New 'Riverdale' Trailer Has Your First Look at Betty's Brother

This week’s midseason finale of Riverdale left us with several questions: Is that creepy janitor really the Black Hood? Will Veronica find out about Archie and Betty’s kiss? Will Cheryl Blossom fulfill her destiny and become queen of the North Side? (OK, I made that last one up, but it’s true: Cheryl Blossom deserves the world.) One mystery that’s been lagging for several episodes, though, is the identity of Betty’s long-lost brother. We learned about him in the first season finale, but the details were sparse. Who is he? What does he look like? And when the hell will we actually meet him?

Well, this new trailer for the next episode, which airs January 17, has the answers. It looks like we’ll learn more about Chic, the only Cooper son, the second Riverdale returns next year. In the last few seconds of this teaser, Mama Alice says she wants to meet her son. And in the next frame, we see him: He’s tall, blond, and very cute.

Chic is played by Hart Denton, a newcomer you might recognize from the Toni Collette film Fun Mom Dinner. Lili Reinhart has posted photos and videos of them goofing off on set, but this is the first time we’ve seen him in an official Riverdale capacity.

If you remember from season one, Hal Cooper found out Alice was pregnant the night they were elected homecoming king and queen. Hal wanted her to have an abortion; she refused, and instead checked herself into Sisters of Quiet Mercy, where she gave birth to Chic and gave him up for adoption.

Knowing Riverdale, though, there’s probably way more to the story—and we won’t have to wait long to find it out.

New 'Outlander' Trailer Teases All the Sex and (Maybe) Deaths Coming This Season

The third season of Outlander has been a lot of things: dramatic, violent, intriguing. And, of course, it’s been sexy. Like, seriously sexy. Outlander is known for its mind-blowing sex scenes, but things between Claire and Jamie are (somehow) even hotter this season.

And the passion continues in the latter half of the season—as this new trailer reveals. It quite literally starts with Jamie passionately kissing Claire and saying, “You belong with me; we’re mated for life” in his signature, sultry cadence. These three seconds are my sexual orientation.

Season three, part two boasts more than just sex, of course. Young Ian’s life is in jeopardy, and Claire and Jamie have no idea where he is. The journey to find him will surely be bloody, thrilling, and (wince) possibly lethal. He could die, you guys! With this show, you can never really predict what happens.

Check out the new trailer for yourself, below:

How are you feeling? Scared? Aroused? All of the above? Yup, same. Outlander is perhaps the only show on television capable of making you feel horny and shook at the same time.

Interestingly, Caitriona Balfe (who plays Claire) doesn’t really see Outlander as sex-centric as the rest of the world does. “It’s funny, because there’s probably less sex in our show than people think,” she told Glamour. “It’s just when we do it, we try to empower these two characters to represent this meta-physical and all-encompassing love, so we get branded as, ‘It’s so sexy!’ But if you look at the amount of episodes that it features in, it’s not in every single one.”

This is true, but let’s be honest: No one would complain about more sex on Outlander. Just a friendly tip for the writers’ room!

Margot Robbie Is Tonya Harding's Twin in the First Trailer for 'I, Tonya'

The saga of Tonya Harding and Nancy Kerrigan is one of the most infamous in sports history. They were ice-skating rivals, and in 1994 Harding’s ex-boyfriend tried to edge Kerrigan out by hiring a man to break her right leg. Harding’s involvement in this attack led to an absolute media frenzy; news trucks camped outside her house, and journalists were assigned to track her every move. The scandal followed both Harding and Kerrigan for years—and, in many ways, it still haunts them. You can’t say one of their names without mentioning the other.

And now this period in Harding’s life is becoming a film. I, Tonya is slated to hit theaters this winter, and it stars Margot Robbie in the titular role and Caitlin Carver as Kerrigan. It’s a black comedy, and it’s unclear how the film will address the Kerrigan-Harding scandal. One thing’s for sure, though: Robbie is a dead-ringer for Harding in the movie.

The bangs! The voice! The messy ponytail! It’s seriously incredible how much Robbie transformed herself for this role. She’s a shoe-in for an Oscar nomination this year—not to mention every critics’ choice award and, like, probably a Pulitzer. Basically just give Robbie all the prizes for this performance.

Check out the one-minute trailer for yourself, below:

“I wanted to meet her to kind of say that I’m going to create a character. Wherever this film takes us, this is not me trying to replicate you,” Robbie told Deadline about Harding. “It was interesting to hear her perspective on things that we thought we knew. It’s always going to sound different from the person who it happened to.”

