How Georgina Chapman Found Love Again With Adrien Brody

Bouncing back after a breakup can be tricky. After a bad breakup? It can feel nearly impossible.

And Georgina Chapman knows from bad breakups. Regardless of whether she should have been a bit more aware of then-husband Harvey Weinstein‘s insidious actions she was, by her own admission, shocked when the accusations of sexual harassment, assault and rape began to roll in from dozens of women in October 2017. “There was a part of me that was terribly naive—clearly, so naive,” she told Vogue in 2018. “I have moments of rage, I have moments of confusion, I have moments of disbelief!”

By the time he was found guilty of rape in the third degree and criminal sexual act in the first degree, two of the five counts he faced during his New York City trial, this past  February, however, she only felt sadness. “She’s still heart broken and grieving for all the victims,” a source told E! News. “The pain of that will never go away.”

Time may not be enough to heal her particular set of wounds, but perhaps love can help.

First linked to Adrien Brody last fall, the 44-year-old British fashion designer, co-founder of the celeb-beloved Marchesa brand, has been seeing the actor “for a while,” a source tells People. They have a lot of similar interests, continues the industry insider. (Not to mention today’s shared birthday.)

Chief among their commonalities: a passion for their careers that have earned them an Oscar and honors from the British Fashion Awards and the CFDA, respectively. Plus a mutual respect for the other’s drive. Chapman thinks the 47-year-old New York native, whose 2006 film Hollywoodland was co-produced by Weinstein’s former company, is “unusual and interesting,” the source tells People. “She finds [him] to be an interesting person with a deep passion for his work that is similar to hers.”

And that’s certainly the basis for something.

In the months following the bombshell revelations about the man she once told Vogue is so “incredibly charming and so charismatic, it sort of draws you in,” the London native swore off dating. Even appearing in public felt somehow wrong.

“I was so humiliated and so broken . . . that . . . I, I, I . . . didn’t think it was respectful to go out,” she said in Vogue‘s June 2018 issue, her explanation for having spent the previous five months holed up first in L.A., then with her parents in London and finally New York City. “I thought, Who am I to be parading around with all of this going on? It’s still so very, very raw. I was walking up the stairs the other day and I stopped; it was like all the air had been punched out of my lungs.”

She had initially resisted speaking to anyone outside a tight-knit circle that includes her longtime pal, actor David Oyelowo, writer Neil Gaiman and Huma Abedin, the political staffer who endured her own much-dissected public split from former congressman Anthony Weiner.

Though the idea of meeting with a therapist was floated, “I was too shocked. And I somehow felt that I didn’t deserve it,” she said. “And then I realized: This has happened. I have to own it. I have to move forward.”

So she began to come to terms with her guilt, her anger, her utter sadness for what kids India, 9, and Dashiell, 6, might experience. “What are people going to say to them?” she wondered to Vogue. “It’s like, they love their dad. They love him.”

And through it all she allowed friends to force her from her West Village townhouse.

It was at one such outing that she reconnected with Brody. As is typical in the insular Hollywood community, the pair had socialized previously, Page Six reports, but together at the same resort, Puerto Rico’s Dorado Beach Ritz-Carlton Reserve, for Helena Christensen‘s swimwear launch last April, the same table even, something clicked.

The outlet reports the actor, who recently completed work on five films and is tied to Stephen King‘s upcoming Epix series Chapelwaite, has been a big source of support for Chapman, a role her friends have filled as well.

In the initial months, lifelong pal and collaborator Keren Craig stepped in to man the helm at Marchesa headquarters in New York, steadying the brand they’d founded together in 2004 after meeting as students at the Chelsea College of Art and Design. “Our friendship always comes first, so foremost, I was worried for Georgina,” the designer, who has since left the label for a new venture, told Vogue in 2018. “Secondly, we have so many talented, loyal people who work for us, some who’ve been here for twelve, thirteen years, so my concern was to get to the office and get the collections out, so that people could be paid and pay their rents.”

Meanwhile Oyelowo, a friend Chapman made en route to a drama school audition, handled the personal front. “I kind of found myself in a first-responder capacity,” he told Vogue of hosting her at his home. “My wife and I were right there with her two kids, and this catastrophe was unfolding in real time across the globe, literally your worst nightmare in terms of a marriage, in terms of the future of your kids and your business. And none of this was your own doing and yet you are entirely lumped into it.”

