Five people have been transported to hospital, including two by STARS air ambulance, after a serious two car collision near Wabamun provincial park just west of Edmonton.
Emergency crews were called to the crash on Highway 16 and Range Road 32 just before 8pm on Saturday.
Two of the people involved have suffered life threatening injuries, the injuries of the other three are believed to be serious but non-life threatening.
Alcohol is believed to be a factor.
