If there’s anything we’ve learned from Kate Middleton’s style, it’s that she’s not above an affordable fashion find—particularly in the shoe department. Stepping out for a SportsAid event at the London Stadium in Stratford, the mother of three blessed us with a polished yet easy-to-copy look, which she completed with $50 sneakers from the British retailer Marks & Spencer.
Though we’re used to seeing Kate Middleton in dreamy ball gowns and sparkling tiaras, she looked just as put-together in emerald green culottes from Zara, a matching ribbed-knit sweater, and white sneakers with green and ecru stripes from Marks & Spencer. While her culottes are unsurprisingly sold out, Kate’s exact pair of sneakers are back in stock and available now.
The Duchess, who became the Patron of SportsAid in 2013, wore this casual-yet-chic look to meet the parents and guardians of some of the country’s most promising sports stars, and try her hand at a few athletic pursuits.
On her way to and from the event, she wore a navy blazer from the Canadian brand, Smythe. The fitted blazer complimented her billowy, cropped pants and snug sweater. She kept her jewelry minimal and accessorized her outfit with a gold pendant and matching drop earrings.
Over the last few years, we’ve seen the Duchess of Cambridge own the high/low look—and she knows no casual outfit is complete without a pair of comfortable sneakers. She’s been spotted in the Superga 2750 COTU Classic Sneaker on repeat, while sister-in-law, Meghan Markle, is a fan of the affordable sustainable footwear brand, Veja.
With spring is right around the corner, there’s no better time to shop the Duchess’ exact pair of sneakers below—along with some green culottes to complete the look.
