Ansel Elgort and His High School Sweetheart Reconcile Almost Four Months After Breaking Up

Less than five months after Ansel Elgort and high school sweetheart Violetta Komyshan broke up, the pair appear to be giving their relationship another chance.
After the pair was spotted together at Reagan National Airport this weekend in Washington D.C., a source confirms to E! News that the two have indeed reconciled.
“They just missed each other,” a source told Us who first confirmed the news. “He didn’t really see anyone else seriously while they were split.”
Many believed the actor’s busy schedule including roles in Divergent and The Fault in Our Stars contributed to the break up back in August.

While Elgort has experienced a whole new level of celebrity status (not to mention a few teenage admirers) in recent months, the 20-year-old actor recently admitted that he’s not using his newfound fame for personal gain.
“What’s changed is: ‘Oh, you can go to this restaurant,’ or ‘You can go to this nightclub,’ but I’m not really interested in that,” he admitted to GQ magazine. “I don’t really care that some trashy girl, like, now all of the sudden wants to f–k me. That’s not really that interesting to me.”
He added, “What’s interesting to me is the fact that creatively I can do anything now and people will pay attention, and if I suck, hopefully they will stop paying attention very quickly, but if I’m good, then I have my foot in the door, and people have paid attention, and I did a good job, and people are like, ‘Oh, wow!’ That’s sweet!”
Moving forward, Elgort also isn’t exactly going to take any big-screen role that comes his way. Instead, he’s going to be a little more choosey.
“I still have my entire twenties to make movies. I’m in no hurry,” he said. “I know I’m going to work. I’m not antsy. There’s no reason to be in five mediocre movies a year when I can be in one great movie.”
