The 21 year old who is a nursing student in Quebec is accused of committing a large burglary spree with 3 accomplices, and all of her accomplices were teenagers. At first the arrest of Stephanie Beaudoin only attracted local interest, but that soon changed when a tabloid found photos of Beaudoin looking very sexy in a black string bikini. After the tabloids posted the photos people went wild, taking to social media and calling Stephanie the sexiest thief in the world. Soon the pictures and social media comments went viral and the entire world found out about the Canadian 21 year old who was a hottie and a criminal both.

Stephanie Beaudoin, the sexiest thief in the world, is facing a total of 114 criminal charges. This is a very large number and it is highly doubtful that the smoldering beauty will be able to tempt the judge into being lenient just because she is young and pretty. Some people were using social media to invite the female burglar to come and rob them. One man even went so far as to post his address, along with a note that he leaves a spare key under the flowerpot by the door. While the Canadian criminal with stunning good looks will probably not visit the man may find himself being robbed by more ordinary thieves instead.

Vandalism at a natural gas pipeline in western Alberta has caused damage to the pipeline components and was responsible for natural gas leaking into the atmosphere around the damaged part. According to the police someone used a high power rifle to shoot the high pressure pipeline that carries natural gas, and the incident occurred last weekend but the exact day and time is still unknown. On Monday morning the Mounties were alerted that the Talisman Energy natural gas pipeline had sustained damage. Before the vandalism was detected by the company large quantities of natural gas had been released into the air, and when the damage was discovered company employees shut down that section of the pipeline using safety devices. These safety devices stopped the natural gas leak until repairs can be made and the damaged section can be used again.

The latest act of vandalism against a natural gas pipeline is just one of many, although these incidents have decreased in recent years. The natural gas industry is often the target of vandalism by environmentalists and eco terror groups, and one of the biggest was Wiebo Ludwig who often targeted energy company AEC West because the company had wells in operation which were close to Ludwig’s land. Anyone who has any information about the individual responsible for the natural gas pipeline vandalism that happened last weekend is urged to contact local law enforcement. The damaged pipeline will be repaired as soon as possible so that it can be put back into operation.

German scientists have revealed that the Philae comet exploration has revealed organic molecules, and these molecules contain carbon. This carbon element is believed to be the basis of all life on earth, but the battery of the comet lander ran out of energy soon after so further exploration was not possible. The scientists have not determined whether the organic molecules discovered on the comet include complex compounds which are needed to create proteins though. One of the main mission goals was to determine whether the carbon based compounds on earth were brought here by comets in the past, and the comet lander spent 10 years in space before reaching the final destination of comet 67P/Churyumov-Gerasimenko. Once on the comet the lander performed 57 hours of comet exploration before the battery shut down and the mission ended.

Comet exploration helps scientists understand many things about the earth, and possibly about how life started on our planet many years ago. Comets can contain organic materials from millions of years ago and this can help researchers and scientists see what the environment was like during that time period. The Philae comet lander has an instrument called a COSAC gas analyzer, and this tool can analyze the atmosphere and determine whether organic molecules are present. Some comets have contained organic molecules from millions of years ago, and these molecules are extremely well preserved. Another tool on the comet lander was the MUPUS, which was used to measure several comet surface variables including density, and also mechanical and thermal properties of the material.

The two teenagers on trial for the Slenderman attempted murder have said that the crime happened because of the imaginary Internet bogeyman, and the attorney for one of the two young girls has said that his client still believes that this fictional online character exists and is real. This may be just a ploy to try and minimize the responsibility for the crime that his client is facing, or it could be the truth and the teenager may actually be mentally ill. When the Slenderman attempted murder case first occurred it was a crime that shocked the world. Two 12 year old girls lured a friend and then stabbed her numerous times in an attempt to kill her, and both teenagers on trial have said that the motive behind the crime was to please Slenderman.

Attorney Anthony Cotton is representing Morgan Geyser in the Slenderman attempted murder trial, and he believes that the two teenagers on trial are mentally ill and need mental help instead of prison time. Cotton stated in court “She still believes in fictional characters. When a person believes in fictional characters, makes it difficult for them to assist in their defense.” In August Geyser was found to be incompetent, and she was sent to the Winnebago Mental Health Institute by the court. After receiving treatment the psychiatrists who were evaluating Geyser found that she had regained competency and could be tried for the crimes that the two teenagers on trial committed. The other defendant in the Slenderman attempted murder trial, Anissa Weier, was originally found competent to stand trial.

Downtown Shooting Outside of Wood Buffalo Brewing Company Under Investigation

The RCMP are investigating a downtown shooting at the Wood Buffalo Brewing Company, and a local Fort MacMurray resident was shot during the incident. At 2 am Saturday morning a 911 call was made to the RCMP, and the complaint involved a shooting which occurred outside of the pub in downtown Fort MacMurray. According to RCMP Cst. Kandice Perry “We received a call of gunshots at the location, so when members arrived at the scene there was a male that sustained gunshot wounds.” The motive for the crime and the identity of the shooter is still unknown and the case is still under investigation. Cst. Perry stated “At this point in the investigation we can’t say for certain” when asked about the who and why of the downtown shooting at the Wood Buffalo Brewing Company.

There was a victim in the Wood Buffalo Brewing Company downtown shooting, a male who is believed to be in his early 30’s. The victim of the shooting was transported from the scene in downtown Fort MacMurray to the local hospital, and was later transported to another hospital in the Edmonton area. Reports place the victim in stable condition but the man has not been identified by the RCMP yet. Cst. Perry stated “The victim is going to be the one that we gain the information from, and… where he’s seeking medical assistance, we just can’t get that information from him at this time. It means that it wasn’t blindly done. The incident was, as far as we can tell, directed at a certain individual.”
