Tyler Cameron Just Broke His Silence on What's Going On With Him and Gigi Hadid

Tyler Cameron and Gigi Hadid have been the subject of lots of interest since they first started hanging out over the summer. To recap: In August, Cameron was spotted kicking it with Hadid just days after spending the night with Hannah Brown, who he dated on this past season of The Bachelorette. More dates have since followed. Now, Cameron is speaking out about the rumored relationship for the first time.

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Cameron said he and Hadid are “just friends.” “I mean… that’s just where we’re at. Our relationship doesn’t need to be public. She’s good people, she’s an amazing person and we’re just keeping it friendly,” he continued.

It seems Tyler Cameron and Gigi Hadid define friendly as hanging out at VMA after parties and at dinners with Hadid’s high-profile friends, like Serena Williams. The two of them reportedly even went on a low-key weekend getaway in upstate New York. He was even seen supporting Hadid at her grandmother’s funeral in the Netherlands.

Still, that doesn’t mean things are serious—and even if they are, Cameron isn’t ready for them to be out in the open. That makes sense, especially because he’s coming off of a pretty public dating show, where his every move with Brown was the subject of intense scrutiny.

“I’m at the point where I don’t really want to talk about my relationships. I’ve dated publicly, so… I’m trying to date privately and I’m not in love with anybody right now,” he said. “I’m in love with myself.”

But he did reiterate that Hadid is an “an amazing person.” “We have a great time together,” he added.

Well that’s that, people. Who knows, if Tyler Cameron stays single until next summer, maybe he can appear on Bachelor in Paradise. Hey, I can dream, right?
