Politicians, hockey players and Mounties at #yegpride

The Pride Parade is one of the biggest events of the summer in Edmonton.

Tens of thousands of people crowd the parade route each year, making it a must-attend event for politicians and community leaders wishing to express solidarity and support with LGBTQ Edmontonians.

This year, Premier Rachel Notley, former premier Dave Hancock, federal Liberal Leader Justin Trudeau and Edmonton Oilers goalie Ben Scrivens were among the notables marching down Whyte Avenue.
