Teresa Giudice Says Her Father Is "Struggling" and Asks Fans for "Any Extra Prayers"

Teresa Giudice took to Instagram on Thursday to ask fans to pray for her father Giacinto Gorga.

“At this trying time, I’m graciously asking for any extra prayers, good vibes, love….Please send my father’s way,” The Real Housewives of New Jersey star wrote via the social network. “My father is struggling and my girls and I need him, we need his love, his presence & his strength. #ThePowerofPrayers.”

She also shared a photo of her dad celebrating his birthday alongside the Bravolebrity and her four daughter: Gia, Milania, Gabriella and Audriana. In addition, she played Céline Dion‘s song “Because You Loved Me” via her Instagram Stories.

Teresa did not specify how her father is “struggling.”

After she shared the news, the 47-year-old celebrity received several messages of support from her friends and co-stars.

“Sending so many prayers and love,” fellow cast member Margaret Josephs wrote in the comments section.

“Prayers,” added The Real Housewives of Orange County alumna Vicki Gunvalson.

Teresa’s ex, Joe Giudice, shared some kind words, as well.

“I love you all,” he commented. “God help my father-in-law and family. Prayers.”

The post came less than two weeks after Teresa’s sister-in-law and co-star Melissa Gorga asked her followers for a “couple extra prayers” for Giacinto, whom she called “the best soul.”

Fans have watched Giacinto experience challenges over the years. Back in November, for instance, Teresa had to leave BravoCon early to take her father to the hospital.

“He has pneumonia,” her brother, Joe Gorga, told Page Six at the time. “He’s all right. He’s not that bad, hopefully. He’ll be okay. So let’s see what happens.”

Teresa also opened up about how her family looks after Giacinto during a 2018 interview with The Daily Dish.

“None of us can be sick around him because he catches it right away,” she said at the time. “We’re constantly always washing our hands. Like when you have a baby and you make sure everything’s clean, that’s how you have to be with him because he gets sick easily.”

E! News reached out to Teresa’s team but did not receive further details.

(E! and Bravo are both part of NBCUniversal).

Karlie Kloss Shares Rare Glimpse Into Her Marriage With "Best Friend" Joshua Kushner

Karlie Kloss is one happy newlywed.

While the Project Runway host has been married to Joshua Kushner for a year and together for more than seven years, pop culture fans still don’t know much about the relationship.

But while sitting down with Diane Von Furstenberg for her Spotify podcast InCharge with DVF, the supermodel couldn’t help but open up about the special bond she has with her husband.

“I absolutely met, married and am madly in love with my soulmate,” Karlie shared when discussing Joshua. “He is truly my partner. He is my partner in life. He is my best friend. He is my other half. I didn’t know that I could love someone in this kind of way and I feel like I’ve almost grown up with him. I met him when I was 19 and I think there’s s lot of growing into myself that I still was doing when I first met him and still am to this day.”

Karlie continued, “But I think it’s one thing I’ve really learned over my 20s so far has been how important it is to continue that personal growth and investing in myself and giving space and time to myself to grow into myself.”

In her personal conversation with Diane, Karlie explained her belief that it’s so important to love yourself whether in or out of a relationship. Fortunately, Joshua is the “most incredible support.”

“As much as you love someone else, you can’t change or lose who you are for someone else and I think being in such a serious relationship so young, I really had to realize those boundaries of how much I love somebody else, how much I want to give to them but also to respect what I need as the other half,” she explained. “[Joshua] loves me but he’s the most supportive person in my life…He wants me to chase my dreams. He helped me dream bigger.”

Karlie added, “I really followed my heart on choosing to be with the person who I love despite any complications that came with it. For me, it was worth it to fight for that.”

As fans may know, Karlie’s brother-in-law is Jared Kushner who is a senor advisor to President Donald Trump. Her family connection became a viral moment on a recent season of Project Runway.

“I’m sure I’m not the only person in this country who does not necessarily agree with their family on politics,” Karlie previously shared on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen. “I voted as a Democrat in 2016 and I plan to do the same in 2020.”

Bella and Gigi Hadid's Facialist Shares The Best DIY Face Masks to Do At Home

Red carpet-ready skin at home? Sign us up!

According to celebrity facialist Mimi Luzon, who has helped stars like Irina Shayk, Naomi Campbell, Alessandra Ambrosio and Bella and Gigi Hadid achieve their glowing complexions, there are plenty of ways that you can transform your skin while social distancing.

