In an intriguing follow-up to her recent equal rights crusading, Ms. Watson[2] will be taking on the role of Belle (aka the “beauty” in Beauty and the Beast) in a live action version of the classic Disney flick. She confirmed the news on her Facebook page, saying: “My 6-year-old self is on the ceiling — heart bursting. Time to start some singing lessons. I can’t wait for you to see it.”
This could either be the most wonderful thing ever, or a disaster…but given that our Emma is at the centre, we’ve a feeling that “There’s Something There”, you know?
