Former Fox News Anchor Juliet Huddy Says Trump Kissed Her on the Lips After a Work Lunch

Former Fox & Friends host Juliet Huddy said this week that Donald Trump tried to kiss her on the lips after taking her out to lunch in Trump Tower. According to Page Six, the alleged incident took place in 2005 or 2006, which likely places it after Trump married his wife Melania in January 2005.

Huddy was a guest on WABC Radio’s Mornin’ With Bill Schulz on Thursday when she spoke about her experience with Trump.

“He took me for lunch… very public situation,” Huddy said. “He said goodbye to me in an elevator while his security guy was there, in the Trump elevator. And he went to say goodbye, and rather than kiss me on the cheek, he leaned in on the lips.”

Huddy, who accused Bill O’Reilly of sexual misconduct in 2011 and settled the case outside of court, said she didn’t feel threatened by the alleged advance, but she was shocked. “I wasn’t offended. I was kind of like, ‘Oh my god.'”

“He took me out to lunch to talk with me about potentially maybe me doing something with The Apprentice,” Huddy added. “Whatever, everything was fine. It was a weird moment. He never tried anything after that, I was never alone with him.”

After lunch, Huddy says Trump invited her and her friend, whom she was meeting after lunch, to take a tour of The Apprentice set.

Trump has been accused of making inappropriate sexual advances on women and even bragged about groping women on tape. He has since been subpoenaed due to sexual misconduct allegations, though the White House has denied any allegations of harassment or assault.

“At the time I wasn’t offended by it, I thought he was a single man and maybe he leaned in for a kiss, thinking… ‘She came out to lunch with me and maybe she was interested,'” Huddy said. But she wasn’t interested.

Years later, Trump joked about the incident in front of a studio audience when he was a guest on her show The Morning Show with Mike and Juliet. According to Huddy, he turned to the audience while the cameras weren’t rolling and said, “I tried hitting on her but she blew me off.” She said he was laughing.

“Now that I’ve matured, I look at things a little bit differently,” she explained, “I still think that even if that happened I would’ve said something like, ‘Woah, woah, woah, woah,’ but at the time I was a little shocked. I thought maybe he didn’t mean to do it, maybe I leaned in wrong. But I kind of was making excuses.”

Gigi Hadid's Genius Makeup Trick Will Make You Rethink How You Line Your Lips

The Internet has been going wild for Gigi Hadid’s brand-new Maybelline collaboration. Earlier this month the model and fashion designer confirmed that she’s been working on a collection with the drugstore brand for the past year—and we finally got a look last week. First, we got a peek at her Jetsetter palette, which is perfect for anyone who travels even a fraction of the amount Gigi does. It landed at Ulta on Wednesday and we can confirm: it looks amazing. (It even sold out within hours of launching in the U.K.) Now the entire collection, which will be available October 22 at Ulta, has been revealed, and Gigi is sharing insider tips via Instagram mini-tutorials on how she’s using her products.

Maybelline posted photos of Gigi’s entire East Coast Glam look, which is nude with pink tones and a graphic black cat eye. But we got a behind-the-scenes look at it, too: in a video posted early Saturday morning by the brand, Gigi introduces us to her ultimate nude lipstick—and the genius trick she uses to get the perfect application.

“If you know me, you know I always have to have a nude lip on me my whole life,” she says in the video. “So when I made the Gigi collection for Maybelline, I knew I had to do the perfect nude Gigi lip.” The color she chose to create it is called Taura, after her zodiac sign (Taurus), and it’s warm with just a hint of a rosy undertone.

Gigi starts off with a little concealer on her lips, because they’re naturally very pigmented (#gigiproblems)—and that’s when she shares her brilliant lipstick hack.

“Some people do it, I think, opposite, but I do lipstick first, then lip liner—just because I think it’s easier for me to line my lips, and I don’t do anything wonky and weird,” she explains.

So she applies the lipstick all over, and then defines the edges with a little liner. It makes so much sense, right?

