The Tsilhqot’in National Government has written its first law. It’s a declaration of sovereignty. It applies to a large part of the Chilcotin included in last year’s historic Supreme Court of Canada land claim decision.
No mining, no logging, no ATVs. It’s called the Nemiah Declaration.