For him, the hardest part to see “was that she quite rightly took the stance of not going out there and defending herself, because there was just too much white noise and too much bile headed in her general direction. She felt, How dare I raise my head and say, ‘Oh, by the way, I’m suffering too?'”

Even more than that, the designer herself told the mag, she didn’t want the pity. “I don’t want to be viewed as a victim,” she said, “because I don’t think I am. I am a woman in a s–t situation, but it’s not unique.” (A painful truth made all too clear by her friendship with Abedin.)

Now, though, she finds herself in all together more common situation, one her friends had been hoping for since the scandal first broke some two-and-a-half years ago.

“What I want for Georgina,” model and singer Karen Elson told Vogue during that 2018 interview, “and it’s going to take time, and it’s impossible to come out unscathed, but let this be a moment in her life where she realizes that this is what made her. This is what made her a woman.”

And now, a woman in love, perhaps.

Why Hannah Brown Is Feeling "Triggered" By This Bachelor: Listen To Your Heart Contestant

The Bachelor‘s new show The Bachelor Presents: Listen to Your Heart premiered on Monday and fans already think they’ve met this season’s villain.

Mere minutes into the series, people on social media began to suspect that Trevor Holmes is Jed Wyatt 2.0. For one, the 29-year-old is an aspiring country pop singer, as was Jed. Secondly, the star chose of his own volition to wear a jacket with a sherpa lining, similar to the one Jed wore when he tried to serenade Hannah Brown.

The former Bachelorette herself was watching the premiere and tweeted, “I’m triggered by this whole thing. @chrisbharrison #TheBachelorLTYH.”

“We’ve seen how this whole look turns out already…” other contestant Tyler Cameron added, alongside a photo of Trevor in his sherpa-lined coat.

Even Jed agreed there are too many coincidences. “Something about this new show feels familiar,” he joked on Twitter. “Maybe it’s Trevor’s jacket, maybe it’s all the guitars. Stay tuned.”

All in all, this doesn’t bode well for Holmes, especially since Wyatt is now one of Bachelor Nation’s most infamous contestants. He landed himself a spot in Bachelor history when he proposed to Hannah without disclosing the fact that he was in a relationship with another woman just days becoming joining her season.

That being said, many people believe the show was basically inspired by Jed’s dream of achieving fame through a dating show—in reality, it was inspired by A Star Is Born. But, as Tyler Cameron pointed out, “They should give Jed producer credits because he is definitely the creative idea for this show.”

Of course, things didn’t pan out so well for good ol’ Jed, but there’s hope for the musicians who joined this series. Each couple will have the chance to perform covers of songs, which will then be judged by a panel of judges. In doing so, they garner thousands of views and fans, thus increasing the possibility of being signed to a major record label.

There’s also the fact that they could meet the love of their life on the series, something that the contestants told E! was highly appealing. 25-year-old Savannah McKinley shared, “I was really excited about the fact that I get to be surrounded by you know 20 plus musicians who are like-minded and you know whether I leave this experience with, like, a new best friend out of the deal or find the love of my life, I’m like I’m here to make those authentic connections. I’m just a people person so I’m like hell yeah let’s do this.”

Now, all that’s left for these stars to do is to listen to their heart.

You Won't Believe What Dr. Terry Dubrow Finds Inside Real World Alum Flora's Breasts!

A blast from reality TV past.

On tonight’s all-new Botched, doctors Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif met with two veterans from the reality TV world. First up, the doctors sat down with Real World alum Flora Alekseyeun, who was desperate to have her “uniboob” fixed.

As she detailed during her consultation with the doctors, after having a baby, her boobs became massive. Thus, she downsized her previous DD implants to a smaller size. Unfortunately, complications arose, and the former MTV star went on to have two additional surgeries.

Sadly, Flora’s breasts began transitioning into Symmastia, “which is a communication between the right and left breast pockets.” Although Flora’s previous surgeon attempted to fix things, the reconstructive procedure was unsuccessful.

This news didn’t surprise Dr. Dubrow, especially upon learning that the then-surgeon operated while Flora was under twilight anesthesia.

