Scarlett Johansson and Colin Jost Can't Agree on This "Sore Subject"

Scarlett Johansson and Colin Jost will just have to agree to disagree on this one.

The Hollywood pair are soon-to-be husband and wife, but when it comes to baseball, there isn’t exactly harmony between these two. As the Oscar nominee revealed to Parade, her love of the New York Yankees is not shared by the SNL comedian.

Johansson was particularly fond of famed former shortstop Derek Jeter. “I loved him,” the actress told the magazine. “I used to keep his rookie card in my wallet!”

Meanwhile, her fiancé roots for the New York Mets—just like the rest of her own family.

“It’s a sore subject,” she told the magazine of her and Jost’s split baseball fandom. “He just told me that he’d rather see the [Boston] Red Sox win than the Yankees win. Like, what?! I said I was just going to ignore that.”

Fortunately, it’s a minor bump for the engaged pair, who have been going strong for more than two years.

“What you see is what you get with him,” she said of her man. “He’s very optimistic, easygoing, funny, nice, and those are the qualities that really drew me to him.”

As for when wedding bells will ring for them, the star remained tight-lipped.

“No comment,” she told the magazine.

Angelina Jolie and Her Family Are "All Locked In" Amid the Coronavirus Pandemic

It’s a full house over at the Jolie home.

Amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, Angelina Jolie popped up online for a virtual TIME 100 Talk with Editor-in-Chief Edward Felsenthal. The 13-minute chat was focused on how children around the world are being impacted by the coronavirus, a subject the Oscar winner has tackled in pieces she penned for TIME. At the start of the conversation, she confirmed that, like most people around the world, her family is practicing social distancing.

“We’re all locked in and doing all right,” she assured. Jolie is famously a mom to six: Maddox, 18, Pax, 16, Zahara, 15, Shiloh, 13, Vivienne and Knox, both 11. Maddox was attending Yonsei University in South Korea before the school temporarily closed as a result of the pandemic.

As both a parent and Special Envoy of the U.N. High Commissioner for Refugees, the star spoke out about the ways the coronavirus is affecting kids worldwide, even if they are less likely to get very ill from it. After referencing the many children around the world who are already vulnerable to hunger and lack of education, she addressed how the crisis is being compounded by the effects of the pandemic now that schools are closed and kids must stay home, potentially with abusers.

“Two things that affect children from my view the most being out of school—of course, education and the challenges with education. I know parents across even this country are challenged with homeschool and that’s maybe more of a challenge on the parents than the children,” the star quipped. “But, for the children, it’s the food insecurity that affects 11 million children, severe insecurity…and it’s domestic violence and abuse,” she said, pointing out that school is both where many children can get a vital meal and where bruises from abuse can be noticed.

She also discussed how inequality in America not only affects children and families facing hunger, but also those fighting this pandemic from the frontlines while being underpaid.

“It’s about respecting people—it’s not just for this moment to applaud the people who are doing so much work, but real respect and real equality,” she said. “This is a time for outrage, for grand change across the world.”

As the talk concluded, Jolie did end on an uplifting note.

“I believe in humanity,” she said. “I have hope and I think we really can’t afford not to have hope. So, I think when people are aware and if they can have a path forward guiding them with how to help and what to do, they will. I believe they will.”

E! Is Celebrating The Rundown's 500th Episode!

A major milestone!

It’s time to pop the champagne, because E! News’ original Snapchat series The Rundown as officially hit 500 episodes! Host Erin Lim has brought some of the biggest news and pop culture stories to the Snapchat Discover page over the years, making the show not only the perfect source of entertainment between selfies, but also a destination for anyone who wants to stay in the know.

Honestly, from Winona Ryder trivia with the cast of Stranger Things to Noah Centineo and Lana Condor getting flirty, the E! News series has truly featured it all!

To celebrate this huge accomplishment for The Rundown, we checked in with a number of everyone’s favorite E! personalities.

“500 episodes? 500 episodes?! Erin Lim, The Rundown team, you guys are incredible,” In The Room host Jason Kennedy said in a video. “That’s a huge accomplishment. I remember when you guys were in the studio shooting that very first one, and now you’re all 500 years old. Don’t forget the little people! Congratulations guys.”

Nightly Pop‘s Hunter March had a slightly different reaction to the news.

“500 episodes, nice job Rundown! Way to go. Way to try to make the rest of us look like nothing—like we’re run down,” he joked. “Oh, you didn’t think I’d pick up on that? That you did that with your little name? That you did that with your little name!”

The hilarious video continued, “You guys can kiss my ass, honestly. Rundown—what kind of name is that? 500 episodes? Yeah, I’d be surprised if you make it to 502. Genuinely.”

He wasn’t finished quite yet, and made sure to add, “It sucks because I f–king love this show!” before abruptly cutting the video off.

