Prince Louis Keeps Doing This Hilarious Thing in All the Royal Family Video Chats

Prince Louis may be fifth in line to the British throne, but in many ways he’s just like every other almost-2-year-old you know.

His parents, Prince William and Kate Middleton, opened up about life at home with their kids as they, too, self-isolate amid the coronavirus pandemic in a new video interview with the BBC. “It’s been ups and downs, like a lot of families self-isolating,” Middleton said, laughing.

Like the rest of us, the royals have been keeping in touch using technology. “We’ve been talking to all the family online,” Prince William said. “It’s been a really good way of keeping in touch and seeing each other.” Apparently, Prince Louis always wants in on the action. “It gets a bit hectic, I’m not going to lie, with a 2-year-old,” Middleton said, with Prince William adding, “For some reason, he sees the red button and always wants to press the red button.”

Yep, that sounds like pretty standard toddler behavior while in the vicinity of any electronic device. In other highly relatable royals news, the older members of the family are low-key struggling with the world of video chats and FaceTime. “As you can imagine the younger generation are a little bit more tech-savvy. But only just,” Prince William said, while they both laughed. “I think we’re getting there now, the family are getting a little more used to being able to contact each other and pressing the right buttons and not dropping the computer halfway through.”

The Duchess of Cambridge also revealed that they continued home-schooling for Prince George and Princess Charlotte during the British equivalent of spring break. “But don’t tell the children we’ve actually kept it going through the holidays,” she said. “I feel very mean.”

Your secret’s safe with us, Kate.

Britney Spears Just Called Out Her Breakup With Justin Timberlake in a Hilarious Way

Much like some people still ship Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt, there’s a certain subset of millennials who still go hard for Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake. The two pop stars dated publicly in the late 90s and early 00s, breaking up in winter 2002. Of course, their split was at the center of tabloids, with some alleging there was cheating on Spears’s end. (Those claims were never founded.) Nearly twenty years later, there’s still a picture out there of the twosome as the prince and princess of pop—destined to be together in some alternate universe where all-denim outfits are the norm.

But this didn’t happen in the actual world. Timberlake has been married to Jessica Biel since 2012, and the two share a son together, Silas. Spears, meanwhile, is happily dating the very hot 26-year-old model-slash-personal trainer Sam Asghari.

Neither Timberlake nor Spears has said much publicly about each other, especially lately, which is why Spears’s latest Instagram post is worth mentioning. The Glory singer posted one of her now-infamous selfie dancing videos on Wednesday, April 15, and the caption and song choice captured the internet’s attention.

In the clip, below, watch Spears iconically flip her hair to—wait for it—Timberlake’s 2018 song “Filthy.”

And in her caption, she calls out her breakup with Timberlake directly. “I know we had one of the world’s biggest breakups 20 years ago …… but hey the man is a genius !!!! Great song JT ✨,” she wrote.

This isn’t the first time Britney Spears has grooved to Justin Timberlake’s music—she worked out to his hit “LovedStoned/I Think She Knows” in 2018—but her caption is the most transparent she’s been about their split in years. From the jokey tone, though, it appears there are no hard feelings.

In 2016, Spears mentioned in an interview that she’d be down to collaborate with Timberlake, something he then reciprocated that same year. “Sure, absolutely,” he told E! News. “I’m accessible. Give us a call!”

Will JT respond to Brit’s Instagram with a video of his own dancing to one of her songs? May I suggest “Gimme More?”

The ‘Love Is Blind’ Reunion Show Is Here—And the Fan Reactions Are Hilarious

Warning: This post contains major Love Is Blind spoilers.

The Love Is Blind reunion show dropped on Netflix in the wee hours of Thursday, March 5—and it most certainly didn’t disappoint.

The 12 main cast members reunited with hosts Nick and Vanessa Lachey to rehash all that happened on the show—and everything that has transpired in the year and a half since. (The show filmed in 2018.) And they had a lot to say. Amber confronted Jessica over her continued flirtation with Barnett. Carlton and Diamond seemed to get some closure. Damian and Giannina told us they are back together. We all fell collectively more in love with Lauren and Cameron, who are still together—thank goodness. We don’t need that heartbreak in this dark and twisty world right now.

As they have throughout the show’s run, people on social media had strong reactions to the Love Is Blind reunion.

Of course, there was the Barnett, Amber, and Jessica of it all. “Amber dragging Jessica for filth is exactly what I needed to happen in the Love is blind reunion,” one person tweeted. Another commented on Barnett’s facial reactions during the confrontation, “Barnett’s face while amber is going in on Jessica on the love is blind reunion is a big moood.”

People continued to have a lot of opinions about what went down between Carlton and Diamond. “LMFAO the Love Is Blind reunion was interesting. Highlights, Carlton doing the most in the apology to Diamond ??‍♂️, Amber reading tf out of ‘Mess-ica’ and Lauren and Cameron being the best thing to come out of the show,” one fan wrote.

America’s sweethearts, Lauren and Cameron, did not disappoint fans. Their love feels very real—and they seem so happy. Some were clamoring for a spin-off.

We just need to know one thing: if (and when) season two is happening. Your move, Netflix.

Sandra Bullock and Ryan Reynolds Had a Hilarious Sing-Off For Betty White's 98th Birthday

Sandra Bullock, Ryan Reynolds, and Betty White all starred in the 2009 romantic comedy The Proposal, and it seems they’ve kept in touch since then. Exhibit A: This truly hilarious video Reynolds posted of himself and Bullock for White’s 98th birthday on Friday, January 17. The clip starts with the two actors singing “Happy Birthday” to White back and forth. Then, Reynolds goes rogue and starts a joking rant about how he loves White more than Bullock does.

