“Crying, stressed, frantic and she was saying things like ‘This is gonna be the last day, it’s not suicide,’ ” said her aunt, Eunice Ketchemonia-Cote.

‘This is gonna be the last day, it’s not suicide.’- Darla Eyahpaise

“She’s mixed up in the drug world and she was saying that, in the past she ratted on somebody, and now they were going to get her. She was saying ‘Tell my sons that I love them.’ “

This morning, city police released her photo and description.

Ketchemonia-Cote says that the past year has not been kind to her niece. She said that she became involved in using hard drugs, had her children taken away, lost her car and may have been working in the sex trade.

Still, nothing prepared them for Sunday morning’s call.

“(My daughter) heard a voice just at the end saying, ‘Okay, that’s enough now,’ a guy saying that, and then the line went dead.”
