Here's How Selena Gomez Reportedly Feels About Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin's Wedding

Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin legally married in September 2018 but waited an entire year to celebrate their nuptials with friends and family. On Monday, September 30, the couple gathered their loved ones around for a much buzzed-about party on the South Carolina coast. Details about the bash are sparse, but Bieber did share a photo of the couple kissing on his Instagram and captioned it, “My bride is ?.”

Unsurprisingly, fans are bringing Selena Gomez’s name into this story. The “Wolves” singer famously dated Bieber on and off for about a decade, but they called things off for good in 2018. “Can justin say selena’s name [at the altar] instead of hailey …i want some drama ..,” one fan tweeted yesterday, while another wrote, “imagine when Justin pulls a Ross and says Selena’s name instead of Hailey’s.”

But Bieber and Baldwin’s wedding is the furthest thing from Gomez‘s mind, according to this new report from Us Weekly.

“Selena knows she’s better off without Justin, and that it’s the healthiest decision for her,” an insider tells the outlet. “She is open to dating, but right now she is solely focused on herself and enjoying life to the best of her ability, and getting back to being the Selena that she and all of her close ones knew prior to dating Justin.”

The source also added, “She is in a good place. She has been hanging out with old friends and family and keeping herself out of the limelight and away from public places where she might feel bombarded or overwhelmed.”

There you have it, people. Hopefully reports like this get rid of the idea that Selena Gomez is still pining over Justin Bieber. It’s clear she has moved on, and it’s time for all of us, including her well-meaning fans, to move on too.

Here's How Kate Middleton Is Preparing to Be Queen

According to a new cover story in People this week, Kate Middleton has taken a few steps to cement her place as future queen.

Royal insiders tell People that the Duchess of Cambridge has really come into her own since the birth of her three children. We know that she takes a hands-on approach with her kids and is even the family photographer from time to time. Sources say that the confidence she’s gained over the last few years is also reflected in her own charity work, which focuses on issues related to parenthood and child development. She’s reportedly even writing her own speeches these days and sitting in long meetings with U.K. organizations.

“The Duchess wouldn’t just join us, she would stay for the whole meeting. She has a deep curiosity to really understand the issues,” Kate Stanley, director of strategy at the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children, tells People.

“She is now more open with what she wants to say, and funnily enough, she is more relaxed as well,” a family source also told People, while another source added, “She is finding her voice.”

Fans saw a glimpse of this in January, when Middleton spoke frankly about the struggles of motherhood. “It’s so hard,” the duchess said at an event. “You get a lot of support with the baby as a mother particularly in the early days, but after the age of one, it falls away. After that, there isn’t a huge amount. Lots of books to read. Everybody experiences the same struggle.”

Meanwhile, a third close royals source told People, “She is an adoring mother, and she is contributing publicly in the way we would want her to. You see it more and more. The young student has turned into our future Queen.”

Here's Why Camila Cabello Wants to Protect Her Relationship With Shawn Mendes

Camila Cabello is one of ELLE‘s cover stars this month for its Women in Music issue, and in her interview she discussed all those rumors about her and Shawn Mendes. “Love is the most sacred, precious thing to me,” she said. ” I want to always feel like my love is between me and that person, and never belonging to anyone else. As much as I love my fans, and as much as I love people, I like to live my life as normally as possible. In a relationship, it makes me feel uncomfortable to invite everyone in on that.”

When asked specifically about Mendes, Cabello said, “I don’t know; people can say whatever they want to say. They can speculate, but at the same time, we are going to live our own lives, enjoy it, and fall for each other like nobody is watching. That is how I want to live. I never want to open the door for people to feel like they are involved. Like I said, I want it to be mine and [his]. That’s why I’m so tight-lipped about it: because I want to protect it.”

If you haven’t been keeping track of this situation, the internet is convinced Cabello and Mendes are a couple. Their steamy collaboration, “Señorita,” first sparked the discussion, followed by a string of PDA moments. Toss in a super-hot VMAs performance (watch above), and you have a full-blown pop-culture phenomenon.

Mendes actually confirmed he’s in a relationship earlier this week, though he didn’t explicitly say who with. It seems like anyone who wants a closer look at what’s going on will have to wait for Camila Cabello’s upcoming album: “I feel an undeniable truth that the album has captured the essence of me at this point in my life,” she also told Elle. We can’t wait to listen.

Here's Why Ariana Grande Is Suing Forever 21 For $10 Million

When it comes to protecting her image, Ariana Grande is not playing around.

On Monday, the pop star filed a lawsuit against Forever 21, alleging trademark infringement for the unauthorized use of her name and likeness, after a deal between Grande and the fast-fashion retailer reportedly fell through.

