A day after making their engagement Instagram official, Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas paid a visit to a girls’ orphanage in Mumbai. On Sunday (August 19), Jonas posted a video to his Instagram Story that showed Chopra dancing next to a girl at St. Catherine’s Home in Andheri West, Mumbai. “St. Catherine’s orphanage today. My heart is full,” he wrote, adding a red heart emoji. Then, on Monday (August 20), Chopra posted to her Instagram a video from their visit showing Jonas singing for the girls.

“12 years of knowing these girls and in minutes they all get love struck by the #lovebug… thank you @nickjonas and our families,” she wrote in the caption. “Thank you to the sisters and all the girls at St. Catherine’s orphanage for opening your hearts to us again. I’ll see you next time.”

As Chopra mentioned, she’s been visiting St. Catherine’s for the past 12 years. During previous visits, she’s also scheduled and attended screenings of two of her movies, Planes 3D and Mary Kom, for the girls, according to DNA India.

Chopra and Jonas’ visit comes just a day after they celebrated their engagement with their families in a traditional roka ceremony. According to Chopra’s photos from the event, her mom (Madhu), her brother (Siddharth), and Jonas’ mom and dad (Denise and Kevin Sr.) were all present. “The only way to do this… with Family and God. Thank you all for your wishes and blessings ??♥️?,” she wrote in the caption.

“Taken.. With all my heart and soul,” she added in the caption of another photo showing the pair gazing deeply into each other’s eyes. Jonas also posted the photo and captioned it, “Future Mrs. Jonas. My heart. My love.”

After weeks of speculation and little more than a “thanks, man” to guide our suspicions, Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas have finally confirmed that they are, in fact, engaged. If we’re being honest, it was worth the wait because they did so by posting the most stunning photos of their roka ceremony, a pre-wedding Hindu tradition that the couple held in Mumbai.

Jonas had been spotted landing in India earlier this week with his parents. On Saturday, an Indian celebrity photographer posted several images of the couple celebrating their roka, including a few pictures of them during what appears to be a Lord Ganesha puja prayer ceremony.

One of these pictures made it to Jonas’ Instagram account, where he officially shared the news with the world: “Future Mrs. Jonas. My heart. My love,” he wrote. It appears Chopra may have wanted to wait to make their engagement public until after the prayer ceremony, which is considered auspicious when someone is starting a new chapter of their life. Jonas seems to have very sweetly obliged and honored Chopra’s traditions.

Chopra also posted the same photo with the caption, “Taken.. With all my heart and soul..” (Jonas adorably commented, “Wow congrats… He’s the luckiest guy in the world.”)

A few hours later, Chopra posted a few more shots from the ceremony, including a sweet one of she and Jonas with their parents. Her culture and family both played major roles in the celebration, and Chopra let us know as much with a caption that reads, “The only way to do this… with Family and God. Thank you all for your wishes and blessings.”

Considering this is the most we’ve heard directly from Chopra and Jonas in weeks, we can barely contain our excitement. Chopra had given us a glimpse of her ring and we’d stolen a few clues from their social media, but getting a glimpse into their special day is way better—and adds another exciting chapter to their whirlwind romance.

Nick Jonas, the patron saint of six-packs, may or may not be engaged to Quantico actress and overall queen Priyanka Chopra. They haven’t confirmed anything yet—in fact, they haven’t even said if they’re dating—but the evidence is piling up.

The two have been inseparable since Memorial Day Weekend 2018, when they hung out on a boat with Chord Overstreet and Wilmer Valderrama. Their weekend fling then turned into several trips around the world: India! Brazil! New Jersey! They’ve reportedly met family members, attended weddings together, and Chopra’s even danced to Jonas’ music in public on multiple occasions. If that’s not indicative of a relationship, and maybe even an engagement, then what is?

For those still skeptical about Jonas and Chopra’s situation, though, this new report from Us Weekly might help clear things up. According to a source from the magazine, Jonas said, “Thanks man” when a fan congratulated him on his engagement to Chopra while at an event in New York City. Did you read that?! “Thanks, man!” That’s the straight-male equivalent of, “Oh my God, thank you! We’re already talking about cake flavors!” (Although I already know that Jonas’ wedding cake—if he’s, in fact, getting married—should taste like bacon. He literally has a song called “Bacon.”)

