The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star’s most recent nude illusion look certainly turned heads this week when she attended an event in L.A. Thursday wearing a completely sheer black dress over black panties and a bra. Kim completed her sexy sheer look, which she just happened to be wearing on National Nude Day, with Yeezy heels and a “Pablo” jacket.
