50 Shades of Grey, the highly erotic and controversial tale that is very popular right now, has started a craze that one Fort MacMurray author is getting in on. Isabella Michelle Trempe, a writer from Fort MacMurray, is releasing a novel. This will be the second novel for the Fort MacMurray resident, titled Mr. Complicated: Love or Lust, Book One. The new novel features Alberta in a prominent way, and this is expected since this is the adopted city of Trempe. The author commented “(It’s about) an author who was struggling in her city. She moves from Chicago, Ill., to Medicine Hat, Alta., so she can have a quite type of life. But really, she was up to her next … project. She wanted to find her Mr. Complicated and exploit the sexual, selfish side of men.”
The Fort MacMurray author will see her erotic novel launch on a country wide scale n March 1, and she can not wait to hear what readers have to say about it. When asked about the novel Trempe responded “It pushes the limits and it pushes the boundaries of what people don’t really find themselves blurring very often. They really misjudge what it is the writer is trying to say. A lot of the time we’re trying to tell them an in-depth story, and the viewer sometimes can’t see past the eyes of porn. Erotica is very tasteful. Erotica is exploring the sides of people and characters that are afraid to explore that side of themselves.” The first novel by the Fort MacMurray author was self published in 2012, and was titled The Secret of Arden.