“When I first became a plastic surgeon, Symmastia was considered unfixable. Then the community of plastic surgeons gained enough experience that it was considered partially fixable, under certain circumstances,” Heather Dubrow‘s husband stated. “News flash to Flora’s doctor, twilight anesthesia is not one of the those circumstances, because, number one, it’s incredible painful and number two, it’s really hard to do when the patient’s awake.”

In the exam room, Dr. Dubrow took a closer look at Flora’s uniboob and pondered if her body could handle another round of implants. Not only did Flora suffer from Symmastia, he also spotted capsular contracture.

“Capsular contracture—the number one cause of complications associated with breast implants—may’ve occurred inside of her body, causing scar tissue to form, pushing her implants up towards the center and causing her Symmastia,” Dr. Dubrow hypothesized in a confessional. “And if that’s the case, and we use implants again, she may be set up for this occurring all over again.”

After conferring with Dr. Nassif, who believed the Symmastia was caused by the previous surgeon, Dubrow agreed to take on Flora’s case. Yet, he had one condition: If Symmastia occurred again, they’d reconstruct without implants.

In the operating room, Dubrow found something particularly shocking. The previous surgeon used hernia mesh on Flora, which likely caused the Symmastia.

Thankfully, during the post-op checkup, Dr. Dubrow found Flora’s breasts to be Symmastia-free.

“Before my surgery, I had a uniboob situation that was not sexy at all,” Flora concluded. “But now, thanks to Dr. Dubrow, I have two separate breasts.”

Next up, the Botched doctors heard all about Rock of Love veteran Brittanya Razavi‘s rock hard behind.

“I got butt implants and then I got hydro-gel injections. And then, after a few months, my butt got harder and it’s getting wider and wider and bigger and bigger,” the Charm School alum dished. “I would love the perfect peach booty, but I’m stuck with these two watermelons.”

Brittanya shared this with the Botched doctors, who speculated that the hydro-gel was the cause of her issues. As Dubrow explained, hydro-gel isn’t approved in the United States as “not enough studies have been done to prove they’re safe to use in humans.”

Following an examination, Dubrow advised Brittanya to leave her butt alone. Why? Well, according to the doctors, attempting to remove the hydro-gel could cause “granuloma changes.”

Since the former VH1 star currently has a successful career on Instagram, she decided not to risk hurting her money-making bottom.

“My career means everything to me. I appreciate everyone who supports me, so I don’t want to let them down at any point,” she told the Botched camera. “So, if this is too much of a risk, I’m not gonna take that risk.”

For all of this and more, including Dr. Nassif’s work on a dog bite victim’s nose, be sure to watch the full episode HERE!

The Bachelor Presents: Listen to Your Heart Premiere Live Blog

It’s here: the best day of our quarantine lives so far.

Ever since The Bachelor ended a month ago and we have since been asked to stay in our homes for the greater good, we’ve been craving something Bachelor-adjacent to serve as a distraction. It has now arrived in the form of The Bachelor Presents: Listen to Your Heart, a six-week sort of experiment that’s like Bachelor in Paradise but there’s no sand, and everybody’s a musician who’s never been on a Bachelor show before.

It’s a brand new journey for the franchise and for us, and it couldn’t have come at a better time. What better way to pass the endless days than by obsessing over a bunch of new single people competing for love? There isn’t one, and because we’re all craving connection right now, we’re going to live blog each and every episode. That way we can pretend we’re all at one giant watch party together, having the time of our lives and listening to our own hearts as they tell us to grab yet another glass of rosé. So here we go.

8:00 p.m.: We’ve barely begun, and Chris Harrison is once again bringing up the movie A Star Is Born. Does he or anyone else on this show know that that movie ended in tragedy? Apparently not, and we don’t care.

8:08 p.m.: Trevor, 29, is doing this right by appearing shirtless with his dog. Seems like a real mistake if he doesn’t bring the dog to the show with him. A hot musician with a dog seems hard to resist.

8:13 p.m.: These limo arrivals just feel wrong since they’re at a mansion but they’re just greeting Chris Harrison and not trying desperately to impress one nervous hottie.

8:17 p.m.: “What is a really good memory you have from your childhood?” “I had seizures and brain surgery when I was six. It was awesome!” Now that’s a hell of a perspective and a hell of a way to answer that question.

