really intense. (This was back in the 90s; we didn’t have cell phones.) I said, “I am ready to do that.” And then Sam Cohn, the owner of ICM, the biggest agency in New York City at the time, called Juliet and said he was looking for an agent. I went in for the interview thinking I’d be his assistant. I was all prepared to say, “In six months I want to be promoted.” Instead, at the end of the two-hour interview, he said, “OK you’re an agent.” I told him, “But I don’t really know what you guys do day-to-day.” And he said, “Listen, your job is to take one artist and introduce them to another artist and help to create art. That’s your job.” That always stuck with me as an incredibly noble assignment.

There’s no shame in bringing in back-up when you need it.

On my second day as an agent I got a call from a casting director for The Professional. He said, “We’re doing screen tests with a bunch of girls and there’s a young girl that has no agent, will you meet her?” She was also going to meet a very reputable agent at William Morris. There was no comparison between me, who had no clients, and this other agent, who was very established. But we met with her and her parents first, and I brought Sam to the meeting with me. They canceled the meeting with the other agent and she became my client. That was Natalie Portman, and we worked together for 15 years.

'Game of Thrones' Fans Think Catelyn Stark Could Return as Lady Stoneheart Still

Note: This post is dark and full of terrors. And also spoilers. You’ve been warned.

Game of Thrones has a mere five episodes remaining before we find out who takes the iron throne. But, before fans find out who will rule the seven kingdoms they are hoping one more character will return from the dead: Lady Stoneheart.

As far as fan theories go, the return of Lady Stoneheart does have legs. But, before we get into all that, and in case you never read the books, let us fill you in on who Lady Stoneheart is and why she was once such a pivotal character.

In the novels and in the HBO television show, Catelyn Stark dies at the tragic Red Wedding along with her son, Robb Stark. However, this is where the two mediums diverge. You see, in the books, Catelyn is resurrected from the dead after her body is found by Brotherhood Without Banners. The brotherhood brings Catelyn back with a magical kiss from Beric Dondarrion. Dondarrion dies as a result of the kiss, but Catelyn, now known as Lady Stoneheart, takes his place.

However, she’s not the loving mother we once knew anymore. Instead, she is a mere shell of a human.

“Death has changed Catelyn,” the Game of Thrones fan Wiki explains. “Stoneheart is less gracious and forgiving than in life and is consumed with a desire for vengeance on anyone she thinks betrayed her and her son, Robb. She hangs any men associated with the Freys, Boltons, or Lannisters, even if they had nothing to do with the ‘Red Wedding’ or if they are boys.”

In fact, in the books, Lady Stoneheart goes on to kill several characters including Podrick Payne and Brienne of Tarth, who are both still very much alive in the show. However, their lives could soon be in danger if fans of the series get their way.

Here’s where the theory of her return began: During a Q&A at Radio Times and BFI Festival, Joe Dempsie, the actor who plays Gendry, discussed his own character’s long absence from the show.

“They were kind of saying they wanted people to forget about him. And, I think what they underestimated and I think what everyone underestimated, because of the rich mythology that George R.R. Martin has created, this world in which there are family trees which go back thousands of years and political implications of certain relations are so crucial and it leads to endless theorizing,” he shared. “The longer a loose end is left untied, the more conspicuous it gets in Game of Thrones, rather than it just being something that fades from the memory.”

This answer prompted the interviewer to ask about Lady Stoneheart and her potential return. While Dempsie didn’t reply, Jacob Anderson, who plays Grey Worm, interjected by saying, “Give it up!”

However, both actors and the people working behind the scenes of Game of Thrones are well-known for attempting to throw fans off the scent of what’s going to happen next, so they could merely be lying.

To make the return of Lady Stoneheart even more convincing, just look back to this quote from show’s creator, George R.R. Martin:

“That was probably the first major diversion of the show from the books and, you know, I argued against that, and [creators] David [Benioff] and Dan [Weiss] made that decision,” Martin told Time. “In my version of the story, Catelyn Stark is re-imbued with a kind of life and becomes this vengeful wight who galvanizes a group of people around her and is trying to exact her revenge on the riverlands. David and Dan made a decision not to go in that direction in their story, pursuing other threads. But both of them are equally valid, I think, because Catelyn Stark is a fictional character and she doesn’t exist. You can tell either story about her.”