For anyone who has ever struggled with getting lip liner right (we can’t all be expert over-liners like Kylie Jenner), putting lipstick on first and then sealing it in with liner makes a ton of sense. The concealer on her lips acts as a primer, then the lipstick goes on top, and the drier formula of the liner sets the color.

Here’s a closer look at the lipstick—the shade she used is on the left:

Each one has a matching liner:

Finally, behold Gigi’s final look:

If the end result looks this good, there’s definitely something to her genius hack. We’ll be refreshing our Insta-feeds for more tips from this gorgeous Maybelline collab.

Olivia Wilde Is Getting Mommy-Shamed for Kissing Her Son on the Lips

Last December trolls swarmed Hilary Duff’s Twitter feed after she posted a photo of herself kissing her then-four-year-old son, Luca, on the lips. Some people on the Internet took this perfectly harmless interaction between mother and son as an excuse to shame Duff. Comments like “gross,” “sick,” and even “get a room” began to pop up, but Duff shut them down with a pretty epic clap-back.

“For anyone commenting that a kiss on the lips with my 4-year-old is ‘inappropriate,’ go ahead and click a quick unfollow with your warped minds and judgment,” she tweeted.

And now something similar is happening to Olivia Wilde. The actress posted a photo to Instagram of herself kissing her three-year-old son (Otis) on the lips, and the comments section is already flooded with troll-y garbage.

“Kissing your kid like your husband. It’s not good for him,” one person wrote. “It’s gross,” wrote another. A few people even said Wilde will make her son sick by kissing him on the lips, which is just wrong and problematic on many levels. And get this: One user actually insulted Otis’ haircut. He’s three years old!

Instead of going on some long-winded rant about why these comments are out of line (that’s obvious, right?), let me just say this: Stop policing celebrity mothers. Wilde knows her child—and what’s best for him—better than random people on the Internet. It’s beyond messed up that a mother can’t share a genuine moment of love with her child without people contorting it into something wrong.

Wilde hasn’t acknowledged these comments (yet), but we’ll update this post if she does. We expect her clap-back game, like Duff’s, is very strong.

Emily Ratajkowski Calls Out a French Magazine for Photoshopping Her Lips and Breasts

PHOTO: Jamie McCarthy/Marc Jacobs/Getty Images

Most major players in the fashion and beauty industries have been extremely slow to follow in the footsteps of companies like Aerie and Dove in pledging not to airbrush away their models’ so-called “flaws.” Emily Ratajkowski, however, is here to hurry them up.

On Friday, the model and actress called out Madame Figaro, a French magazine, for photoshopping a picture of her that was used on the cover of this week’s issue. Ratajkowski posted both the original, non-retouched photo and the final cover image to Instagram in a side-by-side comparison showing that her breasts were lifted and lips narrowed for the cover photo. In the accompanying caption, EmRata described her frustration with the magazine—and the industry as a whole—for sending the message that her natural beauty is, apparently, not beautiful enough.

“Everyone is uniquely beautiful in their own ways. We all have insecurities about the things that make us different from a typical ideal of beauty. I, like so many of us, try every day to work past those insecurities,” she wrote. “I was extremely disappointed to see my lips and breasts altered in photoshop on this cover. I hope the fashion industry will finally learn to stop trying to stifle the things that make us unique and instead begin to celebrate individuality.”

This is far from the first time the 26-year-old has spoken out against societal standards of beauty. Most recently, in her cover story for the August 2017 issue of Allure, she criticized the societal instinct to censor women’s bodies. “It really bothers me that people are so offended by breasts,” she said. “That’s when I realized how fucked our culture is. When we see breasts, we don’t think of beauty and femininity. We think of vulgar, oversexualized images.” On the topic of allowing women to embrace their own bodies, she added, “To me, any expression that is empowered and is your own as a woman is feminist. If a woman decides to dress sexy, it doesn’t mean she’s not a feminist. [We] should be doing things for ourselves. If that is the woman’s choice, and it makes her feel good, then that’s great. Good for her.”
