The victim did not know Healey and called police after a shotgun was pointed at them during the episode of road rage. An arrest was made after a second report of a gun being pointed at a motorist was made, and police caught up with Mr. Healey after the second incident which happened near Highway 63 and Hardin Street. After Healey voluntarily pulled over for the police the black pick up truck that he was driving was searched and police found a double barrel shotgun that had the barrel sawed off, leading to the arrest of the driver.
