A huge dump of snow has prompted the city of Edmonton to issue a parking ban on collector bus routes. The ban begins Friday night at 11 p.m.
Vehicles that are not removed from signed bus routes could be tagged or towed.
Meanwhile, snow crews are busy clearing city roads and sanding intersections after the latest snowstorm.
While only light snow is expected today, winds will continue gusting up to 40 km/h, meaning you’ll probably be shovelling your sidewalk twice.
But dress warmly. The windchill makes it feel like -27C this morning.
Today’s high will be -13C according to Environment Canada.
