Two men have been charged with attempted murder after a shooting near Lac La Biche sent a man to hospital Friday.
Police say an altercation between three men west of the village ended in gunfire, with one man being taken to hospital. He was later transported for care in Edmonton, where he remains with non-life-threatening injuries.
RCMP arrested two men — both face a number of charges, including attempted murder. Police believe the suspects and the victim knew one another.
The pair are set to appear in court Monday.