Is this true? Who knows! Because it’s coming from a source, take this story with a grain of salt. That being said, it is suspicious Jonas and Chopra haven’t denied these engagement rumors. Maybe they just don’t care what people think…or maybe we should gear up for the sexiest wedding of all time. Either way, I’m now hungry for bacon.

We’re living in the summer of the fast engagement. First Pete Davidson and Ariana Grande, then Hailey Baldwin and Justin Bieber, and now, reportedly, Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas. And for whatever reason, the very same week that Chopra and Jonas got engaged, the two lovebirds apparently paid their royal friends Meghan Markle and Prince Harry a completely-on-the-DL visit.

US Weekly reports that the Quantico star, 36, officially introduced the “Chains” singer, 25, to Markle, and Harry during a secret visit to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s house in Oxfordshire, England. We have to wonder if Nick and Harry were discussing proposal tips—or if the couples were laugh-crying over wine about the stresses of wedding planning.

While it’s actually unclear what the four of them got up to during their visit, one thing we do know for sure is that Meghan and Priyanka’s friendship is the real deal. They’ve been pals for years, and Priyanka even attended the royal wedding in May.

After the wedding she posted a special Instagram tribute to her friend, saying, “Every once in a while there is a moment when time stands still…that happened today. You my friend were the epitome of grace, love, and beauty. Every choice made at this wedding by you both will go down in history, not just because it was your wedding, but because this incredible wedding stood for change and hope…both things that the world needs desperately. Surprise: Your favorite are-they-or-aren’t-they couple Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas might be getting married. Though they haven’t confirmed their relationship after two months of reported dating, People says they got engaged last week. (Reps for both parties haven’t confirmed or denied the news yet, however, so keep that in mind.)

According to the publication, it happened in London—on her 36th birthday. Apparently, Jonas even closed down a Tiffany & Co. store in New York to pick out her ring.

“They are so happy,” a source tells People. While another added, “His friends and family have never seen him like this, and they’re all really excited for him. He’s definitely very serious about her.”

Again, neither Chopra nor Jonas have confirmed the engagement themselves—but we do know how they celebrated Chopra’s birthday: The two were seen dining at London’s Chiltern Firehouse, where they shared an Instagram-worthy dessert and left holding hands.

It feels like just yesterday Jonas and Chopra were flirting on Instagram and cuddling on yachts. What a summer for whirlwind celebrity relationships, no?

They aren’t the only celebrity pair to surprise fans with a proposal: Earlier this summer, Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson got engaged, quickly followed by Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin. Hey, they say when you know you know. These couples are just proof.

Following what seems to be a trend of celebrity couples getting tattoos together honoring their forefathers (recent example: Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson’s matching “8418” tattoos honoring Davidson’s late father, a 9/11 firefighter with that badge number), Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner decided to get some fresh ink together, each honoring their respective grandfathers.

According to Just Jared, the two got tattoos on Friday by Mr. K at celeb-fave ink spot Bang Bang Tattoos honoring each of their granddads.

Jonas opted for a postage-stamp-esque protrait of “PaPa Miller,” with what appears to be his birthdate (August 21, 1940) below. He posted the final product on Instagram. Turner, meanwhile, paid tribute to her grandfather (whom she called her “hero” on Instagram) with a delicate tattoo on her pinky finger.

This isn’t the couple’s first tattoo speaking to their coupled-up status: Jonas got a tattoo of Turner on his arm—along with some potentially coded messaging—back in March. The tattoo, a line art representation of a woman looking over her shoulder, was placed right below some ink of an intricate knot. Given that the couple are engaged, some fans read into it as a “tying the knot with Sophie” kind of thing. Whatever the actual meaning, the tattooing has continued, and the results are beyond sweet.

As far as when these two are going to get another permanent addition to their fingers—i.e. a wedding ring—that’s still TBD: Although they got engaged in mid-October last year, Jonas and Turner reportedly haven’t yet really started planning their wedding, opting to wait instead until season eight of Game of Thrones was finished filming. But now that it has, we’re all here for the details if and as they’re revealed.

One thing we do know: Turner’s Game of Thrones co-star Maisie Williams will be a bridesmaid for the festivities—and given the Game of Thrones turnout at Kit Harington and Rose Leslie’s June wedding, we can only hope for another.
