It’s the end of August, which means that fall is around the corner and sweater weather is upon us. Unfortunately, we haven’t hit the time where new TV shows are premiering left and right. However, there are still a few things to add in your queue until then. From America to Me, a new documentary series on Starz to a new comedy special on Netflix, here are all the TV shows and films to keep an eye out for this week.
America to Me: This new 10-part documentary series spends a year with a diverse group of black students (and their families and teachers) at a large school in Chicago. 9 P.M. ET on Starz
13 Going on 30: This classic rom-com starring Jennifer Garner is leaving Netflix starting next month. You better watch her and Mark Ruffalo get down to “Thriller” now while you can. Leaving Netflix September 1
Younger: The season five finale airs tonight. What are the chances they go back to Glamour’s Women of the Year Awards? 10 P.M. ET on TV Land
Forgetting Sarah Marshall: Like 13 Going on 30, this cult hit starring Mila Kunis, Kristen Bell won’t be available for Netflix streaming starting in September. If you’ve never seen it, shame on you, and change that before Saturday. Leaving Netflix September 1
One Dollar: A mysterious $1 bill somehow connects a group of strangers to the same murder. Does that sound hokey? Sure, but what else are you going to watch on a Thursday night? Available on CBS All Access
The Comedy Lineup, Part Two: Emma Willmann, Matteo Lane, Janelle James, Max Silvestri, Kate Willett, and other comedians do 15-minute sets in the next installment of this laugh-out-loud franchise.
S.M.A.R.T. Chase: Orlando Bloom stars in this new action movie as a private security agent who has to escort a valuable Chinese antique out of the country but runs into trouble. In theaters
Sisters : This new TV series from Netflix centers on a woman who realizes she has 100 brothers and two sisters after her father makes a shocking deathbed confessions. One of those sisters is a train-wreck TV star, the other is a type-A lawyer. Streaming on Netflix
