All of Heidi Klum's Halloween Costumes Over the Years
Dominatrix (2000)
The costume that started it all: Heidi Klum’s get-up for her very first Halloween bash, back in 2000, was a nondescript, dark-haired vixen donning a lot of Hot Topic-worthy pleather and studs.
Lady Godiva (2001)
Klum seriously upped her game the following year with her Lady Godiva costume, complete with a Rapunzel-worthy blonde wig and a live horse.
Betty Boop (2002)
Year three brought more pleather, but this time as the original sex symbol, Betty Boop.
Golden Goddess (2003)
We can’t pinpoint exactly what Klum was going for here—The Predator? An alien? A Greek goddess?—but we know this for sure: It’s gold and shimmery, therefore we love it.
Witch (2004)
Who’s the fairest witch of all? Heidi Klum as a crimson-haired part-witch, part-vampire, part-skeleton.
Vampire (2005)
Klum went full-on vampire for her party the following year, complete with an exposed bleeding heart. #Gory.
The Forbidden Fruit (2006)
Klum came up with a genius way to incorporate her then-eight-months pregnant bump: Dress up as a red delicious apple. But this isn’t just any old apple; this is the Garden of Eden’s forbidden fruit, thanks to the serpent addition. (Not pictured: Seal as Eve.)
Cat (2007)
Klum as a kitty > all other cat costumes ever.
Hindu Goddess (2008)
Specifically, Klum dressed up as Kali, the Hindu goddess of destruction (hence the human skulls and belt of severed hands).
Crows (2009)
For her tenth annual bash, Klum went full-on couples costume with then-hubby Seal and these Hitchcock-inspired crows. (Or are they Edgar Allan Poe-style ravens?)
Robot (2010)
We actually have no clue what Klum is here, TBH. A robot? Transformer? Power Ranger? Can’t be sure. But, as always, her hair, makeup, and costume are on point.
Apes (2011)
In 2011, Klum actually held two Halloween parties—and obviously, she’s not going to repeat a costume. The first was a Planet of the Apes-worthy get-up with Seal.
Human Body (2011)
And the second was a lesson in anatomy, thanks to this costume straight from the Bodies exhibit.
Cleopatra (2012)
Klum ended up canceling her Halloween party in 2012 due to the destruction from Hurricane Sandy—but she still gave us a preview of what she would have worn: This Cleopatra costume.
Old Lady (2013)
Here’s Klum as a cane-wielding elderly woman, complete with wrinkles, bags, and varicose veins.
Butterfly (2014)
Klum’s butterfly costume puts the rest of Times Square’s characters to shame.
Jessica Rabbit (2015)
Um, wow. Heidi Klum was nearly unrecognizable in her Jessica Rabbit get-up, thanks to prosthetics, a helluva lot of makeup, and a red wig.
Heidi Klum (2016)
Klum did her most daring costume to date last year: herself. The model turned the red carpet into a runway while debuting several Klum clones in full Victoria’s Secret Angel gear.
Michael Jackson’s ‘Thriller’ (2017)
This year, Klum and her friends dressed up as the cast of the ‘Thriller’ video—and entered the party doing the entire dance, natch.
