Peter Weber Fired Back At Critics Who Trolled Him and Kelley Flanagan—Then Deleted His Comments

Former Bachelor Peter Weber has been supplying tons of quarantine content lately. After keeping his fans amused with singalongs on his Instagram stories, he started sharing a few videos that offer a glimpse into his lockdown situation with Kelley Flanagan—who he’s been quarantining with in Chicago.

On April 18, Weber shared a new TikTok video where he climbs onto Flanagan’s shoulders (it’s actually pretty impressive), but some people who are hyper-aware of Weber and Flanagan’s past had thoughts. Basically, they started trolling the pilot in the comments, reminding him that he’d kicked Kelley off of his season and chose Hannah Ann (and eventually Madison Prewett, who he only dated for approximately two days.

However, Weber was not about to let the critics get to him. He went through the comments and responded cheekily to a lot of them and tried to make light of the whole situation, according to Cosmopolitan. For example (because there were a bunch), when a social media user teased, “Kelley sweetie blink twice if ur ok,” Weber hit back with the wide-eyed emoji. “Kelly = CEO of being the last possible option,” another user wrote.

To that, Weber responded, “Ok, it’s not like I sent her home the night one…”

One screengrab of his comments section from April 18.

However, it seems he changed his mind about feeding the trolls and decided to delete his comments. He didn’t reveal why, but this is what the same TikTok comments section looked like just a day later:

A screengrab of the same comments section from April 19.

His initial responses might be a hint that Weber and Flanagan are getting serious, but speaking to Nick Viall on the podcast The Viall Files, he insisted they’re still not putting a label on things.

“Are we dating? No. Do I love spending time with her? Absolutely,” he said. “We’re not dating. Could I see that in the future? Yeah, of course. I’d be extremely lucky and very happy if that happened. I’m the last person that needs to rush into any kind of relationship. I just had an engagement that didn’t work out. I just was trying to pursue things with another woman that didn’t work out. That’s why right now. I’m just taking it really, really slow.”

Keep an eye on his TikTok account for updates…and magic tricks.

This Deleted Game of Thrones Scene Would Have Explained a Lot About Cersei

This post contains spoilers for the final season of Game of Thrones. Consider yourself warned.

Game of Thrones has been over for a month—we’re doing Big Little Lies on Sundays now—but will it ever truly be over? That’s probably a no, and not just because a prequel is in the works. A show like Thrones lends itself to endless speculation, especially considering how unhappy many fans were with how showrunners David Benioff and DB Weiss opted to close out the eighth and final season.

New details are still emerging about what could have been for some of our favorite inhabitants of Westeros. According to People, actress Lena Headey recently told the crowd at a German comic book convention about a deleted scene that showed her character, Cersei Lannister, having a miscarriage. “We shot a scene that never made it into season seven, which was where I lose the baby,” she said. “And it was a really traumatic, great moment for Cersei, and it never made it in.”

“I kind of loved doing that because I thought it would’ve served her differently,” she continued. “Of course, we’re not exactly sure what made the show’s creators scrap the scene, but we can’t say it isn’t interesting to at least think about how that moment may have changed things.”

You’ll remember that Cersei told her brother Jaime that she was carrying their child and had also convinced Euron Greyjoy that she was pregnant with his baby. Her other brother, Tyrion, tried to use the unborn baby as a motivation for Cersei to negotiate with him and Daenerys, to no avail. Fans were left to wonder what was really going on with Cersei. Was she ever really pregnant? Why wasn’t she showing more if time was passing?

Now we know that, at some point, the show’s creators had planned to offer an explanation. Also, we agree with Headey that we would have loved to see this sort of pivotal scene from Cersei, who was often underused in season eight. Headey recently told The Guardian that she has a “few of her own gripes” about the way Game of Thrones ended, in general, and that she wanted a better death for Cersei. “I will say I wanted a better death,” she said. “Obviously you dream of your death. You could go in any way on that show. So I was kind of gutted. But I just think they couldn’t have pleased everyone. No matter what they did, I think there was going to be some big comedown from the climb.”

Pete Davidson's Deleted Instagram, Ariana's Concern, and Kanye's Tweets: Here's What Happened

On Saturday, Saturday Night Live cast member Pete Davidson posted a concerning message to his Instagram feed that began, “I really don’t want to be on this earth anymore,” before deleting it along with his account. The post—and subsequent aftermath—came in the wake of a much larger conversation (some might say feud) percolating on Twitter during the weekend that involved Drake and Kanye West, Kim Kardashian, and Davidson’s former fiancé Ariana Grande.