In addition to following her celeb-approved skincare routine and giving her 24K Pure Gold Dust Mask a try, the renowned esthetician tells E! News that a good DIY face mask can instantly enhance your skin’s brightness, firmness and hydration levels. Luckily for all of us, Luzon’s favorite at-home face masks are super easy to recreate and can be done using ingredients that are already in your kitchen.

“When you have some extra time invest in masks and use them as much as possible,” she tells E! News. “I currently do a different one every day. Following Eastern skincare practices, it’s extremely beneficial for our skin to use a face mask with a different function every day; it could be firming, luminizing, moisturizing or detoxifying.”

For clogged skin:

If you’ve noticed that your experiencing a bit of congestion, Luzon suggests whipping up her DIY Green Tea Mask, which calls for a 1 cup of the antioxidant-rich tea, 2 cups of rice flour and half a teaspoon of honey. Once the ingredients are mixed together, leave the mask on for 20 minutes before massaging it into the skin and rinsing with water. “This is an excellent toxin cleanser,” Luzon says of the mask. “It enhances skin tone and gives skin an instant glow.”

For tired skin:

Slough away dead skin cells and reveal a more rejuvenated complexion with Luzon’s DIY Oatmeal Mask. “This works as an amazing exfoliating mask,” she raves. “This mask reduces inflammation and works as an enzyme exfoliator.” Address uneven tone and texture by boiling 2 teaspoons of oatmeal and a squeeze of lemon. Once the mixed together and cooled down, Luzon suggests leaving it on for 15 minutes and rinsing with water. If you have sensitive skin, she suggests omitting the lemon.

For dull skin:

For those looking to brighten their complexion, Luzon recommends her DIY Turmeric Mask, which she says is an “excellent mask for glowing and softening of the skin.” To make the mask, combine one teaspoon of flour with a spoonful of turmeric, a teaspoon of lemon and a spoonful of milk. Then, let the mask do its thing for 20 minutes and rinse with water.

Luzon’s go-to morning skincare routine:

“Start your day by cleansing your face with foam or any other delicate product with a suitable pH level. I recommended starting your morning routine with an enzymatic exfoliation,” Luzon says, noting that you should be using an exfoliating cleanser at least twice a week “to remove dead skin cells and encourage skin glow.” Once the skin is cleansed, follow up with a skin serum and moisturizer.

“Massage [your moisturizer] into the skin starting from the center of the face and working outwards,” Luzon suggests. When it comes to the neck, she says using a firming moisturizer will help cater to this “very delicate” area.

According to Luzon, one morning step that should never be skipped is eye cream. “Eye cream is a step often forgotten. However, it’s an incredibly vital one,” she explains. “It is especially important in times when our sleeping patterns are disrupted. Apply in a reverse C-shape.”

Luzon’s go-to nighttime skincare tips:

“Our nighttime routine is hugely important and often considered the best time for skincare and the greatest time to use active ingredients,” she says. “When we are sleeping, the skin is at work and the process of skin regeneration are at its prime.”

She continues, “Instead of tossing over leftover serums on your hands, mix and apply to the skin, just make sure you aren’t mixing active acids with oils. It is recommended to create a serum cocktail and apply it to the skin before bed.”

Pro tip: “Any superfluous rich moisturizing creams that you won’t use on your face, apply to your elbows or thighs instead of wasting,” Luzon says. She also suggests tidying up the bathroom cabinet during your free time to ensure that all expired beauty products are disposed of.

Finished Tiger King? Here's 8 True Crime Documentaries to Watch Next

Right now, all anyone can talk about is Netflix’s controversial docuseries Tiger King.

It’s hard to go on social media and not see people talking about the alleged crimes of Joe Exotic and Carole Baskin, as well as the disappearance of her late husband Don Lewis. However, with only ten episodes available to stream, viewers are quickly finding themselves done with the series and searching for another show or movie that could inspire debates and capture attention.

The thing is, Tiger King is definitely next-level crazy. With big cats, polyamorous men and assassination attempts, it seems like no other show, movie or podcast could possibly compare.

But unfortunately, there’s enough evil in the world to create true crime shows and movies to fill the time of those currently social distancing.

These eight shows and movies tell tale of bioterror attacks, Munchausen by proxy and truly baffling crimes.

Ryan Reynolds Jokes He's "Mostly Drinking" While Social Distancing With Blake Lively and the Kids

Ryan Reynolds appeared on Wednesday’s at-home edition of The Late Show With Stephen Colbert and revealed how he’s social distancing with his wife Blake Lively and their three kids amid the global coronavirus pandemic.

