Have You Seen Heaven-Leigh Grandjambe? Wood Buffalo RCMP Search for Missing Teen
The Wood Buffalo RCMP is searching for 15 year old Heaven-Leigh Grandjambe, who was last seen last Wednesday and is missing. RCMP Constable Mylene Michon reports that the 15 year old was last seen when she visited the Birchwood Trails in Thickwood with a Fort McKay school group. What is known so far is that the missing teen left the main group along with several of her friends, and they went to the Signal Road MacDonalds close by. When the group came back the teen was not with them. Constable Michon said that the RCMP is not aware of the story that was provided to police about what happened to the 15 year old between the time that the friends left to go to MacDonalds and when they returned.
The RCMP is asking that anyone who has seen Heaven-Leigh Grandjambe or who may have information about where the missing teenager is to please contact law enforcement or Crime Stoppers so that the teen can be returned to her home and family. The last time that Heaven-Leigh was seen was around 6:30 pm on Wednesday March 4 in the area near Signal Road and Birchwood Trails. Heaven-Leigh Grandjambe is 15 years old, she is aboriginal, and she weighs 140 pounds and is 5’1” tall. Heaven has brown hair and brown eyes, and it is not known if she simply ran away or if she has been the victim of a crime.