According to documents obtained by ABC, Grande and Forever 21 were in talks for a potential partnership “which she explicitly declined due to Forever 21’s unwillingness to pay the fair market value for a celebrity of Ms. Grande’s stature.” Around the same time, the retailer and its beauty chain Riley Rose reportedly referenced her music and image in various social media posts. Now, Grande is seeking “damages in an amount to be proven at trial, but in no event less than $10 million,” per ABC.

“The campaign capitalized on the concurrent success of Ms. Grande’s album ‘Thank U, Next’ by publishing at least 30 unauthorized images and videos misappropriating Ms. Grande’s name, image, likeness, and music in order to create the false perception of her endorsement,” the lawsuit alleges.

In the complaint, Grande’s team included screenshots of social posts from Forever 21’s Instagram account that reference her songs, “Thank U, Next” and “7 Rings”, as well as models styled to looks like the singer.

The lawsuit comes just days after Bloomberg reported that Forever 21 was considering filing for bankruptcy. Glamour has reached out to the retailer for comment, and will update this story when we hear back.

Here's Why Camila Cabello Has Decided to Take a Step Back From Instagram

Camila Cabello says she hasn’t been on social media much these days, but she’s made a few returns to Instagram lately to discuss some of the unhealthy ways she’s noticed people scrutinize each other online. Earlier this month, she wrote a thoughtful post about refusing to let people body-shame her. On Saturday, she hopped back on IG to explain why she’s been taking a break from the platform and offered fans some advice for how to refocus on living in the present.

Cabello has been the subject of renewed media and tabloid attention after rumors began flying about her alleged relationship with Shawn Mendes. (The paparazzi has taken tons of photos of them making out, and she recently left him a birthday tribute that read, “I love you!”) But the attention she gets isn’t always positive and in her new post, Cabello made it clear that she’s been focusing on herself and trying not to focus on the negativity that happens on the Internet.

On a picture of herself tagged in New York, she wrote, “Really wanted to send love to everyone on here—I don’t go on social media that much cause it’s not good for me, and I don’t know how to not be affected by what people say on here so I just don’t read it. But I am totally aware that I can use this platform to help people even in small ways!”

She then included a strategy that she uses to decompress and avoid getting too deep in her head. She explained that for the past few months, she’s been dabbling with meditation tips and doing things like pausing for five minutes to breathe. Already, she said that “can feel the quality of my life improving – I used to live so much in my head , constantly trapped in my overthinking and being in my head as opposed to the present moment- and lately just going back to my breath and focusing on it puts me back in my body and back in the present and helps me so much.”

“Do it three times a day and whenever you feel yourself getting overwhelmed,” she advised her followers. “I know lots of us on here are growing up and learning how to be human lol, and that can be intense and hard sometimes – I think some tools are really life changing and help you know how to do that better, so I just thought i’d share something that’s really helped me; and hopefully it helps you guys!!!!”

Here's Your First Look At Taylor Swift's 'Lover'-Inspired Fashion Collaboration With Stella McCartney

Taylor Swift’s long-awaited seventh album, Lover, is almost here—and just before the big reveal, the singer released a first look at her upcoming collaboration with designer Stella McCartney.

Swift and McCartney partnered on a collection inspired by the upcoming release. And the Lover lookbook reveals there will be plenty of pastel-colored merchandise and accessories to go around.

The line includes hoodies decorated with hearts, tons of rainbow-hued shirts, and hats and totes that fit in with the dreamy tones that Swift has used for her Lover videos so far. It also gives eager Swifties a few more clues about what some of the unreleased songs might sound like: One sweater reads, “Summer’s a knife” and another item has “”Like a Tennessee Stella McCartney” on it. Her new cat, Benjamin Button, even makes an appearance.

Apparently, the idea for this collaboration started when Swift began spending time in London, where her boyfriend Joe Alwyn lives.

“When I started spending more time in London, Stella and I would go on walks, have cocktails, and talk about life. So when it came time to write this album, I name-checked her in one of my songs, and when I played her the album, I said, ‘Should we do something?’” Swift told Vogue. She wore a Stella McCartney dress to the 2019 BAFTAs after parties—before their collaboration was officially announced.

McCartney jumped on the chance to work with Swift and said she was immediately in after getting an advance listen of Lover. “I couldn’t believe that my name is in a Taylor Swift song (what?!?) and after Taylor played me the entire album it gave me such incredible inspiration for the collaboration and it really revolved around the music,” the designer told Vogue. “When Taylor asked me, or even thought to come and do this with me, what I love is how we really complement each other in what we generate creatively together.”