“What does Sandy do for you every year?” Reynolds quips. “Like, show up and hand-deliver flowers for you wearing nothing but black socks and a dozen gold bracelets? Just like you requested? Doubt it.” Reynolds’s talking is intercut with Bullock still singing “Happy Birthday” like nothing is going on.

Honestly, the video deserves an Oscar. Watch it for yourself, below, because you deserve a little joy.

The Proposal, if you don’t remember, centers on a woman (Bullock) who fakes a relationship with her assistant (Reynolds) in order to avoid being deported back to Canada. Betty White plays Reynolds’s grandmother in the film. It grossed over $317.4 million at the box office and earned Bullock a Golden Globe nomination for Best Actress in a Motion Picture, Comedy or Musical.

In an interview with Parade a few years back, White joked that the secret to her long life has been vodka and hot dogs. But she did offer some sage advice for people: “Enjoy life,” she said. “Accentuate the positive, not the negative. It sounds so trite, but a lot of people will pick out something to complain about, rather than say, ‘Hey, that was great!’ It’s not hard to find great stuff if you look.”

Having Ryan Reynolds and Sandra Bullock do a sing-off for your birthday certainly counts as “great stuff,” in my opinion.

Chrissy Teigen Trolls John Legend With Hilarious 'Sexiest Man Alive' Pajamas

It’s become very clear that Chrissy Teigen loves to poke fun at John Legend. Case in point: the couple’s anniversary tribute; that time she replaced his Grammy; and so on and so forth.) But she’s really had to step up her troll game lately, after her husband’s latest honor.

The “All of Me” singer was recently named People magazine’s “Sexiest Man Alive,” so Teigen surprised him with a onesie plastered with images of the cover. She unveiled the outfit after Thanksgiving dinner, enlisting her friends Bronwyn Reed and Paul Barbosa to model the matching pjs.

“Great pic guys we all look great!!!” she captioned a shot posted to Instagram, in which she also wearings the hilarious look.

“Stunning,” Legend wrote in the comments section.

Teigen also shared footage of Legend’s priceless reaction to her Instagram Stories.

“Sexiest man, baby” the mother-of-two can be heard saying in another clip, as Legend chuckles and claps.

@chrissyteigen/Instagram Stories

This isn’t the first time Teigen has trolled her husband’s “Sexiest Man Alive” title. In fact, she hasn’t let him forget it. Not only did she tease him about it on Twitter, but she even updated her bio to read, “currently sleeping with people’s sexiest man alive.”

But the trolling didn’t end there. Teigen also shared a video of the couple’s children, Luna and Miles, completely unimpressed by their father’s accomplishment. “The kids…do not care,” she wrote.

The model then followed that up with another message: “@johnlegend come home please. we want to make fun of you in person.”

As always, well played, Chrissy.

Netflix's The Politician Review: It's a Hilarious Mix of Glee, Scream Queens, and, The Act

“I love to take bites out of the very confrontational nature of Payton and the over-confidence and the sort of lack of empathy and lack of regard for anyone else’s motives and feelings, because I’m very much not like that,” Platt tells Glamour about his character, who, at one point in the pilot, literally ponders whether or not he’s a sociopath. “It was delicious to play someone who is so headstrong and walks into a room and believes he’s the best person in the room.”

Boynton has similar feelings about playing the antagonistic Astrid. “She can be such a powerhouse and power presence, and I love those moments,” she says. “That happens mostly at her worst, and I love that part of her. I love playing Astrid at her most aggressive. She has such a presence and is not in the slightest afraid to take up space in the room.”

That aspect of The Politician is definitely refreshing. The female characters on the show—whether that’s Astrid, Dusty, or Georgina—aren’t concerned with being “likable.” They have elections to win, scams to execute, or mansions to iconically glide around. These women aren’t necessarily realistic, but they’re not idealized, either. They’re self-indulgent, over-the-top, occasionally villainous, and always entertaining. Think Chanel Oberlin from Scream Queens after 15 espresso shots.

Which, again, isn’t everyone’s cup of tea. The Politician paints its characters boldly and with broad strokes. It’s satirical and cynical and, at times, a bit dark. That aforementioned tragic event is truly devastating—and while it’s given the reverence it deserves, the pilot moves quickly back to Payton and Astrid’s win-at-all-costs antics. There’s not a ton of emotional nuance and sensitivity in The Politician. Know that before going in.

Ben Platt as Payton in The Politician.

Netflix

There are, however, several parallels to another Murphy classic: Glee. Payton could easily be the younger brother of Rachel Berry, McKinley High School’s show-choir all-star who was determined to make it on Broadway. “Payton definitely has that blind Rachel Berry, I will get it by all means necessary [motto],” Platt says.

That being said, Glee was a polarizing show, and The Politician will undoubtedly be too. It currently has a 55 percent rating on Rotten Tomatoes, so critics are pretty much down the middle. What ultimately will determine your taste for The Politician is your opinion on Ryan Murphy content. This isn’t one of his made-for-the-masses productions, like American Crime Story. His humor and brand are written all over this, in its most extreme forms. Personally, I loved it. Some will hate it. Regardless, I think you should give at least the pilot a whirl—if anything to see Gwyneth Paltrow prune flowers in full glam. I could watch nine hours of that alone.