Christine Blasey Ford Is Still Receiving Death Threats, Unable to Return Home After Kavanaugh Confirmation

Over the weekend, Brett Kavanaugh was confirmed as an Associate Justice for the United States Supreme Court to applause from the right, many of whom celebrated his appointment with congratulatory tweets and beer (a nod to the many times he referenced the alcoholic beverage during his fiery testimony).

Meanwhile, Christine Blasey Ford, who testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee almost two weeks ago about her allegations of sexual assault against Kavanaugh, is still receiving “distressing” death threats and has been unable to return to her home. Ford alleged that Kavanaugh held her down and tried to remove her clothes, even covering her mouth at one point, during a 1982 party when they were both in high school.

Ford’s attorney, Debra Katz, revealed this information in an interview with MSNBC on Sunday. “This has been terrifying,” she said. “Her family has been through a lot. They are not living at home. It’s going to be quite some time before they’re able to live at home. The threats have been unending. It’s deplorable. It’s been very frightening.”

Katz said that Ford has “also received extraordinary letters of support and encouragement.”

The nomination, hearings, and confirmation vote have been one of the most divisive in history. An NPR/PBS NewsHour/Marist poll conducted after Ford and Kavanaugh’s testimonies before the Senate Judiciary Committee showed that 43 percent of those surveyed believed the California professor to be telling the truth compared to 33 percent for former DC Circuit judge.

Even still, it is Ford who continues to pay the price for coming forward with her story. That she is facing such vitriol and extreme threatening behavior is horribly sad, but not even close to shocking. It is fear of this sort of response that can frighten women into not reporting their assaults.

But not Ford, who stated in her initial written testimony, “I am here today not because I want to be. I am terrified. I am here because I believe it is my civic duty to tell you what happened to me while Brett Kavanaugh and I were in high school.”

Meanwhile, Kavanaugh is expected to hear his first case on Tuesday.

Cardi B Made Her Triumphant Return to the Front Row in Head-to-Toe Leopard

Last season, Cardi B was the undisputed queen of New York Fashion Week, sitting front row at shows like Alexander Wang, Jeremy Scott, and Christian Siriano while schmoozing with Anna Wintour. This season, her presence was cut short likely thanks to the theatrical brawl she had with Nicki Minaj during a party at the Plaza Hotel.

Time, as they say, is the only healer, as Cardi made her triumphant and very visible return to the FROW at Dolce & Gabbana’s Spring 2019 runway show in Milan Sunday, wearing an outfit that consisted of a leopard-print trench, tall leopard boots, and oversized furry glasses, also in leopard. The look, according to an Instagram caption, was a nod to Fran Drescher, aka The Nanny, aka The Flashy Girl From Flushing.

“Bitch, get into these motherfucking glasses bitch!” Cardi says in another Insta she posted on her way to the D&G show, adding that the fur keeps her face so warm it’s like she has “a North Face,” calling the accessory “winter certified.”

Cardi also shared thoughts about her experience in Italy in general (“We out here in Milan drinking sparkling water and eating some spaghettis!” and “Man, these Italians got me fucked up giving me champagne in the afternoon. They must not know that I’m light!”) and her designer outfit (“Dolce & Gabbana want all my shmoney!”)

At the Dolce show—which featured a parade of icons including models Eva Herzigova, Carla Bruni, and Isabella Rossellini, as well as Italian actress Monica Bellucci—Cardi looked right at home nestled between One Direction’s Liam Payne and Stevie Wonder. From the look of it, she’s back to her normal self and having the most fun, despite the fact Minaj is also in Milan for Fashion Week. Will they cross paths in Paris, whose Fashion Week starts tomorrow? Will Cardi swap her sparkling water and spaghettis for red wine and baguettes? Will her Dolce look be upstaged by custom Chanel? The next 24 hours are critical.
