Katie Holmes was once the better half to one of Hollywood’s A-list couples (insert Tom Cruise shouting on Oprah’s couch here), but it looks as though a new man has flown into her life.

Spotted holding hands and seen traveling to and from each others place, rumors are swirling that Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx have taken their friendship to the next level and are an item. Things may be moving slowly between the pair but Katie has stated that she’s “a very loving person. Of course I’m open to finding love again.” Could that be with Jamie?