In another video, Pop of the Morning host Lilliana Vazquez came through with the facts and figures in addition to asking the real questions.

“500 episodes, what an incredible accomplishment! Congratulations. That is more episodes than Friends, Seinfeld, Who’s the Boss?…I mean, basically you are dead even with SVU. And you only need a couple more to catch up with The Simpsons!” Lilliana said. “So I just wanna know, where’s the merch? Like, where’s the hat? Is there a coffee mug? Can I get an oversized sweatshirt?”

She added a special message for Erin, saying she’s “an absolute joy to watch.”

“You are so much fun, and girl, you kill it every time,” Lilliana continued. “So congratulations and here’s to 500 more! But seriously…where’s my hoodie? Am I getting a hoodie?”

Justin Sylvester from Daily Pop not only relayed his congratulations, but revealed that he actually auditioned for The Rundown!

“And when I walked into that audition, I knew I was gonna get it,” Justin recalled. “I was like, ‘Bitch, this is my s–t. This is my show. This is what I’m supposed to do with my life.’ I knew it, I felt it. I was ready for it.”

But upon his arrival, he said two things happened: one, his face was frozen because he recently got Botox; and two, he went in right as Erin was wrapping up her audition.

“I thought to myself, ‘I should probably just leave right now. This is not gonna happen. That’s her show!'” Justin said. “I will never forget it for the rest of my life. Literally, I wanted to turn around and walk out.”

Of course, Justin didn’t end up getting the gig—something he plans to make up for in the future by taking the show’s “whole formula” and running with it.

“I know I will one day. I’m going to call it The Fundown or something,” Justin joked, adding that on a serious note, Erin has made The Rundown “so unique and so unbelievable.”

“It’s Erin Lim. It really is,” Justin said. “And it’s the team behind her, it’s the people that support her, it’s the writers, it’s the people who do the graphics, it’s everyone on that team that makes it so special.”

To see what other E! personalities had to say about The Rundown hitting 500 episodes, watch shout-outs from Morgan Stewart and Nina Parker above!

Alex Rodriguez Suggests "Drive-Through" Ceremony for Jennifer Lopez Wedding

Alex Rodriguez and Jennifer Lopez‘s wedding is currently on “pause.”

The former baseball star and the superstar singer were set to tie the knot this year, but plans are currently on hold amid the Coronavirus pandemic. As Rodriguez explained to Jimmy Fallon on Thursday’s The Tonight Show, they’re going with the flow and putting safety first.

“We have to go with the flow now,” Rodriguez told Fallon. “Everything is fluid, everything’s on just a pause.”

Rodriguez explained they’re going to “see where the world takes us.”

“Obviously this is an unprecedented time,” the 44-year-old star continued. “And for us, we just want to make sure that we think safety first and make sure that all the little ones are in a good place.”

Rodriguez went on to share that his daughter, Ella Rodriguez, just celebrated her 12th birthday.

“What was great is we had a drive-through party,” Rodriguez shared. “And then some people said maybe we have a drive-through wedding. It will be cheaper!”

Earlier this month, Lopez opened up about how the pandemic impacted her and Rodriguez’s wedding date.

“Actually, it did affect it a little bit,” Lopez told Ellen DeGeneres via video chat. “So, we will see what happens now. Honestly, I really don’t know what’s going to happen now as far as dates or anything like that. We’re just kind of in a holding pattern like the rest of the world. So, again, it’s something we’re just going to have to wait and see in a few months how this all pans out.”

When the talk show host recommended a “TikTok wedding,” Lopez replied, “It’s something to think about.”

Although she confirmed, “I can’t make any commitments right now.”

The Best Celebrity Fashion Moments in Stagecoach History

When it comes to Stagecoach, the style is one-of-a-kind.

For more than a decade, country fans have flocked to Indio for the annual Stagecoach Festival, where stars of the genre take the stage to serenade guests with their beloved tunes. Meanwhile, attendees can eat, drink and soak in the Calif. sun for the special event. And, much like its famous relative, Coachella, fashion at Stagecoach has also taken on a life of its own.

While Coachella is known for its bohemian aesthetic, packed with flower crowns and flowing dresses, Stagecoach embraces its western roots from head to toe.

That means there’s no shortage of cowboy hats, denim, boots and sartorial nods to the American flag. However, when the stars arrive, they kick things up another notch with vivid embroidery, glitzy textures and playful fringe. Or, if you’re Ashton Kutcher, it’s overalls all the way.

Since the festival was pushed for the first time from late April to the fall amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, fans will have to wait some more months before Stagecoach officially unfolds once again.

“Hold on to your wristbands, the party is on for October 23-25, 2020!” the official Stagecoach Instagram announced in March.

Until then, you can always reminisce about the celebrity style—just keep scrolling!
