Former presidential adviser Steve Bannon has stepped down from Breitbart News.
According to a statement on the Breitbart website, Bannon — who served as executive chairman since 2012 — will work with the organization during a transition period.
Breitbart chief executive Larry Solov said: “Steve is a valued part of our legacy, and we will always be grateful for his contributions, and what he has helped us to accomplish.”
