Two days after the birth of the latest member of the Royal Family, Kensington Palace announced the baby’s name: Charlotte Elizabeth Diana.
And if those three names aren’t enough, her official title will be Her Royal Highness Princess Charlotte of Cambridge.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are delighted to announce that they have named their daughter Charlotte Elizabeth Diana.
The baby will be known as Her Royal Highness Princess Charlotte of Cambridge.
Royal revellers were pleased with the first name Charlotte, which was among the top contenders for guesses among bookmakers.

The mayor of the Village of Queen Charlotte, B.C., along with mayors of other Canadian cities with any trace of Charlotte in their name were capitalizing on the namesake on Monday.
“Ah, what’s in a name? Of course we’re honoured that the new princess is almost our namesake, but I’m afraid that Prince George, B.C. is ahead of us in this matter, especially in order of succession,” Village of Queen Charlotte Mayor Greg Martin told CBC.
Charlotte appears to honour Prince William’s father, Prince Charles, and it was also the name of the wife of George III. Elizabeth honours the current monarch, Queen Elizabeth.
But many were most taken by the royal couple’s decision to include the third name, Diana, in memory of Prince William’s mother.
