A 65-year-old woman died in the hospital Tuesday after being hit by a bicycle while crossing the road.
The woman was crossing a service road east of 82nd Street near 128A Avenue around 1:55 p.m. when she was hit by a 55-year-old man on a bike.
She was knocked down and suffered serious injuries.
The EPS Major Collision Investigation unit is looking into the crash. So far, no charges have been laid.
Police said speed and alcohol were not factors in the woman’s death.
They’re asking any witnesses to come forward with information.
