A woman is in hospital with serious injuries after being hit by a vehicle in north Edmonton Friday morning.
Police were called to the area at 137th Avenue and 102nd Street about 8:12 a.m.
An injured pedestrian was transported to hospital.
The Edmonton Police Service’s major collision investigation section is on scene.
Vehicles travelling eastbound were being rerouted around the intersection as the investigation by police continues.
