Federal government to announce a new commitment to advancing economic reconciliation and the revitalization of downtown Winnipeg
May 23, 2024 – Winnipeg, Manitoba – The Honourable Dan Vandal, Minister responsible for PrairiesCan and Member of Parliament for Saint Boniface – Saint Vital, will announce federal investments in the Southern Chiefs’ Organization in support of a First Nations-led urban development project to advance economic reconciliation and downtown revitalization.