The Trailer for Maisie Williams' New 'X-Men: The New Mutants' Movie Is Terrifying

PHOTO: 20th Century Fox/YouTube

There has been no shortage of X-Men movies since filmgoers were first introduced to Professor X and company in 2000. Marvel fans have seen the good (X-Men, X-Men: First Class), the bad (X-Men: The Last Stand), and the so sad it might ruin not just all Wolverine movies, but all Hugh Jackson movies for you (Logan). And now, mutant fans are finally getting a horror movie.

On Friday (the 13th, no less) the trailer dropped for X-Men: The New Mutants—a look at what happens when mutant teens aren’t sent to a magical prep school full of small classes and only the occasional government raid, and instead are locked in some kind of haunted house. The film stars Stranger Things’ Charlie Heaton as Sam Guthrie (Mutant code name: Cannonball) and Game of Thrones’ Maisie Williams as Rahne Sinclair a.k.a. Wolfsbane. (I know it’s traditional to pick a new name that highlights your abilities, but Rahne Sinclair is already a pretty cool name.)

With the film, Williams is joining her GoT co-star and real-life bestie, Sophie Turner, in the X-Men universe. Turner played young Jean Grey in last year’s X-Men Apocalypse and will star in X-Men: Dark Phoenix, out next November.

If the star power of X-Men: The New Mutants hasn’t sold you (the film also features Split‘s Anya Taylor-Joy and 13 Reasons Why’s Henry Zaga), the man behind the camera might. Josh Boone, who directs the new film and penned the screenplay, also directed classic teen weepie The Fault in Our Stars.

X-Men: The New Mutants will be released on April 13. Watch the trailer below, if you dare:

New 'Star Wars: The Last Jedi' Trailer Features Carrie Fisher in Her Final Turn as Leia

A second trailer for Star Wars: The Last Jedi just dropped online, and warning: You’ll want a box of tissues nearby before you watch. That’s because the sneak peek features a look at Carrie Fisher, who died last year at the age of 60, in her final turn as Leia—and while the scenes of her are brief, they’re striking nonetheless.

Of course, watching the movie when it hits theaters on December 15 will be even more emotional. Fisher had reportedly finished shooting all of her scenes for The Last Jedi before she tragically passed away, but it’s rumored the movie filmed reshoots to explain why her character won’t be in the next installment. We’re not sure yet what that entails—but if it’s anything like the tribute the franchise shared following her death, then we’re confident it will be moving and well done.

Even the poster for the film features Fisher’s Leia front and center:

But back to this new teaser trailer: In addition to the shots of Leia, we see clips of Rey (Daisy Ridley) learning the force with Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill), BB-8 being cute as ever, and Kylo Ren (Adam Driver) looking super ominous and reaching toward…something. In other words, this. Looks. So. Awesome.

Watch for yourself, below:

December can’t come soon enough.

'Outlander' Season 3 Episode 6 Trailer: Here's Your First Look at Jamie and Claire's Reunion Sex

Outlander fans have been waiting for one thing (and one thing only) this season: Jamie (Sam Heughan) and Claire’s (Caitriona Balfe) reunion. Or, more specifically, all the sex that’ll happen once they reunite.

It’s been 20 years since the two have seen each other, but last night’s episode finally set things in motion for them to be together again. Claire used the standing stones to travel back to 18th century Edinburgh, which means she and Jamie are finally in the same century at the same time. This isn’t the only thing Outlander fans have to look forward to, though. The sixth episode, which airs October 22 and is titled “A. Malcom,” will be a super-sized 74 minutes, giving fans time to really enjoy Jamie and Claire’s reunion.

And what a reunion it is. Starz released both a photo and quick teaser trailer of Claire and Jamie’s rekindling, and they can be described in one word: hot. Like, insanely hot. So hot that you might want to grab a glass of water before you continue reading this post.

Let’s start with the photo, which Starz tweeted out on Monday (October 9) from Outlander‘s official page “When the love of your life is back in your arms, nothing else matters,” they captioned the pic. Jamie’s hair, as always, is looking 20 out of 10.

The video is even steamier. It’s brief, but it’s memorable. Their thirsty stares! The heavy breathing! Jamie suggesting to Claire that she “come to bed” with him! It’s all just too much…in the best way possible, of course. Watch it for yourself, here.

Is it October 22 yet? There’s absolutely no way Outlander fans can make it until then.