The 43-year-old actor said his daughters—James (5), Inez (3) and a third child whose name remains private (8 months)—enjoy wearing dresses and sporting “hot pink all day.”

“So, that’s what I do,” he said via video chat. “This morning, I made dresses out of tissue paper, which was fun for them.”

He also said he and the 32-year-old actress are “doing a lot of homeschooling.”

“We’re lucky enough to have a little tiny garden,” he added. “So, we’re learning a little bit about gardening. We’re trying to make this an educational experience, but I’m mostly drinking.”

In addition, the Deadpool star, who also owns a spirits company called Aviation American Gin, said the Gossip Girl alumna is planning on giving him a haircut tomorrow.

“She’s done this once before,” he said. “It took two and a half hours. And then, at the end, it looked like she’d done the whole thing using only a lighter. Or, you know those gloves that are made of sandpaper? It would have been a little faster if she had just worn it down, [like] she had just rubbed my head until my hair disappeared.”

Reynolds said his mother-in-law has been staying with the family of five, as well.

“She’s been a lifesaver. It’s been incredible to have her here. She doesn’t know it, but actually she’s emergency food if this gets real,” he quipped at one point, later joking, “I will not hesitate to eat the children.”

Reynolds and Lively have also been giving back. For instance, they donated $1 million that was split between Feeding America and Food Banks Canada. They also donated $100,000 to each of the following four hospitals in New York: Elmhurst, NYU Hospital, Mount Sinai and Northern Westchester. In addition, they’re donating 30 percent of the proceeds from Aviation American Gin bottle sales to bartenders until May 1. In addition, Reynolds’ wireless carrier company, Mint Mobile, is providing customers with free unlimited data until May 14.

To hear the rest of the interview—including details about Reynolds’ and Stephen Colbert‘s first auditions (spoiler alert: the late-night host’s was for Saved by the Bell)—watch the videos.

DIY Hair Mask Recipes From Beyoncé-Approved Brand Reverie

Dave J Hogan/Getty Images

We love these products, and we hope you do too. E! has affiliate relationships, so we may get a small share of the revenue from your purchases. Items are sold by the retailer, not E!.

There’s no need to splash out on fancy hair treatments when you can make your own right at home using ingredients that you already have in the pantry. But where to start? Garrett Markenson, who co-runs Reverie hair care and is a hairstylist to the queen herself, Beyoncé, has exclusively shared some easy DIY hair treatment recipes with E!. Beyond Beyoncé, Reverie’s star-studded fan-base also includes Naomi Watts, Miranda Kerr, Liberty Ross and more.

You can include Reverie hair products in these concoctions, which are all handcrafted in California using ethically and sustainably sourced botanical ingredients, or for some you can use hair products that you already have on hand. Learn how to make scalp exfoliants, overnight masks and more per Markenson’s instructions below for a self-care day made for the history books.

Hair Mask

“Add honey + olive oil together to create a mask. If you have essential oils available, add those in. Rosemary + lavender + cedarwood are great for thinning hair. Add a dash of juniper to combat excess oil. Peppermint for strength and growth.”

Note: “Masks should always be applied to wet hair to lock in the moisture (oils are not moisturizing but will help to seal in moisture just like face oils) and they need to be thoroughly washed out to avoid build up or damage when using hot tools.”

Scalp Treatment (Using Reverie Products)

“Add a fine grain sugar to Reverie Shampoo to create an exfoliating effect. Rinse and repeat with Reverie Shampoo sans sugar. Condition with Reverie Conditioner for one to two minutes while you wash your body. Apply one pipette of Cake Restorative Scalp Tonic to damp scalp. Style as usual.”

Reverie Cake Restorative Scalp Tonic

This multi-talented scalp tonic promotes hair growth, balances the scalp’s pH and hydrates. It’s filled with essential oils, Swiss apple stem cells and more unique ingredients to accomplish all of this.

Hair Treatment (Using Reverie Products)

“As a pre-shampoo scalp/hair treatment one to two times a week: Apply Ever to thoroughly coat scalp and hair. Leave on for minimum of 20 minutes (bonus if you can apply a form of heat). To cleanse, apply shampoo to dry hair first and condition as normal.”

Overnight Mask (Using Reverie Products)

“Apply Ever to thoroughly coat scalp and hair. Leave in overnight. To cleanse, apply shampoo to dry hair first and condition as normal.”