Following hours of coverage and concern from fans and friends, Davidson made a brief appearance on the fall finale of SNL. But a lot happened in the days leading up to Pete’s message, so here’s a brief recap to get you up to speed:

Ariana Grande Wades Into Kanye West and Drake’s Twitter Feud

On Thursday, Kanye West kicked off a Twitter clash with Drake, publicly reigniting a long-simmering feud that kicked off earlier this year. Amidst the chaos, Ariana Grande stepped in to ask the “grown men” to stop arguing so fans could enjoy she and Miley Cyrus’ new music. “Guys, i know there are grown men arguing online rn but miley and i dropping our beautiful, new songs tonight so if y’all could please jus behave for just like a few hours so the girls can shine that’d be so sick thank u,” she tweeted.

On Saturday, West responded to Grande, firing off a series of tweets letting her know that “all of this foolishness weighed on my mental health” and asking her not to “use me or this moment to promote a song.”

Grande responded, writing, “With all due respect, I don’t need to use anyone to promote anything. period. I was making a comment ab what men were doing at the time vs. women. It was a joke which i understand now was probably insensitive. I apologize if i was in any way triggering and hope u feel well today.” The tweet was later deleted.

The singer also posted two other tweets, which are also now deleted, reading “stop weaponizing mental health everyone,” and “regardless of how i feel about a situation, i can also care about their mental health.”

Pete Davidson Praises Kanye West

Davidson, who has been outspoken about his own mental health after being diagnosed with borderline personality disorder, took to Instagram on Saturday to applaud West, after he’d called out Grande, for being vocal about mental health.

“Bravo Kanye West for standing up for yourself and speaking out against mental health,” Davidson wrote, per US Weekly. “I can’t explain to you enough how difficult and scary it is to be honest about stuff like this. We need people like Kanye. No one should ever point fingers at you for your bravery in speaking about mental health. I’m seriously disgusted.”

Many Grande fans saw this message as a dig at the pop star, who ended her relationship with Pete at the end of October. Many began viciously trolling him online.

Pete Davidson Posts a Highly Concerning Message to Instagram

Following the above tweets—and the bullies—Davidson posted a message written in the iPhone’s Notes app to Instagram with the following message: “I really don’t want to be on this earth anymore. I’m doing my best to stay here for you but I actually don’t know how much longer I can last. All I’ve ever tried to do was help people. Just remember I told you so.” He then deleted the post and account, causing mass concern for his well being.

Fans and fellow celebrities, including Jada Pinkett Smith, Nicki Minaj, and Megan McCain, posted messages of support for the comedian to Twitter, and many called on those near to Davidson to check in. “Pete Davidson … hang in there. There is a lot of help out here. Surrender to some love somewhere around you … today! Right now! And then … let in the help that will become available. I’m praying for you Pete. I’ve been there. It gets better,” wrote Smith.

Ariana Grande Shares Her Support for Pete Davidson

Grande also commented in a series of since-deleted Tweets to her ex-fiancé. “Man i’m so sorry i told a dumb joke,” she wrote, according to People, likely referencing the Tweet about Kanye West.

“I really didn’t mean any harm. all i want everyone to be healthy and happy. so desperately. please. my god,” she continued. “I’m downstairs and I’m not going anywhere if you need anyone or anything. I know u have everyone u need and that’s not me, but i’m here too.”

According to the New York Times, a police officer was sent to the Saturday Night Live studio to check on Davidson, and an NBC representative reportedly contacted the New York Police Department separately to say “Davidson was at work and was fine.” During Saturday night’s episode of SNL, Davidson appeared briefly to introduce Miley Cyrus as the evening’s musical guest.

That’s all we know for now, but we’ll keep this story updated as we hear more.

'This Is Us' Fans Are Losing It Over This Deleted Scene

It’s not exactly a secret that This Is Us is notorious for bringing on the tears—and so far, the show’s third season hasn’t disappointed in the tear-jerker department.

One of the more emotionally wringing plot lines thus far this season is centered around Kate and Toby, who are trying to get pregnant. In the show’s latest episode, “Katie Girls,” Randall (Kate’s brother) flies to California to be by Kate’s side as she undergoes a egg-retrieval surgery as a part of her in vitro fertilization process. It also gives him the chance to bond with her husband, Toby, who’s also there for the procedure.

After the episode aired Tuesday night, fans of the show discovered a hilarious but unfortunately deleted scene from the episode featuring Toby and Randall. The extra glimpse comes courtesy of the Twitter account of Sterling K. Brown, who plays Randall:

“Please enjoy a deleted scene from tonight’s episode of #ThisIsUs. One might say that Randall and Toby get close…” Brown wrote.

