The Kardashians' 2017 Christmas Party: See All of the Photos and Snapchats

Thank goodness Kim and Khloé Kardashian love Snapchat, otherwise we would have been pretty upset that we weren’t invited to the annual Kardashian-Jenner Christmas Eve party. After all, everybody knows that there ain’t no party like a Kardashian party because a Kardashian party includes live performances, lavish decorations, and a celebrity guest list a mile long. Or should we call it Krismas Eve Celebration? One thing is for sure: Kris Jenner knows how to throw a party.

Khloé Kardashian officially confirming her pregnancy isn’t the only reason that the Kardashian-Jenner family is celebrating these days. The whole clan gathered at Kris Jenner’s home for the shindig, and the halls were indeed decked. It looks like every member of the famous family was there, too—except, that is, for the reportedly pregnant Kylie Jenner. That’s not super surprising, considering the youngest Jenner has been noticeably absent from 24 days of the Kardashian 25 Days of Christmas cards.

Khloé and Kim were up to the task of documenting it all for our viewing pleasure: The two famous sisters took to Snapchat and Instagram to give fans an inside look at the family’s over-the-top party.

Kris Jenner’s house was completely transformed into a Christmas wonderland, which Khloe showed off (featuring a guest appearance from Kim and Saint.)

“How gorgeous does my mom look?” Khloé said while posing with her momager. Meanwhile, Kris is casually singing, “Hope she likes her Christmas gift…” What is the gift, Kris? We need to know!

It is entirely possible that these 24 cases of Belvedere were put to use.

Toni Braxton and Babyface were there to sing “Merry Little Christmas” and wrap everyone in a warm, musical hug.

With a totally stacked guest list, Kim shared photos of her alongside the legendary Carole Bayer Sager, her grandmother M.J., her husband Kanye West, and even Christina Aguilera.

Christina’s daughter, Summer Rain, was there to enjoy the party as well, and we really want her and North to be friends.

Meanwhile, Khloé hung out with this little elf…

…and took to the dance floor with her mom, Kris:

She also got in a few photos with her younger sister, Kendall Jenner. But where is Kylie?

And of course, Santa Claus made an appearance:

Kate Middleton Wears Princess Diana's Favorite Tiara to Party at Buckingham Palace

UPDATE: Kate Middleton has been spotted wearing a remarkable piece of jewelry—Princess Diana’s favorite tiara—for the second time this year. On December 5 the Duchess of Cambridge wore the Lover’s Knot crown to the annual winter party at Buckingham Palace. There the royals hosted diplomats from more than 170 missions across the United Kingdom, People reported. Middleton paired the famous tiara with matching diamond and pearl drop earrings and an equally dazzling diamond necklace.

Kate Middleton arrives at a diplomatic reception at Buckingham Palace.

JULY 2017: Every princess needs the perfect tiara. And for Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton hers comes borrowed from Princess Diana—because when you’re part of the royal family, you get your pick of the best jewels. At a recent state banquet for visiting royalty King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia of Spain, Middleton wore a stunning pink lace Marchesa dress, a statement necklace borrowed for the night from the Queen, and a very special tiara. The diamond and pearl Cambridge Lover’s Knot tiara, as Vanity Fair notes, was a wedding gift to Princess Diana and known to be one of Diana’s favorite pieces.

    The Duchess in July 2017

The tiara is a historical treasure and is a little more than a century old, according to People—it was commissioned by Queen Mary sometime in 1913 or 1914. It has 19 arches and a total of 38 drop-shaped pearls.

In memory of Diana, Princess of Wales, who was killed in an automobile accident in Paris, France on August 31, 1997.

    PHOTO: Anwar Hussein

The first time the Duchess of Cambridge wore the special tiara (is it now acceptable to name all of our jewelry, too?) was at a state banquet in 2015, according to People, and this year’s celebration is the second time she’s worn it since, so it seems like it has quickly become one of her favorites as well. Custom dictates that only certain occasions allow for a tiara, and as the largest event Buckingham Palace throws each year—this year, with more than one thousand people from 130 different countries, Vanity Fair reports—a state banquet definitely qualifies.

Following the Duchess’s wardrobe choices is a favorite pastime, especially because of her affinity for mixing it up from custom designer clothes to J.Crew; Middleton even wore a $51 Zara dress on the way to the wedding of her sister, Pippa. And clearly Kate is not afraid to re-wear her faves, which luckily means her mother-in-law’s prized possession can live on.

22 Party Flats That Are Just as Festive as Heels

This holiday season, there’s good reason to avoid the usual party heel conundrum, where you head out the door in your sky-high, likely bedazzled stilettos… only to spend the rest of the night looking for opportunities to sit or swapping your footwear a few hours into the outing, questioning why you even bothered in the first place.
