Twitter Thinks Millie Bobby Brown Is Young Natalie Portman's Doppelgänger


Millie Bobby Brown is known for her unique look, from the preteen pixie cut she sported after shaving her head for her breakout role in Stranger Things to her designer fashion sense. But recently, as Mashable pointed out, Twitter has discovered Millie actually is fairly similar to another celebrity: a young Natalie Portman. Talk about strange things.

It’s hard to unsee the resemblance once you’ve checked out some of the side-by-sides of Millie and a Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace–era Natalie. But strangely enough, this isn’t the first time the former Queen Amidala has had a celebrity doppelgänger. While on set for the Star Wars prequels, Keira Knightley worked as her double.

The Millie-Natalie connection is so close, though, we’re busy figuring out exactly who Natalie would play in Stranger Things 3. (Eleven’s secret half-sister? A second aunt who’s more open to the idea that she can chat with her mother through lamps?). The resemblance between Millie and Natalie is downright uncanny. As one person succinctly put it, “I NEED ANSWERS.”

Jennifer Lawrence Has a Teenage Doppelgänger Who Says She's Not a Fan


Alexia Maier, a 17-year-old working model from Florida, swears she’s not a clone of Oscar-winning actress Jennifer Lawrence, but honestly, we aren’t sure if we believe her. Their resemblance is pretty uncanny. But the teenager told the Daily Mail that she was unaware of just how much she looked like the Mother! actress until random fans began approaching her on the street and mistaking her for the star.

“At first I thought it was a joke when people started saying I looked like Jennifer Lawrence,” Maier told Daily Mail. “But when I started getting dozens of comments about my J.Law similarities, I started to realize it myself.”

Maier added that the stares and mistakes first began during a visit to New York City. “People will ask me for autographs,” she said. “I think one of my favorite examples is when a woman said ‘Jennifer, I’m your biggest fan!’ I told her, ‘I’m not Jennifer!’ but the woman immediately said, ‘Are you sure?’ I’ll never forget her reaction.”

And sure, people love to say they look like famous celebrities, but just take a look at Maier’s photos on Instagram and see if you can spot the difference between her and Lawrence:

While Maier acknowledges her look-alike appearance has only brought positive things to her life she told the Daily Mail that she’s actually not a huge fan of the Hunger Games actress.

“I know this is not the answer people are expecting from me, but I am not a fan,” she said. “Even so, I can acknowledge that Jennifer has definitely impacted my life in strange ways. I got a lot of attention in the first couple years of high school because of my similarities to her. I was also subjected to a lot of online attention when I was pretty young, good and bad, but both have managed to help shape me as a person.”

Despite claiming she’s not a fan, Maier still appears to be having fun with her doppelgänger fame and even attended the Hunger Games exhibition in New York to share a very cheeky picture next to Lawrence’s costume. Odds are it would fit Maier perfectly too.

This Famous Celebrity Sibling Is Basically Selena Gomez's Doppelgänger


Thanks to social media, it’s easier than ever to stumble upon someone who resembles a famous face: We’ve come across a bodybuilder who could double for Jennifer Lopez with nary an eye batted, a Rihanna doppelgänger who honestly made us do a double-take, and an Instagram star from Mexico who could be twins with Selena Gomez.

But there’s a new Selena doppelgänger in town, and her name is Doniya Malik. If that name—particularly the last name—sounds familiar, it’s because it is: Doniya is none other than Zayn Malik’s older sister. She’s famous in her own right, too: Doniya is a makeup artist and beauty blogger. But even without the aid of makeup to enhance her full brows, lips, and eyes, we bet she’d still be a dead ringer for Gomez. (Fans have even been asking if the Maliks and Gomez are related, thanks to this uncanny resemblance. Spoiler alert: No, they are not.)
