Kate Middleton Just Put Prince William on Blast For This 'Nightmare' Habit
Kate Middleton playfully called out her husband Prince William at an event this week for an all-too-relatable habit: eating pizza on the sofa.
Before you say, “What’s so wrong with that?” think about the context for a second. Prince William and Kate Middleton are royals, which means they probably have some fancy couches—like, really fancy ones with hand-sewn fabric and blocks of gold stuffed in the cushions. Queen Elizabeth II probably has some of her jewels hidden in these couches, too—I don’t know. What I do know, though, is the couches are expensive. Your futon from Wayfair can handle a Domino’s pizza box; Middleton’s couch, which the queen could potentially nap on, can’t.
And Middleton appropriately dragged Prince William for this. The incident happened in Cyprus, where the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were visiting military families who will be away from home this Christmas. At the Oasis recreation center, which Middleton and Prince William helped open, the couple spotted some yellow couches in the corner. “Keep the pizza off the sofas,” Prince William said, according to People. Middleton quickly agreed: “You’re a nightmare with that,” she said.

This isn’t the only royal habit that’s been exposed in the past few weeks. Prince Harry recently confessed that Meghan Markle doesn’t understand his habit of keeping all the lights off in their home except the ones they need. “My wife certainly goes, ‘Well, why turn the lights off? It’s dark,'” Prince Harry said in a recent documentary “I go, ‘We only need one light, we don’t need, like, six,’ and all of a sudden, it becomes a habit.”
