There’s nothing like a big, oversized sweatshirt on days when you’re in pain and need to feel like you’re wearing a permanent hug. Lady Gaga, who revealed back in September that she’s living with chronic pain, understands. And back in September, the Joanne star received an Ivy Park hoodie from friend and Telephone collaborator Beyoncé to comfort her.

“Not having a good pain day. Thank you honey B for sending me this comfy sweatshirt,” Gaga captioned a September 27 Instagram post. “Keeps me warm outside in a hammock so I can be w the trees, and the sky, and the sun and take deep breaths. Feel so lucky to have so much love.”

But Lady Gaga’s amazing support system keeps proving itself. On Saturday, Gaga showed off a cozy black beanie from model Gigi Hadid and designer Tommy Hilfiger’s collaboration.

“Thank you @gigihadid & @tommyhilfiger for these generous gifts during my time of healing,” Gaga, who postponed the European leg of her Joanne tour due to fibromyalgia pain, wrote on Instagram. “Totally my style and so thoughtful and bad ass. My favorite combination. #tommyxgigi

Haddi responded to Gaga’s thanks via Twitter: “Anything to make u smile @ladygaga!! makin my dreams come true, lookin effortlessly bad ass in tommyxgigi – so honored, my friend !! 🙂 x”

Lady Gaga’s been a supporter of Hadid for quite some time, and the two have a well-documented friendship. The pop star surprised guests by sitting front row at Hadid and Tommy’s show in March and has frequently worn sunglasses and a jacket from the collab on her Joanne press tour. Before that, she performed at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in Paris last year, where Hadid walked. Gaga publicly showed her love for the Hadid sisters at the show in a series of Instagram pictures, writing “Ok on a scale 1-10 how many men (or women) wish they were me right now. Caught in Babe Sandwich.”

Hadid has sung Gaga’s praises, too: as she told Entertainment Tonight in March, “Gaga has been a great kind of big sister to me. And has given me amazing advice, and I think she is such a beautiful person that is just set on spreading love everywhere she goes. I think that she is one of a kind, she is amazing.”

We love when women support other women—especially when they need it most. Hope you’re feeling better, Gaga!
