Courtney Cox Likes Instagram Posts About Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston's SAGs Reunion

On Sunday evening, Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt gave the world what they’ve been waiting for: an extremely brief, but extremely sweet, reunion at the Screen Actors Guild Awards. The approximately two-second handhold sent fans all over the world into a frenzy—including Anniston’s real-life bestie, Courtney Cox.

It all started when cameras caught a backstage moment of the former couple congratulating each other over their respective SAG wins—the reunion was definitely affectionate with Pitt grabbing Aniston’s arm. The interaction sent the Internet into nostalgia overload, including Aniston’s former Friends co-star. Buzzfeed noticed that Cox liked every single social media post about the duo’s reunion posted by the aggregate Instagram account Comments By Celebs. Though Cox never commented directly on the posts we all know what those likes really mean… that she, too, stans a healthy, mature, and friendly demeanor with an ex who shares the same profession.

Cox wasn’t alone in her appreciation for the Pitt and Aniston reunion; several A-listers posted under the photos shared by Comments by Celebs. Rumor Willis wrote, “my tender heart can’t take this,” while Morgan Stewart added, “I’m not emotionally prepared to handle this at this stage in my life.”

Even Brooklyn Decker got in on the action on one post, tossing out a conspiracy theory that Aniston’s finger slipped under Pitt’s lapel.

As for Aniston, she took all the fanfare in stride. During an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Aniston said the public’s obsession with her and Pitt’s friendship was all “hysterical,” adding, “but what else are they going to talk about?”

Answer: Nothing. This is all we will talk about…for days. Or, until Pitt makes a cameo on The Morning Show. Fingers crossed.