8:20 p.m.: A love triangle has begun! Jamie’s got eyes for both Ryan and Trevor, and girl, we get it.

8:26 p.m.: Not only is this man singing about a “hot touch,” but he’s already diving in for kisses with Savannah by saying “I like your lips,” after a real mediocre beatbox session. Props to Savannah for getting out of that.

8:31 p.m.: There are four more guys than girls! Four guys are going home! That’s a lot of guys!

Stay tuned for more!

The Bachelor Presents: Listen to Your Heart airs Mondays at 8 p.m. on ABC.

Why The Bachelor Presents: Listen to Your Heart Contestants Signed On, and Why You Should Too

Tonight, a brand new journey to find love begins.

It’s called The Bachelor Presents: Listen to Your Heart, and while that’s a mouthful of a title that’s also a pain to type, we’re happy to report that the show is pretty delightful. Instead of Instagram models who all look the same and whose jobs are forgotten by episode two, this is a show filled with musicians who all actually look like humans. Sure, they’re all stunningly beautiful humans, but they’re stunningly beautiful in a much more attainable way. Plus, they actually have something in common besides wanting to be on a TV dating show—a novel idea, for sure.

It’s like Bachelor in Paradise mixed with last season of The Bachelorette, except there are way more women and all the musicians are actually good. Plus, we all know they’re there at least partly to help their music career, so nobody’s got to pretend about any “right reasons.” If all of this doesn’t sound like a fun twist on the Bachelor franchise to you, then we don’t know what to tell you. We had a grand ol’ time.

What we don’t quite understand yet is the format. It starts off similarly to Bachelor in Paradise, which occasionally sends people home during rose ceremonies before bringing in newbies, but Chris Harrison promised us that doesn’t last the whole season.

It’s a mystery to us, and it was a mystery to the contestants before the show began. It’s been a few years since the Bachelor franchise launched a new show, and far longer than that since it launched a new show with entirely new contestants. So naturally, the singers and songwriters recruited for the show had no real idea of what they were getting into.

E! News talked to five of those contestants just hours before filming began and asked them what their impression of the show was that they had signed up for, and why they signed up. Now, just hours before the show premieres, you can read their answers! (More to come from these five in the coming days.)

ABC

Trevor Holmes, 29

I think that my idea of what it is is kind of developed I think when, when I when they first reached out to me. They’re like, we want to do something with music and dating, and I was like well that sounds interesting. It’s something I would watch. And I had never dated a musician before so I was like you know, this could be either really good, or really bad. Either way I think it’s going to be amazing for TV for sure, because yeah there’s this stigma. I’m from LA, and there’s people will tell you if you’re a musician, oh don’t don’t date another musician. It won’t work.

Anyways, all that being said, my first idea of the show it was just you know like basically like American Idol means like A Star is Born meets like The Bachelor and if that’s true, I think that’s incredible. I think it’s amazing.

The Bachelor Presents: Listen to Your Heart

ABC

Mel Taevin, 27

The only information I got was my roommate was on Apple News and saw an article about it sent it to me, and I’m like, oh, great. I was asked by a casting director via Instagram if I would be interested in being on a show about musicians finding love. And I, to be quite candid with you, definitely just auditioned facetiously. I was just like, okay, let’s see what happens. And then I got asked for the other audition and I was like, maybe I should try for this, like maybe I should actually make a point to do something. And then it happened and I was like you know yeah I mean, my ultimate decision was based on like looking at it as a really great opportunity meeting new people, you know. Maybe finding love.

The Bachelor Presents: Listen to Your Heart

ABC

Jamie Gabrielle, 21

I mean, I feel like music already is something that brings people together. That’s why I got into music, that’s why I love music. And I think that’s such a special thing to share with someone and I’m looking for love, and the best, like literally my dream would be to have music as like you know, it’s kind of like one of my love languages to be able to share that with someone and like to find like a long term relationship with someone through music. I mean it’s not every day that you really get to do that.

The Bachelor Presents: Listen to Your Heart

ABC

Brandon Mills, 34

I had kind of been pitched that it’s a dating show with musicians, a bunch of single people getting together and trying to create music and go on adventures together, go on dates together and ideally fall in love, make some music in the process. That’s kind of how was pitched to me. And I was like, beautiful women and music, those are two of my favorite thing so let’s roll.

