The Government of Canada will kick off Canada Day celebrations with Parks Canada’s annual sunrise event at Signal Hill National Historic Site.
The Honourable Joanne Thompson, Minister of Fisheries, will attend on behalf of the Honourable Julie Dabrusin, Minister of Environment, Climate Change and Nature.
