Jennifer Aniston and Adam Sandler’s New Netflix Movie Looks Like a Riot


Clear your calendars, people: The Jennifer Aniston and Adam Sandler Netflix movie is arriving in June, and it looks hilarious.

The first trailer for the film dropped on Friday, April 26. Titled Murder Mystery, it centers on a New York City police officer (Sandler) who finally takes his wife (Aniston) on a long-promised European vacation. While on the flight they meet a mysterious, handsome stranger (Luke Evans) who has connections to some very rich, powerful, and famous people. He invites Sandler and Aniston’s characters to spend the weekend on a billionaire’s yacht—but when said billionaire winds up dead, they become the prime suspects. Thus a murder mystery is born.

This is the second time Aniston and Sandler are teaming up for a project. The actors first joined forces in 2011’s Just Go With It, which had Sandler playing a plastic surgeon who enlists his assistant (Aniston) to pose as his ex-wife in order to impress a much younger woman (Brooklyn Decker). Though that movie wasn’t well-received by critics, it did prove Aniston and Sandler have some great comedic chemistry.

You can see this clearly, again, in the trailer for Murder Mystery. These two minutes alone confirm we’re in for a high-jinks-filled roller coaster. Check out the teaser for yourself, below:

This is Aniston’s second film for Netflix. She made her debut on the streaming platform in Dumplin‘, a feel-good comedy about the fraught relationship between a former beauty queen and her plus-size daughter (played impeccably by Danielle Macdonald). Up next for her after Murder Mystery is the Apple limited series The Morning Show, which also stars Reese Witherspoon.

Sandler, meanwhile, has appeared in several Netflix originals, including The Week Of, Sandy Wexler, The Do-Over, and The Ridiculous 6.

Jennifer Lopez Just Addressed Rumors That Alex Rodriguez Cheated on Her


In early March Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez confirmed they were engaged after roughly two years of dating. Their celebration, though, was slightly clouded by former New York Yankee Jose Canseco, who alleged Rodriguez cheated on Lopez. “Watching World of Dance watching J.Lo text Alex Rodriguez little does she know that he is cheating on her with my ex-wife Jessica poor girl she has no idea who he really is,” Canseco tweeted on March 10.

Canseco’s ex-wife, Jessica, denied this accusation last month in a statement, saying, “I have known Alex for many years and haven’t even seen him for over five. I certainly did not sleep with him.” But Lopez has kept mum on the subject—until now.

During a radio interview with The Breakfast Club on Wednesday, April 10, Lopez was straight up asked about Canseco’s allegations. “It doesn’t matter,” Lopez told host Charlamagne Tha God. “I know what the truth is. I know who he is. He knows who I am. We’re just happy. We’re not gonna let other people come out and tell us what our relationship is. I know what our relationship is.”

It was confirmed in March 2017 that Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez were seeing each other. Their relationship since then has been seemingly picture-perfect. I mean, just look at this engagement announcement:

Plus, there’s also the fact Rodriguez is the ideal Instagram husband. Lopez confirmed this in an interview with People, saying, “He loves taking pictures and documenting the moment.”

Rodriguez echoed this sentiment, adding, “I don’t have to play 162 games anymore, so I have a lot time on my hands. I like to have fun.”

The couple hasn’t confirmed a wedding date yet, but hopefully, Rodriguez’s penchant for pictures means he’ll keep fans in the loop.

Jennifer Lopez and Constance Wu Started Filming Their Movie *Hustlers*, and the Pics Are Already a Hit


I haven’t been able to stop thinking about Jennifer Lopez‘s new movie Hustlers since the full cast was announced. The comedy, based on this 2015 New York magazine article, centers on a group of strippers who scam their rich, sleazy male clients out of thousands of dollars. That concept and Lopez alone are enough to hook me, but check out who else is in the film: Constance Wu, Lili Reinhart, Cardi B, Julia Stiles, KeKe Palmer, and Trace Lysette. It’s literally a who’s-who of stars.

And it looks like filming has already started. Lopez and Wu were photographed on the set of Hustlers Thursday, March 28 sporting incredible looks. The context of what they filmed is unknown, but I’m already deeply invested. Take a look at the photos, below, and you’ll see exactly what I mean.

At some point in Hustlers, Lopez literally feeds Wu a smoothie. Unless, of course, this just happened off-camera. Hydration is important!

But I’m going with this being a plot point. There’s no way Jennifer Lopez and Constance Wu drink shopping mall smoothies. They only drink diamond-infused water or some other rich-person beverage (kidding).

Jennifer Lopez Completed a $200K Outfit With $60 Sunglasses


From announcing her engagement to revealing her next big movie role, it’s been a busy month in the life of Jennifer Lopez. She took a shopping break from her jam-packed schedule in New York City last week, but in true pop superstar fashion, even her off-duty outfit had some noticeably glam details.

