Friends, the hour is at last upon us: Kate Middleton has made her final public appearance before withdrawing from the world to prepare for the arrival of Royal Baby #2. Cue a Boyz II Men song.

The Duchess of Cambridge (who her husband has said is due “any day now”) stepped out this morning UK time for a visit to a youth centre in South East London today. If that fuschia coat looks familiar, it should be: It’s the same Mulberry double-breasted situation she wore for her trip to New York[2] a few months ago.
The next time we “officially” see Kate Middleton it will be with a screaming bundle of royal joy (that our bones are telling is like 89% guaranteed to be female).
