In case your Instagram feed wasn’t already filled with enough engagement/wedding pictures, Miley Cyrus just added to the holiday nuptial frenzy: according to her latest Instagram posts, it sure looks like she and Liam Hemsworth really did get married this weekend.
This week, the pair set off the rumor mill when friends of the couple (who first got engaged in 2012, broke up, and then reunited in 2016) started posting photos from what looked suspiciously like an intimate wedding reception. There was a white dress. A tux. A cake. Champagne. Even “Mr.” and “Mrs.” balloons. But no word from the couple on whether they’d actually tied the knot or just had a peculiarly themed Christmas party.
Until now. This afternoon, Miley shared a lovely black and white photo of herself and Hemsworth clad in wedding attire in front of a floral altar with the caption “10 years later …..”
And if that wasn’t convincing enough, a second post shows Hemsworth wearing a wedding ring.
Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth stans just got an early holiday present: It looks like the couple might have finally gotten married this weekend in a small, private ceremony.
Photos are making the rounds this morning of what looks like Cyrus and Hemsworth taking part in an intimate at-home wedding reception, complete with a white dress and wedding cake. The big news was quietly broken on social media in a series of Instagram stories posted by the pair’s friends and family. Keep in mind, the couple has not released a statement or posted any photos themselves from their low-key wedding—so nothing’s official until we hear from them directly.
So, let’s take a look at the evidence—and you can decide for yourself whether the two are “I do”-official.
In one shot that’s making the rounds, posted by a friend, Conrad Carr—we get a glimpse at what looks very much the happy couple cutting a two-tier wedding cake. Cyrus is wearing a chic, white, off-the-shoulder dress while Hemsworth is dashing in a black tux. They’re holding a knife together over one cake, with several cupcakes and Champagne completing the pic.
White dress, wedding cake, bubbly: Looks like a wedding reception to us.

Then, there’s the decorations. Another Instagram story posted by Carr shows Hemsworth and a few buddies taking shots in front of pink balloons spelling out “Mr. & Mrs.” The writing’s on the wall, literally: A wedding happened, and it’s probably Cyrus and Hemsworth.
Peep the background: There’s Mr. & Mrs. balloons.

The balloons appeared yet again in a shot posted by Miley’s younger sister, Noah Cyrus. If the sister-of-the-bride was there, it has to be official—right?

