A Lamont man was announced Friday as the winner of the $50 million jackpot in the Jan. 16 Lotto Max draw.
Randall Rush learned he had won while buying food for his cat named Conway Kitty. He checked his ticket at the store and says he started screaming and hyperventilating.
Rush plans to donate some of his winnings into a charity trust fund and buy himself a 1965 Corvette.