The Bachelor Presents: Listen to Your Heart

ABC

Savannah McKinley, 25

They got us on the singer/songwriter thing of course, but throughout the interview processes I’ve kind of come to realize it’s kind of 50/50. It’s a 50/50 of like hey you’re like looking for love you’re looking to make authentic connections, but you’re also connecting through your music. And so I understand that there’s going to be opportunities to do our singer/songwriter things and perform music but also go on Bachelor-style dates, and I think I’m just looking for authentic connections and so whenever I was working with [casting] when they were interviewing me, I was really excited about the fact that I get to be surrounded by you know 20 plus musicians who are like-minded and you know whether I leave this experience with, like, a new best friend out of the deal or find the love of my life, I’m like I’m here to make those authentic connections. I’m just a people person so I’m like hell yeah let’s do this.

The Bachelor Presents: Listen to Your Heart premieres tonight at 8 p.m., and airs every Monday at 8 p.m. on ABC.

Tyra Banks' Iconic ''We Were All Rooting For You'' Moment Happened 15 Years Ago

You wanna be on top?!

Tiffany Richardson didn’t win America’s Next Top Model in cycle four, but she did leave a lasting impression.

As fans of the reality TV series will remember, Tyra Banks uttered these infamous words to Tiffany: “I was rooting for you! We were all rooting for you.”

Believe it or not, but that iconic moment happened 15 years ago.

So here’s how things went down: After weeks of challenges, photo shoots, hearing judges’ critiques, Tiffany seemed to be disconnected from the competition. That became more evident during the episode, “The Girl Who Pushes Tyra Over the Edge.”

Even more shocking? That week was a double elimination.

Tiffany and Rebecca Epley were both going home that night. However, before the girls left the room Tiffany spoke up, which led Tyra to yell her infamous lines.

“Be quiet, Tiffany. Be quiet! What is wrong with you? STOP IT,” the supermodel shouted. “I have never in my life yelled at a girl like this. When my mother yells like this it’s because she loves me. I was rooting for you, we were all rooting for you! How dare you!”

“Learn something from this! When you go to bed at night, you lay there and you take responsibility for yourself,” Banks continued. “Because nobody’s going to take responsibility for you. You rolling your eyes… it’s because you’ve heard it all before.”

She added, “You don’t know where the hell I come from. You have no idea what I’ve been through, but I’m not a victim. I grow from it and I learn. Take responsibility for yourself!”

Speaking to Buzzfeed News in 2017, Tyra said she would’ve done things a lot differently.

“I wouldn’t have done it… Actually, maybe I wouldn’t have aired it,” she admitted. “It was such an emotional, visceral moment for me… I had so much love for this girl.”

Tiffany also chatted with Buzzfeed in late 2016. She opened up about the OMG moment and her experience on America’s Next Top Model.

“I would not take anything from her career… but she’s a human,” Tiffany shared. “I went into it thinking Tyra was f–king God. To actually see her and the vibe is completely different. It was just weird.”

When it came to being critiqued, she recalled feeling like the judges were “roasting the f–k out of us.”

“Every time I did something wrong, I’d shut down a little bit more, and it just got to the point where I was over it. I felt like we were just there to be humiliated,” she expressed. “It was like, ‘What the f–k [else] could we do to them?'”

Tiffany explained that Tyra’s rant was “1,000 times worse” than what viewers saw.

“You can go back to your house and sleep on your mattress on the floor with your baby,” she recalled the supermodel telling her in front everyone. However, she also understands that the OMG moment made for good TV, even if it was at her expense.

“It was deep, it was passionate… the music’s going, Tyra’s beautiful-self yelling [at the] poor little black girl,” she shared. “It was beautiful for TV. They love to see black girls struggling and somebody coming to save her… and that just didn’t work out that way this time.”

Fast forward to a decade later, and you’ll see she’s a “a completely different person.”

Tiffany and Tyra’s moment has taken a life of its own, that much is true. You’ll see it swirl around online in memes or it’s something your BFF will tell you when you need to be checked.

Despite everything, Tiffany doesn’t have any regrets over how things went down.

“I can’t regret that, because it made me who I am right now,” she said. “And I needed all of that.”