J.Lo went shopping with her daughter, Emme, in Manhattan on Wednesday, March 21. The pair stopped by a store that’s affordable and frequently seen on celebrities, H&M.

According to Us Weekly, the shopping trip was more for her daughter—still, J.Lo dressed for occasion with her best high-low outfit.

The total cost of her look, per Us’ estimate, is a whopping $200,000. That breaks down into a faux-fur coat by Vince ($750), sneakers by Alexander McQueen ($490), and a Birkin bag (believed to cost over $100,000.) Her cream sweater and furry scarf remain unidentified.

What makes it a true high-low look, though, is J.Lo’s final accessory: her sunglasses. Her affordable eyewear is actually from her and fiancé Alex Rodriguez’s collaboration with Quay. The price? Just $60.

Lopez may have access to all sorts of designer accessories, but shetold Elle that Quay’s affordable frames have been favorites in her eyewear collection for some time: “I’ve been using Quay sunglasses years. You can go back and see photos of me rocking Quay styles. They noticed and were like, ‘Hey, maybe we should do something together because we see that you’re a big fan of the brand.'”

No doubt we’ll be seeing the singer wearing her Quay glasses into summer, likely with a Birkin bag in tow.

Jennifer Lopez Confirms What We All Know, Says A-Rod Is the Ultimate Instagram Husband


If you’re looking to find the perfect inspiration to showcase your Instagram-official relationship, Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez—masters of the art form—have some advice.

The newly engaged pair have diligently documented their entire romance on Instagram, straight from the moment they went public. From vacations to events, product launches, and even their engagement, it’s all up there for the world to see. And, according to Lopez, it’s all thanks to A-Rod’s hard work as an Instagram (future) husband.

“He loves taking pictures and documenting the moment,” Lopez shared with People. Rodriguez echoed his fiance’s statement, adding that he’s more than happy to photograph and share their every move—especially now that he’s retired from baseball.

“I don’t have to play 162 games anymore, so I have a lot time on my hands,” he said. “I like to have fun.”

But, let’s be real, it’s not like A-Rod developed these Insta skills on his own: He happily admitted that he receives a little bit of advice from his daughters Natasha, 14, and Ella, 10, on exactly how to capture a moment for social media the best way.

“My coaches are my girls—they’re my biggest critics,” Rodriguez said. “I know immediately if I posted something dorky, because both of the girls start blowing me up. They’re like, ‘Dad take that down, we’re teenagers. We’re going to be ragged on at school.’ We have fun with it, but they know best because that’s more their strength.”

Of course, the relationship between J.Lo and A-Rod is a symbiotic one. Although Rodriguez has lent even more shine to his future wife’s Insta game, she’s returned the favor by helping him with his own (more literal) style.

“Jennifer has taught me that it’s less about what you wear and more about the fit,” Rodriguez told People. And you can definitely tell—after all, this couple is basically famous for dressing in adorably coordinated outfits.

But in the end, the duo noted that it’s really about getting to do things together, as a couple.

“Everything that we do, we do together,” Lopez said. “We’re constantly supporting each other in our individual endeavors and then we’re thinking about all the things that we can build together. He knows my dreams and I know his dreams, and together we feel like we’re stronger. He is my biggest collaborator and my biggest supporter.”

Barack Obama Sent the Sweetest Engagement Note to Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez


After two years of dating, Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez are engaged. And although the blissfully Instagram-happy couple has plenty of fans who have followed the romance since it officially kicked off, it seems like their No. 1 fan is none other than former President Barack Obama.

Shortly after the pair announced their engagement on Instagram, the former POTUS sent the pair an adorable note congratulating the couple on their engagement. Naturally, Rodriguez shared the note on Friday after receiving it (come on, wouldn’t you?).

On his personal stationary, Obama wrote:

Jennifer and Alex –
Michelle and I just wanted to congratulate you on your engagement. After 26 years together, we can say that whatever challenges life may bring, sharing them with someone you love makes it all better.

In his social media post, which he shared to both Instagram and Twitter, Rodriguez shared a photo of the note and simply captioned it, “This means the world to us. #44”

As for how J.Lo and A-Rod know the Obamas, Vulture reports that Rodriguez likely first met the former President when he visited the White House back in 2010 with the rest of the Yankees. Lopez, on the other hand, recently shared the stage with Michelle Obama in February during the 2019 Grammys.

But it might just be that the Obamas are simply big fans of the couple just like the rest of us. After all, the Lopez-Rodriguez twosome are a couple who appear to be madly, deeply, truly in love—kind of like the Obamas themselves.

“Everything that we do, we do together,” Lopez recently shared with People in an in-depth interview last week about their relationship. “We’re constantly supporting each other in our individual endeavors and then we’re thinking about all the things that we can build together.” She added, “He knows my dreams and I know his dreams, and together we feel like we’re stronger.