It all happens while Kate is in surgery under anesthesia. A nurse asks Toby for some of his sperm and an awkward, but delightful, exchange between Toby and Randall ensues. A nervous Toby exits the bathroom and tells his brother-in-law that he just can’t do it with everything going on. But Randall, as loyal as he is, asks Toby to think of a situation where he’s the most relaxed.

Toby’s response? “Sitting on the couch watching Chopped eating a frozen-yogurt pop.”

Although This Is Us viewers on Twitter thoroughly enjoyed the almost-two minute long clip, some seriously questioned why it couldn’t possibly make the final cut.

The show’s creator, Dan Fogelman, chimed in to let fans know it was his “favorite scene we’ve had to “chop”—but it was “purely for time.”

We can only cry so much, Dan—next time, please grant us a sweet, sweet two minutes of comedic relief.

Pete Davidson Just Deleted All His Instagram Pics

UPDATE: July 23, 2018 at 5:13 P.M.— Pete Davidson took to Instagram Stories to explain why he deleted his posts. He says there’s nothing cryptic behind his decision and simply just wants to go off social media for a while.

Meanwhile, Ariana Grande disabled comments on her Instagram and tweeted this:

ORIGINAL STORY:

Pete Davidson just deleted every single one of his Instagram posts. That’s right—all those adoring snaps of Ariana Grande? Gone. All the photographic evidence of his platinum blond phase? Lost forever—at least to us. As of Monday, July 23, 2018, the only thing that’s left on the comedian’s account is a video on his Story of Machine Gun Kelly having “arrived in Syracuse.” Otherwise, the entire page is blank.

It’s unclear why exactly Davidson decided to wipe his Instagram. The unexplained decision does, however, come just a day after he received quite a bit of criticism from some of Grande’s fans who misinterpreted a comment he left on one of her posts. As Teen Vogue reported, he commented “omg what a cutie” under a photo of Grande and her late grandfather, which she’d posted on the fourth anniversary of his death, prompting angry comments aplenty. Davidson clarified his intentions in a follow-up post, writing, “Are you guys all insane? I was talking about how cute her grandpa is. What’s wrong with that? You guys will really look for anything to attack people. It’s sad.”

This isn’t the only online hate that Davidson has received recently. Last week he was called “disrespectful” for giving the FDNY pendant of his late father, who was killed in the September 11, 2001, terrorist attack, to his fiancée (as is, obviously, his right). As if that weren’t enough, the poor guy was bashed again when another commenter called him out, thinking he had given the same gift to his ex Cazzie David. “Actually, I didn’t give that to my ex,” he replied. “Yes, she had one but it was a replica. I had a bunch of replicas made. My sister and grandpa also have one. The one that Ari has is the one my dad actually died in and the one he wore his entire career and the one I’ve worn for over 17 years. I’ve actually never taken it off other than for SNL or work. So it means a lot to me. Hope this helps. Please learn to be nicer and not to assume the worst in people. It’s a terrible way to live. Much love.”

It looks like people didn’t take his advice to heart.

Miley Cyrus Deleted Her Entire Instagram, and Fans Are Freaking Out

First there was Taylor Swift, who deleted her Instagram and blacked out her website shortly before the release of her first single from Reputation last August. In May, there was the mysterious case of Blake Lively wiping her Insta. The results? Predictable, with the Internet unsurprisingly freaking out—until it was revealed it was a PR move for her upcoming movie. Now Miley Cyrus has gone and done it: Fans noticed Cyrus started deleting hundreds of posts from her Instagram account—including ones with fiance Liam Hemsworth—and had wiped all of her posts by the end of the week.

But before anyone speculates about any Hemsworth-related drama, his ‘grams with Cyrus are still up (phew!). Cyrus’ move is most likely music-related: Per the precedent set by Swift and Lively, this might just signal a new project that’s on the way.

Producers linked to Cyrus’ new music, like Miike WiLL Made It, Oren Yoel, and Andrew Wyatt have all blacked out their headers on Twitter too. Cyrus’ tweets are still intact, but her header is also black, and her website is down.

See both accounts below:

The singer hasn’t put out a new album since Younger Now in 2017—and before that record dropped, Cyrus said she was already working on new music.

“I’m already two songs deep on the next one,” she told BBC Radio 1 last year. “I want to figure out what I want to do next. ”

Us Weekly also reported that Cyrus is working on new music with Mark Ronson at the same New York City studio where Lady Gaga records out of, and there are rumors that the two stars may be working on songs together.

This latest celebrity blackout has not stopped fans from speculating about what’s to come for Cyrus and what they hope to see, most posting with the hashtag #MileyIsComing. The fan theories range from a surprise wedding and a new musical era to a surprise album.

What this actually means, of course, is TBD—but we’ll definitely be keeping our eyes out for more.