Cyrus and Hemsworth were first engaged in 2012; the pair called off the engagement in 2013, and reunited as an engaged couple in 2016. In the time since, they’ve returned to making joint red carpet appearances and quietly fought off break-up rumors. A wedding ceremony is a long-time coming—but without a formal confirmation from the couple, it’s all technically speculation.
All signs seem to point to a Cyrus-Hemworth union this holiday season. Until they officially confirm their vows, there are other celebrity weddings to celebrate. Just yesterday, singer Meghan Trainor married actor Daryl Sabara in a backyard wedding. The movie was right: This holiday season, love actually is all around.
Meghan Trainor can officially retire her hit Dear Future Husband—because she’s officially married.
On Saturday, which also happened to be her 25th birthday, Trainor exchanged vows with her fiancé, actor Daryl Sabara. According to People, the two married in an intimate backyard ceremony in front of 100 friends and family members.
“It’s the beginning of an awesome, whole new life,” Trainor told People. “I got way more than I ever wished for.” Sabara, who starred in the 2001 hit Spy Kids, simply added, “I’m the luckiest guy in the world.”
Their wedding date was rather fitting considering the pair also got engaged on Trainor’s 24th birthday one year ago. At the time, Trainor announced the engagement with an adorable Instagram post.
“I SAID YESSSS!!!! For my 24th birthday, the love of my life @darylsabara made all of my dreams come true,” Trainor captioned the Instagram video clip. “He proposed to me under a tunnel of beautiful Christmas lights and surprised me with my family and friends. I’m still in shock. I’ve never been this happy! Thank you Daryl, my family and friends for making me feel like a real princess ????? and thank you @ryan.trainor for this amazing video that I’m gonna watch over and over again ❤️“
According to People, Trainor wore a gown designed by Berta for the ceremony, along with Badgley Mischka heels and Norman Silverman jewels. Both Trainor and Sabara reportedly exchanged handwritten vows. For the reception, People reports, she changed into a lace suit by Rita Vinieris and Aldo sneakers (you know, to ensure maximum dancing comfort).
As for what the two are most excited about for married life, Trainor told People, “Just rockin’ them rings,” while Sabara responded with, “I’m no longer the ‘future hubby’—I get to just be the hubby, which I’m excited about!”
Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas are officially that couple. You know who I’m talking about: the newly-married or engaged twosome on your Facebook feed that posts every five minutes about how in love they are. In between photos of their meal preps, they share insanely sappy, perfectly-staged photos with captions like “forever starts now” or “I love this human!” At least one person in this couple was rude to you in the seventh grade, which means you have absolutely zero tolerance for any time they talk about buying a house or getting a dog or how *~their significant other beats your significant other ~! Hah! Joke’s on them, because I’m so single!
Thankfully, you have nothing against Chopra and Jonas, so their “marital bliss”—as Chopra lovingly called it on Instagram Tuesday (December 11)—isn’t nearly as frustrating. It’s sweet! Sure, it’s a little rude they’re posting cute selfies like this while I’m contemplating ordering a Ben & Jerry’s pint at 8:30 A.M., but they’re so gorgeous that it’s fine. Also, Jonas and Chopra seem like an actually cool couple—unlike the Facebook locals—so that cancels any corniness from this selfie or others.
Take a look at the only couple who can get away with Instagram posts like this for yourself, below:
Jonas and Chopra do have a lot to celebrate, after all. They just tied the knot in a multi-day ceremony over the weekend of December 1, and followed this up with a work engagement just days later. A little R&R is probably much-needed.
Don’t mind me, I’ll just be over here staging this exact photo with the empty Domino’s pizza box in my kitchen. How’s that for marital bliss?
Singer Nick Jonas and actress Priyanka Chopra have already said “I Do” in India. According to E! News and People magazine, the couple tied the knot in a Christian ceremony on Saturday at the elaborate Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, with friends and family in attendance. But it’s only the first ceremony of two during the weekend: A Hindu wedding ceremony will be held on Sunday.
Although the bride and groom (understandably) have yet to confirm the happy news on social media, we do know a few details about what went down at Saturday’s Chopra-Jonas nuptials. First off, the couple both wore custom Ralph Lauren designs—and it’s a sweet nod to how their relationship kicked off. The American label invited them to the 2017 Met Gala, where their relationship really sparked, according to Vogue.
“Congratulations to @PriyankaChopra and @NickJonas on the occasion of their wedding in Jodhpur, India, this weekend,” the Ralph Lauren Instagram account tweeted early Saturday morning.
Nick’s father Paul Kevin Jonas Sr., a former pastor, officiated the ceremony—and according to E! News, they exchanged Chopard wedding rings.
Birthday celebrations always feel special, but for a lucky few out there, having a late-November birthday in the U.S. also means that, at one point or another, you could find yourself celebrating another turn around the sun on Thanksgiving Day. Add in the fact that it’s your golden birthday and you have yourself the makings of a pretty epic celebration. For Hailey Baldwin (or Hailey Bieber, as she’s now known on Instagram and the backs of denim jackets), her birthday was exactly that—especially when you factor in her cake surprise from the new hubby.
Hailey, who turned 22 on November 22, had a lot to be thankful for while celebrating the holiday. She and Justin were together for their first Thanksgiving as a married couple—and in front of both of their families, the singer surprised Hailey with cake. But rather than just set her cake down on the table, the Biebs took a different approach, giving his wife a, well, up-close-and-personal look at her dessert.
Lucky for us, Hailey and Justin’s families were there to document the entire messy ordeal, and the birthday girl’s adorable reaction to her husband’s cute trick. Take a look at this video, captured on Stories by Justin’s mom, Patti Mallette (there’s no audio, but you don’t need it for what ensues):
Later on, the singer brought out a second cake for Hailey—this time for eating—and the families sang “Happy Birthday” to her. After she blew out her candles, Justin gave a brief speech about her, with Mallette, capturing a few seconds of it on her Stories: “Happy birthday to the love of my life,” the singer said in the video. “She’s absolutely amazing.”
Messy cake trick aside, Hailey’s birthday seemed altogether magical. And she seemed to think so, too, taking Instagram to thank everyone for the birthday love. “Thanks for all the birthday wishes,” she said in her Insta stories. “22 is already AMAZING!!!”
